OneSky is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to manage our corporate and foundation partnerships outside of Asia. The Director of Partnerships is a seasoned international NGO fundraiser and an excellent communicator and collaborator. They will have a track record in building, maintaining, and stewarding new and long-term corporate and foundation donor relationships, and soliciting and securing gifts of USD$50,000 and up. They will oversee a portfolio of existing funders while also developing a pipeline of new potential institutional funders.

Role requirements:
- Solicit and secure grants and sponsorships that allow OneSky programs to flourish.
- Collaborate with other global team members to grow and diversify foundation and corporate partnership opportunities. Continually research and identify prospective corporate and foundation donors across multiple sectors that align with our mission priorities to maintain a robust and diverse prospect pipeline.
- Develop and maintain strategic, high-level relationships with funding partners and prospects in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Collaborate with the Director of Grants to develop and submit competitive and compelling proposals, reports, budgets, and supporting materials by their due dates.
- Work with Finance, Communications, Program and MEAL staff across the organization to ensure accurate and consistent messaging in all OneSky funding proposals and reports.
- Ensure funder engagement benefits and deliverables are met or exceeded within the required timeframe.
- Establish consistent use of the CRM function of Salesforce to track pertinent donor and prospect information, cultivation, and stewardship.
- Represent OneSky at regional industry conferences, meetings (virtual and in-person), program site visits, and fundraising events.as required.
- Monitor and provide regular updates to leadership regarding fundraising strategies, activities, prospects, progress, and revenue.
- Undertake any additional fundraising activities that may be necessary and compatible with the nature of this role.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in generating significant income from foundations and corporate partners for nonprofit purposes

About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial and relationship-focused Partnerships & Engagement Manager to lead the development of new income streams from philanthropists and the wider public.

Role purpose:

Key deliverables:
Partnership Management and Development
- Lead on building and maintaining positive relationships with existing contacts in businesses, local authorities, and other partners in line with organisational priorities.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Corporate Partnerships Strategy & Growth
· Develop, implement and continuously refine a high-value corporate partnerships strategy aligned to organisational growth ambitions
· Deliver significant year-on-year income growth, contributing to the target to double corporate income within three years
· Lead the development of market-leading ESG-aligned partnership propositions, linked to SDGs, climate resilience and inclusive housing
· Identify, prioritise and unlock opportunities with UK-headquartered multinationals and national corporate partners
· Leverage the global Habitat network to secure multi-country and scalable partnership opportunities
Income Generation & New Business Delivery
· Personally lead the end-to-end development of strategic partnerships—from prospect identification through to negotiation and contract

· Deliver against agreed annual income and new business targets (anticipated to be £1.3m and £500k+ in year one), with a clear trajectory for sustained growth.

· Lead and develop the Corporate Partnerships team, currently comprising the New Business Manager and Volunteer Coordinator, with planned responsibility for the Corporate Partnerships Manager and New Business Executive roles as these positions are recruited

Role Summary

Account Management & Stewardship

Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, you will lead our partnerships income stream, with responsibility for income targets, budgets and strategic planning. You will manage and develop our Partnership Fundraiser while personally leading some of our most valuable relationships.
You will:
- Develop and deliver our annual partnerships strategy and income plan.
- Identify and secure high-value partnership opportunities that deliver sustainable income and long-term value.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective supporters and strategic partners.
- Manage key relationships that generate significant income, engagement and support.
- Represent Heart of Kent Hospice across the local business and community landscape.
- Work with fundraising and communications colleagues to maximise opportunities and supporter engagement.
- Develop partnership opportunities linked to our future hospice, building influence and long-term support.
About You
We are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with warmth, confidence and exceptional relationship-building skills. You will be naturally curious, results-driven and excited by the opportunity to build something with lasting impact.
You may come from fundraising, business development, account management, sponsorship or another partnership-led environment.
Essential Requirements
- Experience in corporate fundraising, partnership management, business development, account management, sponsorship, sales or a related income-generation role.
- Experience of identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- A track record of achieving income, sales or growth targets.
- Experience of developing and managing high-value stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent networking, presentation and communication skills.
- Strong organisational, planning and budget management skills.
- Experience using CRM or database systems.
- Ability to travel independently across Kent and work occasional evenings and weekends.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience of charity fundraising, sponsorship or commercial partnerships.
- Knowledge of fundraising regulations and best practice.
- Existing connections within the Kent business community.

Fundraising & Partnerships Manager
We are seeking a passionate and proactive fundraising professional to drive income growth, secure strategic partnerships and support a charity making a real difference in local communities.
Salary: £36,000-£41,000 per annum DOE
Location: Sussex / Hybrid
Hours: 30 or 37 hours per week. Applications for a 4-day week or compressed hours will be considered.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced fundraiser to lead and develop income generation activities across a range of fundraising streams. With a particular focus on corporate partnerships, you will play a key role in increasing sustainable income and building meaningful relationships with supporters, businesses and community stakeholders.

About You
You will be a motivated and relationship-focused fundraising professional with experience of generating income and creating successful partnerships. You will be confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and skilled at identifying opportunities that deliver tangible results.
You will ideally have:
- Experience in fundraising, partnerships, business development or account management.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Experience developing bids, proposals or sponsorship opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- Experience working with CRM systems and analysing performance data.
