The Young Ealing Foundation is seeking to appoint an administrator to join our small but impactful team. As a small, place-based charity, we often find ourselves responding in dynamic ways to local need, whether of the children and young people in Ealing, or the grassroots charities who form our membership. This role would suit someone who gets excited about approaching opportunities in innovative ways and moving quickly to enact these. 

Main purpose of the role:

· Administrative support for projects and internal operations

· Event administration and event planning support

*mostly homeworking, 2 days a month in office*

We are working with an independent professional body to recruit for a New Member Advisor. Working in the membership department you will be part of an existing team fielding incoming queries and assisting those that wish to join the membership.   
 
As the New Member Advisor you will respond and follow up all assigned enquiries via email, telephone, and letters meeting customer’s needs. As well as general administration support.  Logging all enquiries and opportunities on the CRM system.  You will proactively follow-up on enquiries and support campaigns.

This is a key leadership role responsible for the safe, high-quality delivery of our respite breaks, wellbeing programmes and outreach services, alongside building strong relationships that help grow our reach and referral base.

The varied role sits within the Volunteer Board Fundraising team which leads income generation through regional and national volunteer boards, volunteer-led fundraising initiatives and delivery of special events through our high value event committees.

These activities play a vital role in maximising sustainable income, engaging senior volunteers, and supporting long -term supporter relationships.

Job purpose

• To contribute towards achieving the team’s objectives by providing event logistics, finance and admin support to the team.

• To support the team in delivering the agreed departmental strategy, goals and fundraising budget.

• To work effectively with other departments in fundraising and other functions within the NSPCC to maximise income for children.Key relationships - Internal

• A member of the Special Events team, reporting to a Team Manager

• Works closely with other colleagues in the team, the Partnerships Department and the wider Income Generation Department to develop and progress key relationships and events

• Proactively engages with staff in other NSPCC Directorates

Key relationships - External

• Provides professional customer service to NSPCC supporters and potential supporters, such as event committee members

• Builds relationships with NSPCC supporters and external contacts

• Builds relationships, negotiates and liaises with NSPCC event suppliers.

Main duties and responsibilities

• To support Senior E vent Managers with the development and delivery of their events, by attending committee meetings, carrying out tasks such as securing prizes, recruiting volunteers, managing small suppliers and completing admin tasks to agreed standards and deadlines.

• To support the Senior E vent Managers by building effective relationships with senior volunteers by attending committee meetings, typing up meeting minutes

• To carry out research for the development of events, such as researching new venues and prize partners.

• To draft and produce written correspondence such as letters, impact reports and other documents as required, using word processing, databases and spreadsheets to required standards.

• To undertake and lead specific fundraising projects as required to support the department’s fundraising.

• To organise and co -ordinate logistics for internal and external meetings on behalf of the team.

• To maintain an efficient record keeping system for the team, including current and archived files, using appropriate manual and electronic systems such as Raisers Edge.

• To provide financial administrative assistance to budget holders, including processing invoices, placing orders, undertaking financial analysis, cash handling and banking in line with NSPCC policies and procedures.

• To undertake the sourcing and compilation of mailing lists as well as the selection and processing of mailings in an effective, efficient and timely way.

Person specification

1. Experience of successfully working in a customer focussed environment and confidently liaising both across teams internally and with senior contacts externally to support departmental activities.

2. To deliver a high standard of relationship management to Senior Volunteers by thoroughly preparing and following up from meetings, accurately recording income and keeping accurate records of supporter and event activity.

3. Experience of building effective relationships through face to face interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

4. Well developed written and verbal communication skills to deliver fundraising pitches, ideas and event updates to a range of audiences in a clear, inspiring and confident way.

5. Ability to organise and plan own work, juggle competing demands, manage projects and establish clear timelines and priorities in order to meet agreed objectives.

6. Ability to work collaboratively; demonstrating an understanding of other team member’s goals and priorities. Works well with others as part of a team, giving support, and recognising and drawing from expertise in others.

7. Ability to collect data from various sources, analyse findings and present them clearly and accurately in a way that meets desired outcomes.

8. Good numeracy skills in entering and recording financial data and interpreting, analysing and presenting financial data in clear and accurate formats.

9. Proficiency in using Windows based software packages including word processing, spreadsheets, email and the internet. Experience of Raisers Edge or a comparable fundraising CRM package is desirable but not essential; training provided.

As Individual Giving Retention Officer, you’ll play an important role in helping Isabel Hospice grow sustainable income by strengthening the relationships we have with our individual supporters.

Working closely with the Individual Giving Manager, you’ll support the delivery of engaging supporter journeys across post, email, phone and in-person communications. You’ll help ensure donors receive timely, meaningful thank yous, impact updates and stewardship that show just how much their support matters.

We are looking for a part-time Data and Impact Officer who will help us to interpret and use data and insights to communicate the impact of church buildings in the UK, and how we can best keep churches open and in good repair.

The role

As Supporter Care Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience for Population Matters’ supporters, ensuring that every interaction is timely, professional and engaging. You will help create positive and meaningful relationships that inspire supporters, increase satisfaction and deepen engagement, ultimately strengthening long-term support for our mission.

Acting as a first point of contact for supporters, you will:

• provide a high standard of customer service across a range of channels
• respond to enquiries, feedback and complaints with empathy and efficiency
• commit to delivering a consistently excellent experience
• seek opportunities to provide the ‘wow factor’ that makes supporters feel valued and appreciated
• help to build trust and donor retention.

Alongside supporter stewardship, you will be responsible for accurately processing donations, maintaining high-quality supporter records and providing effective administrative support to the Fundraising Team. With scrupulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a supporter-centric approach, you will contribute to the smooth running of fundraising operations and to the growth and retention of our supporter community.

The Woodland Trust is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to help us deliver strategic and operational plans.

The Role:
•    Manage and deliver a successful call centre/back office operational process.
•    Lead a successful team, supporting and training where required.
•    Interpret the support services strategy and vision and apply to operational planning to achieve departmental and campaign KPI’s.
•    Monitor and embed best practice across the team.
•    Review real time service performance and assign personnel to ensure financial goals, SLA’s and quality metrics are achieved.
•    Recommend and implement system and procedure developments and improvements.
•    This role will require attendance at our head office in Grantham, Lincolnshire four out of five days per week. 

The Candidate:
•    Experience managing a successful call centre working at a senior leadership level. 
•    Strong communication skills with the ability to build successful stakeholder relationships.
•    Experience shaping and implementing organisation strategy.
•    Knowledge of Microsoft suite, telephony, reporting and fulfilment solutions.
•    Experience in project management with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams. 
•    Strong problem solving skills with the ability to prioritise tasks as needed. 
•    Knowledge of PCI:DSS, Gift Aid, Direct Debit, FRSB and data privacy.

Community & Corporate Fundraiser – Wales (Dolfor)

Full-time 37.5 hours a week. (flexible/part-time requests will be considered)

Salary £38,000.00 -£42, 000.00 pa

Hybrid role- 3 days in office and 2 home working

This role will lead fundraising across Wales and into the Midlands, building relationships with communities, businesses and supporters to grow income and raise awareness of our work. 

You’ll develop and manage a mix of community and corporate fundraising activity, working closely with colleagues across the organisation and using our Wales site to engage and inspire supporters. 

A big part of the role is building strong, long-term relationships that support sustainable fundraising and help extend the reach of our services.

About you:

• Experience in fundraising, partnerships or a similar relationship-based role
• Confident building and managing external relationships
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive, self-motivated approach

This is a varied role with real scope to grow fundraising across Wales and make a direct impact on the children and families we support.

Location: Remote (based in Scotland with regular travel across Scotland and the North of England, plus travel for biannual team days in London and departmental team meetings in various locations)

Hours of work: 21-28 hours a week (3-4 days)

Salary: £28,665 - £31,965 pro rata (£17,199 - £19,179 or £22,932 - £25,572 actual)
