About this exciting opportunity

Working as part of a multi-agency team, you will provide person-centred support to a caseload of service users who will either be serving community sentences or being released from prison.  You will undertake assessment and action planning with individual service users, create a safe and trusting environment, using trauma-informed practice to successfully facilitate a supportive and constructive relationship with service users, plus deliver a range of interventions to service users which contribute towards achievement of prescribed outcomes.

We will also count on you to develop and maintain positive working relationships with external agencies, including probation, prisons, partners, and others who will assist in achieving prescribed outcomes for service users, ensuring you work towards contractual targets and outcomes within agreed timescales.  Using agreed CRM databases and recording all activity relating to caseload and providing updates and reports are also key duties.

• Experience working with partner agencies either as part of a multi-agency team working towards common objectives or negotiating to establish links to further the aims of a project
• The ability to assess clients’ needs and provide tailored, client-led support through action planning and interventions involving advice, guidance, advocacy, and coaching
• An ability to work sensitively with clients applying trauma-informed strategies
• Impressive IT, relationship-building and communication skills, both verbal and written.

2wish has been established since 2012 and has since grown from strength to strength. During this time, we have worked tirelessly to embed our service and ensure that the offer of support is made at the point of death.

We offer an immediate, consistent, high-quality and compassionate service to all individuals affected by the sudden and unexpected death of a child or young person aged 25 and under. We work in partnership with professionals who refer into the charity on behalf of families, so they don’t have to trawl through the internet for an organisation who may, or may not, be able to support. We provide immediate, and ongoing, support and are here for as long as our families need us.

We were founded as a Welsh organisation providing immediate casework support, as well as ongoing aftercare services including counselling, alternative therapies, play therapy, support groups, support events and a respite cottage.

In January 2024, we expanded into ‘phase one’ England, namely Cheshire, Shropshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Somerset. And in July 2025 we expanded into ‘phase two’ England, namely Merseyside, Devon and Cornwall, Wiltshire, Dorset, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

Context of role:

The Business Services Officer provides high quality administrative and operational support across governance, IT, facilities, data protection, recruitment and general administration.

Working closely with the Head of Finance & Business Services, this role ensures the charity has strong internal systems, efficient processes, and compliant practices that enable staff to deliver services effectively and compassionately.

This role will support the whole organisation in both the office setting and our remote workers across England and Wales.

Key responsibilities:

Business Services and Operations

• Support the Head of Finance & Business Services in the effective running of business functions including HR, IT, governance, and office management.
• Maintain essential organisational policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring regular review cycles.
• Manage contracts with suppliers, service providers, and facilities contractors.

Staff support

• Assist department heads with recruitment processes including job adverts, application management, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR files, absence records, training logs, and performance documentation on Bright HR.
• Support wellbeing initiatives and contribute to developing a positive, compassionate staff culture.
• Coordinate staff training, mandatory learning, and policy briefings.

Governance and Compliance

• Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely filing of required documents.
• Support risk management processes, including maintaining organisational risk registers.
• Assist with GDPR compliance, data audits, and data protection processes.
• Prepare policies for Board approval with the assistance of Peninsula.

Leadership and People Management

• Act as first point of contact for basic IT and systems issues, escalating when necessary.
• Support the effective use of Microsoft 365, CRM/databases, and operational software including educating others on effective usage.
• Project manage the development of NOVA – our CRM system.
• Liaise with IT providers to ensure smooth delivery of technical support, security, and digital improvements.
• Issue IT equipment required for work to all new employees and maintain asset register.
• Ensuring Cyber Security essentials is complete working with IT consultant ITCS.

Facilities and Office Management

• Oversee day-to-day management of office space, equipment, and environment. Monitoring potential growth of office spaces into England.
• Manage health & safety processes including risk assessments, incident logs, and mandatory checks.
• Monitor office supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement.

Administration and Organisational Support

• Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team where required.
• Maintain central records, filing systems, and registers to a high standard both electronically and paper based.

General:

• To be responsible for organising own work agenda, time management and administration.
• To adhere to all company policies and procedures including Safeguarding, Confidentiality, Health and Safety and Lone Working; and to be proactive in implementing new safe working practices as appropriate.
• To attend weekend and evening community events in support of the charity as necessary.
• Participate as and when required in team meetings and one-to-one meetings, and undertake, as appropriate, courses/training/other developmental activities, which is relevant to the role.

Breaking Barriers exists to support refugees and people from forced migration backgrounds into meaningful employment. 

The Client Caseworker is integral to delivering that mission. Acting as a client’s primary point of support, you will lead and coordinate their progression toward employment — whether through language development, requalification, training or direct employability support. 

This role requires someone who can take ownership of client journeys, drive forward action plans, and deliver both one-to-one and group-based support that moves clients closer to work. Caseworkers may initially focus more heavily on one pathway area, but the role is designed to provide integrated, cross-programme support over time.

About the Role

Our Day Care Centres – Great Croft (Kings Cross) and Henderson Court (Hampstead) – support older people with complex needs, including those living with dementia.

As a Day Care Officer you will:

• Support group activities such as arts, music, quizzes and gentle exercise

• Assist with personal care and mobility

• Support clients living with dementia using person-centred approaches

• Help with daily centre activities including serving meals and preparing activity spaces

• Build positive relationships with clients, families and colleagues

About You

No formal experience is required as full training will be provided.

As a Dementia Adviser, you’ll become a familiar, trusted face in the community. You’ll build genuine connections with people, taking the time to understand their experiences, their worries and what matters most to them.
Your days will be varied and people focused. You might be helping to create warm, welcoming group sessions where people can share stories, build friendships and feel a sense of belonging. You might be sitting with someone in their home, offering reassurance and practical support in a space where they feel most comfortable. You’ll also connect with people over the phone and through local networks, making sure support is always within reach.
At the heart of everything you do is compassion, respect and a belief in meeting people where they are. You’ll also keep thoughtful and accurate records of your work, helping to ensure that every person’s journey is understood and supported with care and continuity.

We are seeking a Women’s Support Worker to join our Door of Hope team in the East End of London. The role will involve working directly with women who sell sex in Tower Hamlets; supporting them to make goals and support the changes that they wish to make, through information sharing, advocacy, and practical support.  We offer this whilst also providing a non-judgemental, and confidential space to talk and be heard.

About Beyond the Streets

Beyond the Streets is a UK charity with over 20 years’ experience of partnering with women in the sex industry to see them safe from coercion, violence and abuse. We deliver trauma-informed, person-centered support, provide training for the third sector and statutory professionals, and create resources and reports informed by research, lived experience, and practitioner experience. Our training and partnership work seeks to equip professionals to understand the sex industry, particularly survival sex, and to support them to engage with women selling sex in a trauma-informed way.

About the role

The Critical Time Intervention (CTI) Worker will provide person centred assistance during the transition from custody to community integration. By following the Critical Time Intervention model the CTI Worker will collaborate with a range of services to enable the individual to access them and use a range of appropriate interventions to assist the individual to become more independent and connected.

We are bold with a culture of continuous improvement and there will be opportunities to contribute to ensure we are providing the best possible service. This also combines with an equitable approach to ensure that any systemic barriers are challenged and that the voices, experiences and stories of people navigating this transition are heard. The impact of this work will continue to build on the evidence that the CTI service ends homelessness.

About you

• Being person centred to build relationships, use assessments and develop goals and actions that are based on what is important for the individual.
• Working within the principles of the Critical Time Intervention model and understanding the challenges faced in the transition from custody to community integration.
• Building and maintaining good working relationships within HM Prison & Probation Service and other organisations to assist with receiving referrals, signposting, making external referrals and advocacy.
• Promote engagement with co-production opportunities within the service as well as actively seeking feedback on service delivery and improvement from the people accessing the service.
• Using reflective practice, caseload management meetings and personal development opportunities to deliver a quality service and work within the values of Crisis.
• Being able to identify and manage safeguarding concerns utilising a range of communication methods.

Building on a range of UK and international approaches we work in a person centred, individual way to help people living with dementia to regain a sense of their own identity whilst offering vital short-term respite to those who care for them. Effro offers a range of training and advice to professionals and the public to help them better understand dementia and support those living with it. We seek to train a range of people, with a range of backgrounds including medical professionals, Council staff, social care professionals, paid and unpaid carers. You will be working alongside an experienced training officer who has been part of the Effro project for 5 years who will support you in your role.
