Job Purpose
To support and grow Brum Unitarians through operational management, project delivery, administration, compliance and revenue generation. You will agree quarterly priorities with trustees, with early focus on increasing revenue, improving operational systems and supporting greater use of our building. Once these foundations are laid there will be a growing emphasis on managing community projects and initiatives.
You will oversee the day-to-day operation of our building (large hall, small hall, office, foyer and outdoor space), ensuring an excellent experience for hirers, compliance with relevant requirements and effective use of the premises. The role is partly site-based, with flexibility for some remote working. Some local travel required.
You will work alongside our Children's Lead and Social Media & Communications Lead, liaise with the district buildings consultant, and report to the managing trustees.

We are seeking a Communications Manager, Research to join our Communications Team and line manage the Research Communications team. The Communications Manager, Research, leads the development and delivery of communications that promote and explain the charity’s research strategy, programmes and scientific impact. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Planning
· Lead the development of communications strategies and plans for major research programmes, including: Blood Biomarker Challenge, Dementia Frontiers Fund, Clinical Accelerator, GRB, DDA, and research partnerships.
· Act as the senior communications partner to the Research Directorate, advising on messaging, positioning, risks and opportunities.

As Probation Pathway Manager, you will shape and oversee a pathway that connects gambling treatment with probation, criminal justice and community support. You will lead delivery, strengthen referral routes, support specialist practitioners and work with partners to make sure people can access safe, trauma-informed support across custody and community settings.

Fullers Mill Garden is an enchanting and tranquil waterside and woodland garden, situated on the banks of the River Lark at West Stow in Suffolk. It combines a beautiful site of light dappled woodland with a fabulous collection of rare and unusual shrubs, perennials, lilies and marginal plants, collected over the course of 50 years by the creator of the garden, the late Bernard Tickner MBE.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead Fullers Mill Garden into its next chapter as a Perennial garden, maintaining and evolving a beautiful garden with a team of gardeners, volunteers and trainees – to give our garden loving visitors a magical experience on each visit. The garden is currently undergoing a process of proposed investment in its visitor infrastructure. The Garden Manager will be a key member of the project team.
Overall purpose

Main responsibilities and duties
1. Management of gardens and landscape
a. To be responsible for the maintenance and management of the garden and its associated landscape within an approved budget.

c. Responsible for the day to day running of the garden and supervision of staff, volunteers and contractors to ensure that appropriate horticultural and service standards are maintained.
d. To oversee the management and delivery of educational, training and skills activities and events, utilising the facilities and buildings within the site.
e. To undertake the direct delivery of activities on selected topics relating to horticulture and the garden.

About the Team
The Alumni Relations and Development Office is a small, collaborative team responsible for alumni engagement, fundraising, alumni events, and stewardship activity. Working closely with senior College leadership and colleagues across departments, the team delivers a varied programme of events and communications to strengthen engagement and support the College’s development priorities. About the Role

We’re building a Transport Solutions Team that works flexibly across all the tools in our delivery kit – from grants and innovation pilots to research, partnerships, and commercial interventions.
