About the role
We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Legacy Partnership Manager to lead the development and delivery of our legacy marketing and engagement programme.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across the three partner charities to grow awareness and understanding of legacy giving, build meaningful relationships with supporters, and help ensure a sustainable future for our services.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a new, collaborative legacy initiative that can make a real and lasting difference in the lives of older people across the region.
About you
You’ll be an excellent communicator and relationship builder, confident in engaging with a wide range of people, from long-term supporters and volunteers to legal professionals and community partners.
You’ll bring a proactive, strategic approach to your work, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and see projects through from concept to completion.
We’re looking for someone who can combine empathy and sensitivity with creativity and ambition.
Qualifications & Knowledge
· Understanding of legacy fundraising and individual giving principles
Knowledge of fundraising regulations and GDPR compliance in relation to donor communications
· Understanding of marketing, fundraising, or a related field
· Knowledge of the charity and voluntary sector
Experience
· Proven track record of delivering successful projects or campaigns
· Experience in donor stewardship and supporter engagement
· Experience developing and delivering multi-channel campaigns. You will need to be confident and highly experienced using social media and digital platforms to connect with audiences, tell powerful stories, and grow awareness of legacy giving in creative and authentic ways.

As our Stop Smoking Specialist, you will put people in Yorkshire at the heart of everything you do, unite with colleagues and other organisations in this cause, and dare to think big and bold to make positive solutions happen.
The Role
As a Stop Smoking Specialist, you will help to deliver our stop smoking service and underpin our commitment to support people to stop smoking and reduce the risk of cancer. You will provide specialist advice and support to our service users around tobacco addiction and provide evidence-based approaches in line with national guidance and good practice to help them to quit smoking.
Supporting the Services Manager and Head of Services, you will be vital in the implementation of our strategy to ensure people in Yorkshire receive the best prevention, diagnosis and treatment. You will deliver evidence-based stop smoking interventions to patients referred into the service, providing support, advice and guidance either face to face, virtually or by telephone to maximise quitting outcomes. You will work as part of a team to respond to referrals and work with our Active Together Services, which are being rolled out across Yorkshire, and NHS Trusts where we fund in patient smoking cessation programmes.
Specifically, you will:
· Autonomously deliver smoking cessation assessments, advice and support, minimising harm from tobacco and health-related issues in line with best guidance and protocols.
· Undertake client assessments, making appropriate pharmacotherapy decisions, provide ongoing client support and undertake 4 and 12 week follow-ups.
· Advise on stop smoking medications to patients, including all forms of NRT, vapes (e.cigarettes) as well as non-nicotine treatments.
· Manage a stock of NRT and Vaping Starter kits.
· Help patients who smoke to quit, communicating in a sensitive, client centred manner.
· Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of the service, including the completion of the minimum data set aligned to NHS England mandatory requirements. This will include following up with patients following discharge to monitor stop smoking outcomes.
· Manage caseload of patients and be responsible for all associated tasks, including follow-up appointments, and managing diary commitments.
· Communicate effectively with colleagues, providing clear verbal, digital or written information and instructions when sharing information, delegating, or handing over responsibility for care to ensure that smoking cessation records are kept up to date and accurate.
· Work collaboratively and co-operatively with other members of the team and observe operational policy and procedures requirements.
· Work with the Services Manager and Head of Services to ensure that public and patient insight and involvement is captured, which will shape the development, delivery and evaluation of our service to make sure they are patient centred.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will need:
· To be educated to GCSE (or equivalent) grade C or above in English and Maths.
· To be National Centre for Smoking Cessation Training (NCSCT) Level 2 trained.
· To have demonstrable evidence of continuing professional development.
· To have intermediate theoretical knowledge of stop smoking support, gained through Level 2 NCSCT.
· To have substantial experience of providing smoking cessation support in a stop smoking service with good levels of quit rates.
· To have experience of working in Health and Social Care setting or community.
· To have experience of providing healthcare, healthcare advice or health improvement/promotion advice to patients or members of the public.
· To have experience of using Microsoft Office software and patient management systems such as Quit Manager.
· To have proven IT skills, including data entry, accurate reporting of agreed care plans, and experience using IT infrastructure to support effective handover of care.
· To have good knowledge and understanding of evidence-based practice in stopping smoking, the consequences of smoking and the benefits of quitting.
· To be able to build and maintain good working relationships with professionals/individuals from different professional/cultural backgrounds.

The Role
Reporting to the Director, this is an exciting opportunity to lead and strengthen our fundraising strategy, ensuring sustainable growth in income to support our mission of protecting and restoring tropical forests and inspiring climate action.
The Fundraising Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing an ambitious fundraising strategy, with a strong focus on corporate partnerships and trusts.
Working closely with the Director, Deputy Director, Finance and Grants Manager and Communications and Digital Marketing Manager, you will drive forward fundraising targets, cultivate new opportunities, and consolidate existing partnerships. This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on delivery, ensuring our fundraising approach is robust, ethical, and aligned with our values.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Development and Income Generation
● Develop and deliver a comprehensive fundraising strategy for the charity (with a strong but not exclusive focus on corporate partnerships), aligned with the charity’s 5-year strategic plan.
● Research, identify, and build a pipeline of new funding opportunities to diversify and expand income streams, such as corporate partners, trusts and foundations, high net worth individuals and individual giving.
● Prepare due diligence checks on potential new funding opportunities to be presented to the board / senior management.
● Develop compelling cases for support and tailored proposals to secure significant income from corporate partners primarily.
2. Systems and Process Improvement
● Establish and implement new systems for organising, stewarding, and monitoring corporate funders, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
● Introduce clear processes for donor stewardship, including trackers, reporting templates and potentially a new CRM system.
● Ensure all fundraising activities comply with fundraising regulations, data protection requirements, and ethical fundraising principles.
3. Relationship Management and Stewardship
● Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective corporate funders through effective stewardship and engagement.
● Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent relationship management for corporate partners.
● Work with the Communications and Marketing Manager to maximise fundraising campaigns such as the Big Give.
4. Events and Engagement
● Lead on the planning and delivery of a flagship summer event designed to attract funders, with the aim of securing new partnerships and long-term support.
● Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the event is well-promoted, impactful, and aligned with the charity’s mission.
● Organise and attend meetings, presentations, and other events to engage with funders and promote the charity’s work.
5. Reporting and Evaluation
● Monitor and report on fundraising income targets, maintaining accurate records of all funders and partnerships.
● Working with the relevant programmes teams, provide regular impact reports to funders, demonstrating the outcomes of their support.
● Evaluate the success of fundraising initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
6. Team Collaboration
● Work collaboratively across the team to develop funding proposals and case studies.
● Work closely with the Communications and Digital Fundraising Manager to develop online donations and regular gifts and improve the digital marketing and eNewsletter (for increasing donations).
● Contribute to innovative fundraising campaigns and activities.
● Support and participate in wider organisational activities, including events and cross‑team initiatives as required.
● Contribute to annual budget setting and targets for fundraising.
● Line management of volunteers as required.
Training will be provided to ensure that all candidates feel supported in their role and progress in their career development. Welsh language training will be offered to support learning if necessary. IT training in WordPress and other essential software will also be offered. Travel across Wales will be required.

Marauders Men's Health is a dynamic, South Wales-based charity dedicated to improving the health, wellbeing, and mental fitness of men through connection and support. We have established strong foundations, including secured funding from the Big Lottery Community Fund over three years, a full Board of Trustees, and a growing programme of 8 events each week, including Walk & Talks and Sports Hubs. We are seeking an inspiring leader to drive our ambitious strategy to engage 7,000 men and provide 330 Personal Wellbeing Plans over the next three years.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic & Operational Leadership
· Lead the day-to-day running and strategic direction of the charity in line with the Board’s vision.
· Develop, manage, and oversee the charity's resources and workstreams.
· Ensure governance, compliance, and policies/procedures remain in good shape.
· Support the Board with fundraising strategy and financial accountability, including financial forecasting and reporting to funders.
2. Programme Management & Delivery
· Directly manage the Programme & Projects Manager and the Regional Event Leaders, and assist in the recruitment process for the newly established Volunteering Co-ordinator and the Wellbeing Coach/Coordinator roles.
· Drive the delivery and expansion of our core programmes, including the Physical Activities (Walk & Talks, Sports Hubs), Volunteer Engagement, Community Partnerships and the Personal Wellbeing Plans (PWP)18.
· Develop and implement the Marauders Pathway Programme to establish a culture of good citizenship and peer support.
3. People & Volunteer Management
· Provide leadership, support, and development for staff, managing issues such as payroll, sickness, and holidays.
· Oversee the Volunteer Co-ordinator to develop a comprehensive volunteer management process, including recruitment, training, and 'Reward & Recognition’.
· Help inspire 100 men to give back to the community through volunteering.
4. Partnerships & IT Development
· Maintain and forge new community partnerships (e.g. with voluntary organisations, NGO’s, other charities and social enterprises) to enhance volunteering, education, and wellbeing services.
· Spearhead the development of our IT Platform, focusing on a robust website and a Beneficiary Management System (CRM) for efficient reporting, data capture, and engagement.
· Oversee digital marketing and communications, including newsletters and social media content.

The FDIO will take the lead in developing the reports, dashboards and insight that directly support fundraising growth. About the role
The Passage has secured funding to deliver a 1-year pilot, exploring how the use of peer support can prevent further homelessness and increase social mobility, by giving people the support and confidence to get reintegrated into the community.
This pilot will involve the recruitment and training of 10 lived experience volunteers who will share their insights and provide support to people recently re-housed to set and achieve goals with a focus on community re-integration. The pilot will offer a range of interventions including 1:1 support, community events and online training.
The Passage recognizes that someone’s journey of homelessness doesn’t just end when accommodation is secured. What is often a confidence-stripping and traumatizing experience can take time to recover from. The first steps can be the most challenging for individuals to put down new roots and get back to where they were before that period.
As The Lived Experience Specialist Project Worker, you will support your manager in the design, delivery, monitoring and reporting of the pilot; with a particular focus on supporting the volunteers in their roles.
The Passage believes that peer support and the sharing of lived experience are essential tools in supporting people to take steps toward becoming more active, involved and connected. We also know that delivering peer support and helping others are also crucial cornerstones in processing living experience into lived experience.
Main duties
- To support the recruitment and retention of lived-experience volunteers.
- Have oversight of the day-to-day delivery of volunteers work by providing guidance & direction and ensuring volunteer support is delivered in a safe and supportive manner.
- Support the creation of a volunteering environment where having lived experience is not a barrier but a tool to help others.
- To support the manager to create and maintain procedures which underpin the pilot and volunteers’ activities, ensuring they are fit for purpose.
- Meeting potential referrals, explaining the scope of the service, and undertaking person centered role matching.
- Identify challenges including safeguarding issues encountered by volunteers
- and working with the manager to address them.
- Ensuring accurate and efficient recording of actions undertaken by volunteers.
- Maintain a directory of low-cost activities, promote local events, and support development of an online resource to boost social connection and reintegration.
- To support the Lived Experience Project manager in reporting to key stakeholders about the project, including attendance at some external meetings.
Key responsibilities
- In conjunction with your Line Manager to continuously develop the role to ensure that all tasks are being undertaken in an effective and appropriate manner which meets the strategic aims and objectives of The Passage.
- To participate in internal/external meetings as required, and attend training events, conferences and other functions as necessary.
- To participate in regular supervision and annual appraisal and help in identifying your own job-related development and training needs.

The Community Fundraiser role is responsible for establishing and developing community fundraising systems and activities. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate success in generating income through community engagement, has experience planning and delivering fundraising events, and understands the principles of community-centric fundraising.You will be comfortable establishing systems and processes as needed, working independently whilst collaborating across teams. Cultural competency and sensitivity when working with diverse communities is essential, along with the ability to build trust and rapport with different community groups. Strong communication skills, attention to detail regarding compliance and data protection, and creative problem-solving abilities will be crucial to your success in this role.The post holder will have the following essential criteria:
- Experience in successfully generating income through community fundraising activities
- Demonstrable experience working and building relationships with marginalised communities, particularly LGBTQ+ and/or Ethnic Minorities communities

The Operations Manager is a new leadership position that will play a pivotal role in the delivery of FFLAG’s operations which span online, offline, and local group support for parents and carers of LGBT+ loved ones. About FFLAG
FFLAG is a national voluntary organisation and registered charity and is the UK’s longest established parent support charity in the LGBT+ sector. Our history began in the grassroots parent helplines of the 1960s, grew through the 1980’s and 90’s as we supported anxious parents and fought against the discrimination of Section 28, becoming a formally registered charity in 2000.
Our work sounds simple, but it is life changing. We help parents and families understand, accept and support their LGBT+ family members with love and pride.
We offer a range of support options spanning 121 online and helpline support services, to a UK-wide monthly group Zoom meeting and face to face local groups. We also have an extensive collection of online resources and guides. We attend as many Pride events as we can and our work supports thousands of families every year. What this job is all about
Simply put, as Operations Manager you will ensure the charity's activities are effective, sustainable, and aligned with our mission to support families with LGBT+ members
Reporting directly to the Chair, working closely with the Board of Trustees and supported by a part-time Volunteer Engagement & Events Coordinator you will:
- Lead and supervise the daily operational functions, ensuring smooth and compliant delivery of services.
- Lead fundraising activities, including grant applications, donor stewardship, and partnership development.
- Manage and support staff and volunteers, nurturing a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture.
- Support the Trustees to ensure compliance with all relevant UK charity legislation and regulatory requirements (e.g., Charity Commission, safeguarding, risk management, data protection).
- Collaborate with the Chair and Board of Trustees to develop and implement strategic plans, with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.

- Governance: Knowledge of UK charity governance and regulatory compliance.
- People Management: Confident in leading, motivating, and developing a small team and volunteers.
