Job description

Are you highly organised, systems-focused, and passionate about supporting learning and development?

We're looking for a Training Systems Administrator to play a key role in the delivery and administration of our learning and development programme. Working within our People & Organisational Development team, you'll ensure colleagues can easily access high-quality learning opportunities while maintaining the accuracy and effectiveness of our Learning Management System (LMS).

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with digital systems, data, and people. You'll help create a seamless learning experience across the organisation while supporting compliance, workforce development, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Administer and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS)

  • Set up and manage user accounts, courses, learning pathways, and certification records

  • Coordinate virtual and face-to-face training sessions

  • Manage bookings, communications, joining instructions, and attendance records

  • Produce training and compliance reports for stakeholders

  • Ensure training records are accurate and audit-ready

  • Provide first-line support for colleagues using the LMS

  • Support the maintenance and updating of digital learning content

  • Develop user guides, FAQs, and support materials

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external training providers to deliver an excellent learning experience.

About You

We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working with systems and data. You will have:

  • Experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR, Learning & Development, training, or a similar environment

  • Experience using digital systems and managing data accurately

  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

  • Confidence producing reports and analysing information

  • Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality requirements

  • Experience of using a Learning Management System or similar platform

  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach

  • The ability to work independently while building strong relationships across teams.

Desirable

  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise

  • Knowledge of learning and development environments

  • Experience improving processes and systems

  • Awareness of the use of AI tools in learning administration and digital learning content development.

This role sits within a growing People Development function and offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in digital learning, systems administration, and learning content development. As our learning offer continues to evolve, you'll have opportunities to expand your expertise and make a meaningful contribution to the future of learning across the organisation.

We're looking for someone who shares our values and is committed to creating an inclusive, supportive, and empowering environment where people can thrive.

If you're passionate about delivering excellent learning administration, enjoy working with systems and data, and want to make a positive impact through learning and development, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today and help us create great learning experiences for our colleagues.
