Individual Giving & In-Memory Fundraiser

St Nicholas Hospice Care is a successful charity serving the local area of West Suffolk and Thetford. Every year we support nearly 2,000 local people, delivering care across multiple settings. Our services are not just for patients, but for their family and friends too, and include everything from specialist medical care to bereavement support and practical help.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate individual with a passion for fundraising, building meaningful relationships, and delivering outstanding supporter care.

By joining the St Nicholas Hospice Care Fundraising Team you will play a vital role in raising the funds needed to support people facing dying, death, and grief across West Suffolk and Thetford.

As our Individual Giving and In Memory Fundraiser you will help grow our income and supporter community and develop memorable fundraising opportunities that enable people to honour loved ones while supporting local hospice care.

In this rewarding role, you'll lead individual giving campaigns, appeals and in memory fundraising initiatives, creating engaging supporter journeys that inspire long-term loyalty and support. You'll work closely with bereaved families, donors, colleagues and local partners to deliver exceptional supporter experiences and generate vital income for our hospice services.

We're looking for someone with experience in fundraising, marketing, supporter engagement or relationship management, who is highly organised, creative and confident communicating with people from all walks of life. Sensitivity, compassion and a genuine commitment to our values are essential.
