Purpose of the Role

Support the delivery of Felix’s partner marketing activity by coordinating campaigns, creating engaging content, managing partner communications, and ensuring smooth collaboration across fundraising, food and produce partnerships, communications, and digital teams.

Reporting into the Partner Marketing Manager, The Partner Marketing Officer will play a key supporting role in bringing partnerships to life through co-branded campaigns, storytelling, and marketing materials that strengthen relationships with corporate partners, increase brand visibility, and demonstrate the impact of Felix’s work.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and growing marketing team following the launch of our new brand, Felix, and help drive its growth through high-impact partner marketing campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, creative, collaborative, and passionate about using marketing to support meaningful social impact.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring campaigns are delivered smoothly, creatively, accurately, and in line with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign and Partner Marketing Support

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of partner marketing activity across key corporate partnerships, food, produce, fundraising ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Manage campaign timelines, approvals, and incoming requests to ensure smooth delivery
• Support the development of messaging frameworks and partnership communications tailored to different partner audiences and regional requirements.
• Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and internal stakeholders to deliver campaign assets, video content, and partnership materials.
• Coordinate filming and photography, including briefing and overseeing shoots
• Assist with the creation and rollout of co-branded marketing campaigns with corporate and food partners. 
• Help maintain consistency across all partner communications in line with Felix’s brand guidelines and messaging. 
• Support seasonal campaigns, awareness moments, and key partnership activations. 
• Assist in managing marketing requests from internal stakeholders and external partners.

Content Creation and Storytelling

• Develop partner marketing briefs and supporting assets for use across email, social media, digital, and campaign activity, working closely with the External Affairs teams who lead channel delivery. 
• Work collaboratively with the Content and Case Studies team and frontline charities to help shape capture and steer the development of impact stories, testimonials, and partner content that showcase the value of partner support. 
• Support the Brand, Communications, and Digital teams in producing partner-facing content and campaign assets. 
• Assist with briefing freelancers, designers, agencies, and video production suppliers where required. 
• Help coordinate the development of toolkits and co-branded materials for partners.
• Support the adaptation of content and messaging for regional and partner-specific audiences.

Internal Collaboration

• Act as a day-to-day contact for internal teams on partner marketing activity. 
• Support collaboration between the Food, Fundraising, Produce and External Affairs team to ensure joined-up delivery. 
• Coordinate internal approvals for marketing assets and communications. 
• Maintain organised records of campaign assets, partner materials, and marketing plans. 
• Contribute ideas and insights to improve partner engagement and campaign effectiveness.

Partner Relationship Support and Reporting

• Provide responsive and professional support to external partners on marketing-related requests. 
• Assist with campaign reporting, monitoring engagement and performance metrics. 
• Help gather campaign results, case studies, and impact data for internal reporting and partner stewardship. 
• Support budget tracking and administrative processes for partner marketing activity. 
• Monitor marketing activity and identify opportunities to increase partner visibility and engagement.
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams, external agencies, and corporate partners to support seamless campaign delivery.
• Champion brand consistency, ensuring accurate use of messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity

• Experience in a marketing, partnerships, communications, fundraising or fmcg support role.
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills and proofreading ability

Hackney Empire is looking for a new Deputy Technical Manager.

The new role of Deputy Technical Manager will play a critical operational and leadership role within our busy 1,250-seat theatre and additional rehearsal and event spaces. Supporting the Technical Manager, you will lead and motivate a committed technical team to ensure the flawless execution of large-scale transfers, touring musical theatre, dance, opera, comedy and live music shows; supporting produced work and public-facing activity from our Creative Futures programme. 

This is a balanced, hands-on and production-focused role. It requires combining administrative and logistical preparation - such as advancing technical riders, developing costings and estimates and preparing staff rotas - with leadership and delivery of high-level stagecraft management during intensive fit-ups, show operations and rapid get-outs.

You'll be a core member of a small, proactive and talented team and will have primarily responsibility for overseeing all social media output for the organisation, as well as for website content creation and management. Role Description 

Volunteering Matters Brighter Futures CEC works with pupils (aged 12-18) who are care experienced or on the edge of care across the City of Edinburgh.

The project has two parts, one is to work one to one with the young people referred to the project, supporting them to experience a volunteering placement with local charitable organisations that will build their confidence and allow them to grow and learn new things in a different environment out with school.  

The second part is our group work, the Youth Engagement Manager will be responsible for up to 7 small groups within schools across Edinburgh.The Youth Engagement Manager supports the young people engaged in the groups to develop and deliver a Youth Social Action project within their community.

We’re looking for a patient and engaging Youth Engagement Manager to join the Brighter Futures team in Edinburgh.   The right candidate would be someone who can work flexibly and demonstrate an understanding and total commitment to our organisational values and strategy.  
   
 Due to the nature of this role and the needs of the young people we support, including the requirement to provide appropriate support and engagement for young males with complex experiences, there is a genuine occupational requirement for the postholder to be male under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.
Key Duties & Responsibilities   

• To build relationships with the young people, acting in a non-judgemental way to support them through their Brighter Futures journey.  

• Consistently role modelling and displaying Volunteering Matters organisational values   

• Deliver and develop the Brighter Futures Schools programme across the City of Edinburgh, meeting ambitious targets and milestones, ensuring all young people engaged achieve positive outcomes  

Develop and deliver our Social Action group work project in different schools across Edinburgh. 

• Work alongside staff form residential units, parents and carers to help support building a relationship with the young people referred to our one-to-one work  

• Build relationships with different high schools across area through both our group work and one to one program.

• To maintain excellent relationships with charity and not-for-profit partners in Edinburgh - ensuring diverse, high quality volunteer roles are available that reflect the needs and interests of young people. 

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including colleagues, volunteers, families, school staff, social work, NHS, Education partners, third sector organisations and others.  

• Support the young people to complete awards and qualifications linked to their volunteering. 

• To manage all elements of a young persons experience, from referral to completion of their journey   

• To manage the risk assessment, safeguarding, quality assurance and audit processes as appropriate   

• Ensure monitoring, impact and evaluation information is collected and that Brighter Futures meets it’s agreed targets, reporting format and schedule.  

• Assist the Senior Project Manager by preparing Impact Reports   

• Administration tasks including maintaining effective and accessible records, the use of Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom and other software such as Canva

Skills / Knowledge Required

•  An understanding of how to assess the needs of an individual using a person-centred approach  

•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills including being able to have strategic conversations with partners and stakeholders one minute and talk to an anxious or unsure young people the next.  

• Excellent organisational skills including strong attention to detail, the ability to manage a busy workload, and prioritise effectively   

• Excellent IT skills including the use of Office 365, Microsoft Teams and other software packages including a CRM. 

• Ability to think on your feet, act quickly and respond to situations as well as demonstrate common sense and initiative.   

• The post holder should be non-judgemental, competent, conscientious and self-aware.   

• Ability to develop and sustain relationships with a wide range of people.  

Experience Required   

• Significant experience working directly with young people, specifically those who are care experienced or who face life challenges   

• Experience of youth work in a group setting 

• Experience in all aspects of effective Volunteer Management (recruitment, training, support)   

• Experience developing strong working relationships, with a range of internal and external stakeholders   

• Experience of project management, achieving goals, managing a busy workload and working to deadlines

Relevant experience and values alignment is more important for this role than specific qualifications 

Location 

This role is based in Edinburgh, a large part of your hours will require you to work within the community and schools, for the other hours you will have the opportunity to work from home. The postholder will require good internet access to enable remote working, and a suitable home office space. I.T. equipment and infrastructure will be supplied.

Purpose of the role

About Care4Calais and the Legal Access Department

Care4Calais is a volunteer-based charity providing essential aid and support for refugees in France and the UK.

In northern France we operate year-round from Calais, working alongside communities in Calais and Dunkirk to provide warm clothing, bedding and service provision to displaced people who live in difficult and dangerous conditions.

Across the UK we collect and distribute clothes, shoes, mobile phones and other essential items, as well as providing psycho social support and interaction, including language lessons, sport and music workshops. We also help with vital access to medical and educational services.

Our Legal Access Department is an access to justice project that exists to support people seeking asylum in the UK by facilitating access to legal representation and offering holistic support to people throughout the asylum process. The department, made up mostly of specially trained volunteers, works tirelessly to ensure that people feel informed, empowered, and far less isolated and alone. We conduct one-to-one, complex casework for people seeking asylum for a variety of matters, over the years we have supported thousands of people to secure legal representation. Our current casework channels include securing legal representation and support for people’s asylum claims, challenges to unsuitable accommodation and potential removal from the UK (for example under the current UK-France ‘One in One out’ deal), and support for young people in their age dispute matters. Our teams work remotely across the UK. The Department seeks to adapt and amend our services based on the needs of the communities that we work with.

About the role

The aim of the role is to support and inspire volunteer teams to undertake the individual one-to-one casework and support that lies at the heart of what the Legal Access Department does, furthering access to justice for people seeking asylum and refugees. The Casework Manager will be responsible for the casework conducted by our Asylum Team, which focuses on securing legal representation for our client's asylum claims and offering holistic support through the difficulties of the asylum process. Casework managers will use their experience and understanding of the UK asylum system and conducting complex casework to guide their teams, working collaboratively with each other and the Head of Department to respond with agility to a fast-moving policy environment.

Responsibilities

Volunteer Management

• Lead existing team(s) of volunteers to undertake their specified roles as agreed with the Head of Department
• Conduct quarterly 1:1s with volunteers to give and receive feedback, reaffirm commitments, review caseloads, support with more complex cases, and ensure volunteer wellbeing. Escalate any issues and/or concerns to the Head of Department where necessary.
• Motivate and engage volunteers, taking into account the remote nature of the roles, collaborating with other Casework Managers.
• Facilitate regular team meetings and/or virtual drop ins for volunteers to ensure continued engagement and space to raise issues or concerns.
• Support volunteer caseworkers undertaking their roles, providing advice on casework and stepping in to support clients where required. Provide casework cover when volunteer caseworkers are otherwise unavailable.
• Supervise the casework conducted to ensure that volunteer caseworkers adhere to casework procedures so that every client receives the same level of service. Where volunteers may struggle to adhere to procedures ensure that concerns are identified and raised in a timely manner to reach an appropriate solution.
• Support volunteers to raise safeguarding / protection concerns through the appropriate channels. Escalate concerns where necessary. Support volunteer caseworkers through debriefs.
• Recruit, train and onboard new volunteers with the support of the Head of Department as required.
• Manage own, limited, complex caseload of clients where required to support the volunteer casework team.

Casework Management

• Oversee the appropriate collection and management of confidential client information and data, ensuring that volunteers adhere to organisational policy at all times.
• Keep team procedure documentation up to date, implementing changes where required to keep pace with the ever-changing policy environment. Work with the Head of Department to proactively adapt the casework services provided to suit the needs of the communities we work with.
• Work with the Head of Department to proactively identify systemic issues seen regionally and/or nationally and influence the direction of the Department. Contribute to evidence gathering and furthering strategic litigation cases supported or undertaken by the Department.
• Report on team progress to the Head of Department via pre-arranged channels and format.
• Attend relevant external meetings representing the organisation as needed, ensuring that knowledge and learning is shared across the department.
• Build and maintain robust understanding of the policy landscape impacting people seeking asylum in the UK, identify and attend external training opportunities, ensure that any learning is passed on to other staff and volunteers across the organisation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders, including, but not limited to local authorities, legal teams, and other NGOs focused on support of people seeking asylum.

The role

The donor experience & stewardship manager will report to the head of fundraising operations & strategy.

We are seeking a creative and driven donor experience manager to join our team on a permanent basis. Working alongside members of the wider team, you will lead on creating and delivering a gold-standard experience for major donors supporting the Royal Free Charity, showcasing the impact their support has across our hospital sites. Your efforts will play a key role in ensuring continued, uplifted support for the charity.

You will play an important role within our Fundraising Operations team, helping to build relationships, and increase income, in a pivotal year for the charity, after our silent phase capital campaign launch. Responsible for attracting and retaining donors, and delivering an outstanding supporter experience, the fundraising department comprises three teams which work closely together to achieve our shared objectives:

MediCinema is a unique national, UK registered charity that improves the wellbeing and enriches the quality of life of NHS patients, their families and carers through the power of the shared cinema experience and the magic of film. We achieve this by building and running cinemas in hospitals and places of care equipped with space for beds, wheelchairs and medical equipment, and providing free films and activities for patients of all ages. The Role

We are looking for a fixed-term maternity-cover Deputy Cinema Manager to join the team at our established MediCinema based in Royal Hospital for Children in Glasgow, serving paediatric patients in the Royal Hospital for Children, and adult patients from the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

The post-holder will work with the Cinema Manager and the team of nurses and volunteers who support our MediCinema, and will work closely with them, the hospital, and with central office operations team to prepare for and run successful film screenings each week.

We run 4 regular inpatient screenings each week which includes evenings. The post holder will be required to work on a shift pattern to include evenings each week and potentially weekends. There will also be a programme of additional Tailored and Personal screenings on top of these regular inpatient screenings.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Service Delivery

• Support the Cinema Manager in delivering a programme of screenings each week as agreed according to the operating procedures of a MediCinema, including running and managing screenings on your own. Most screenings are held in the evenings so the role requires regular evening working.
• On screening days be responsible for:
  • Marketing the service through the hospital’s wards, organising collecting and returning patients, and for safety and care in the cinema itself.
  • Taking responsibility for health and safety of patients coming to the cinema, and the safety and appearance of the cinema space itself.
  • Preparing and operating the digital projection equipment for the screening, ensuring that films are always screened to the highest technical standards. Training and ongoing technical support will be provided for this.
  • Ensuring that all operational, welfare and safeguarding policies set out by MediCinema are followed accordingly and that, where appropriate, consent forms are obtained for photographic or filmed records.
  • Ensuring that all aspects of the operation comply with relevant health and safety legislation, and that areas where MediCinema might be in breach of such are dealt with immediately or brought to the attention of the appropriate authorities for rectification.
  • Keeping accurate monitoring and operational records, including contacts and database updating as required
• Help the Cinema Manager collate, analyse and report back on agreed metrics and KPI’s
• Assist with arranging and running any special events and special screenings
• When required, arrange and run additional personal screenings for patients unable to attend regular screenings, plus special tailored screenings with hospital departments and patient groups.
• Support the development and roll out of any new type of screenings we embark on.
• Support the delivery of our ‘Beyond the Big Screen' bedside services, including our Disney ‘Moments that Matter’ work.

Nurse & Volunteer Management

• Help the Cinema Manager build, manage and support the team of nurses and volunteers to assist in the duties outlined above and to ensure that screenings run safely and smoothly – this will include assisting with recruitment and creating monthly rotas.

Marketing and Relationship Management

• Be proactive in marketing the service within the hospital, building relationships with key hospital staff, and working alongside our partner Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity who kindly support our paediatric screenings.
• Help develop and manage effective partnerships throughout the hospital and community.
• Representing the organisation effectively and compellingly at all times.
• Support the programming and development of the MediCinema as a centre for entertainment, being pro-active in developing a creative programme of sustainable events at each site. This could include fundraising events, live performance and other relevant activities.

Administration and other duties

• Deputise for the Cinema Manager as and when required.
• Provide holiday or emergency screening cover when required.
• Help manage the collection, loading and returning of films.
• Champion the work of MediCinema within the hospital and cinema environment, as well as confidently and positively representing MediCinema in all interactions and at any meetings and events.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the Glasgow MediCinema, operations and MediCinema as a wider organisation
• Communicate effectively with all team members, ensuring an inclusive and whole organisation approach

• Undertake other tasks, projects and duties as reasonably required.

MediCinema is a small team and staff members are expected to support each other and share cross-organisational work in addition to fulfilling individual responsibilities.

The Person

We are looking for a high energy, enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who is passionate about helping people and delivering impactful and effective services. They should be a warm, welcoming and positive person who can demonstrate the following skills and qualities, ideally combined with some experience in a people-facing/community-facing role: 

• Strong organisational skills with a good attention to detail.
• A proactive, resourceful, problem-solving approach.
• An ability to work both on their own and as part of a team.
• Experience in using IT and an ability to quickly learn and understand new systems and technology. Please note full training on ingesting films and running the projection equipment will be provided so direct projection experience, while beneficial, is not required.
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to caringly and openly relate to and build relationships with a wide variety of people, from children, family members, volunteers and hospital staff.
• Flexibility and adaptability, and enjoyment of a working environment where no two days are the same.
• Demonstrate tact and sensitivity when dealing with people with a variety of needs and be aware of issues relating to confidentiality and safeguarding.
• Interest and evidence of prior experience in healthcare, wellbeing and/or film & cinema.
• A sense of humour and congenial demeanour to help patients and families feel at ease and enjoy their MediCinema experience.
