South West London Law Centres is looking for an Operations Manager to play a central role in how the organisation runs, supporting teams to deliver high-quality legal services across south west London. This is a broad, hands-on role spanning HR, facilities, IT and digital systems, data and information governance, compliance, reception and administration, and our pro bono and volunteer programmes. As part of the Senior Management Team, you’ll lead practical improvements, solve operational problems, manage risk and help make sure our people, systems and processes are working well so that our services can have the greatest possible impact.
