We are recruiting for a Marketing Automation Specialist on a 12-month fixed term contract to play a critical role in BHF’s transformation to a truly customer-centric organisation by enabling the delivery of automated, personalised, omnichannel journeys.
In this role you’ll specifically focus on translating campaign briefs and technical designs into fully operational workflows within Adobe Campaign V8 (ACC), Adobe Journey Optimiser (AJO), Adobe Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP) and Data Distiller. You will act as the bridge between technical architecture and live execution, ensuring workflows are scalable, efficient and aligned to business needs.
Working within the Digital Content & Journeys team, you’ll complement existing strengths in direct mail, email and SMS execution by introducing deep workflow expertise, enabling the team to move from campaign delivery to end-to-end journey orchestration.
Importantly, you’ll also play a key role in upskilling the wider team, embedding knowledge, standards and best practice for Adobe-based workflow development.
About you
We’re looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in marketing automation and journey orchestration, ideally using Adobe Campaign and/or Adobe Journey Optimiser. You’ll be confident building automated, multi-step, trigger-based journeys and using customer data to create relevant, personalised experiences across large-scale audiences.
You’ll bring a strong understanding of how data, workflows and campaign platforms fit together, with the ability to translate technical documentation, data models and journey designs into practical, working solutions. Experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP, Data Distiller, segmentation, personalisation and audience activation would be especially valuable.
You’ll be technically minded, detail-oriented and comfortable working in complex environments, collaborating closely with data, technology and marketing teams. Just as importantly, you’ll be able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues and help others build confidence in using new tools and ways of working.
We’re also looking for someone organised, collaborative and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on creating scalable, reusable approaches. This 12-month fixed-term contract role has been created to support a major digital transformation programme. In this role, you will help deliver the migration of our marketing technology platform from Dotdigital to Adobe, including the redesign of hundreds of campaigns into customer-centric journeys. This significant programme of work will run through a series of sprint cycles until May 2027, followed by a period of optimisation and hypercare until the end of this fixed term contract role.
This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and at least one day per week, on average, in our London Office. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.

About the team
The Communications team is a small but dynamic group of individuals with strong skillsets across Public Relations, Storytelling (case studies) and Internal Communications. The team is a mix of ex-forces and civilians, and they are always sharing knowledge and expertise with each other.
You will work closely across all directorates within SSAFA, with a focus in South West, to garner information and create compelling marcomms campaigns and activities to raise awareness of SSAFA’s work.

You will be a highly motivated and creative communicator with a proven track record of delivering impactful PR and marketing campaigns. As a natural storyteller with strong media instincts, you will excel at securing high-profile coverage and elevating our brand presence. You will be a confident relationship builder, skilled at engaging stakeholders across the region, from media contacts to volunteers and case study beneficiaries. You will also be able to work independently while staying closely aligned with teams across fundraising and communications, demonstrating proactivity and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

About the role
This role is one of three key Deputy Directors in the Health and Care Policy team. The team focuses on shaping the future of the health and care system in the UK to ensure the best care for all, by supporting more evidence-informed policy and decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:
You'll be an experienced trusts fundraiser with a proven ability to secure significant grant income and build strong relationships with funders.
You'll also have:
· A successful track record of securing five and six-figure grants.

We’re looking for a Customer Journeys and Experience Manager to join our Customer Engagement and Experience Team on a fixed term basis for six months.
We’re about to launch our new, organisation-wide, segmentation project – Designed Around You, where you’ll play a key role in using this new insight to support teams to deliver the experience our customers have of Prostate Cancer UK. SELECTION PROCESS
We will invite candidates to an initial 15-minute online screening meeting week on 3rd, 4th or 5th August followed by shortlisted candidates attending in-person interview at our office in Old Street on 10, 11th or 12th August. We will also ask you to complete a short exercise on the day.

The Community Inclusion & Engagement Officer plays a vital role in ensuring MCFT’s work reaches and reflects the whole community.

Working closely with colleagues and volunteers, you’ll be a key link between the community and our programmes- helping shape activities, gather insight, and engage those who may face barriers to participation.

Reporting to the Director of Group Tax and Status, this role will support the team on all business projects and transactions across the UK and overseas including due diligence, analysing and advising tax implications on cross-border transactions, exploring tax risk mitigation and tax efficiency strategy, supporting business change.

Lead campaigns to ensure everyone with Parkinson’s has access to the multidisciplinary team so they can live well with Parkinson’s.
What you'll bring
Experience of campaigning and an understanding of the basic tools and techniques used in campaigning.

Key responsibilities
Support the Grants Manager to deliver our evolving grants and capacity building provision to the youth sector; bringing together our work to ensure a streamlined offer
Support the grant making process including communications and outreach; application, selection, awarding, distribution, monitoring and evaluation working with the relevant departments.
Maintain and develop grant management processes through our grant management system, Microsoft Dynamics, and working in partnership with colleagues from across the organisation
Develop and maintain processes for creating application forms on our Grant Management System, informing applicants of decisions and tracking grant disbursements.
Manage applications for funding through our grant management system and provide direct technical support to applicants.
Provide light touch account management to grantees on specified programmes, as directed by the Grant Manager, responding to queries in a timely manner and connecting them into opportunities as appropriate.
Work to distribute our grant funding to a diversity of organisations across the UK, ensuring it is delivered to improve impact and engages diverse audiences
Lead on delivering grant funding panels and leasing with key stakeholders such as external assessors, and young assessors
Maintain our grants management system in line with GDPR and manage data
Working with Impact colleagues to manage data collection and monitoring processes and ensure activities achieve intended outputs and outcomes on time and to budget
Establish and build strong relationships with awarded organizations and manage the distribution of funding to grantees and that they complete required monitoring and reporting
Deliver end-to-end grantee support through the Grants Plus model, including onboarding to the grants platform, developing toolkits, and curating and sharing relevant resources.
Support the Grants Manager in aligning grants work with wider organisational strategy, including connecting grantees to the broader network, and infrastructure support services.
Manage and report progress to internal and external stakeholders via meetings, written reports and presentations
Support the Grants Manager to raise the profile of UK Youth as a credible grants distributor through engagement in funder networks and connecting awarded organisations with local networks
Manage the UK Youth Grants inboxes, responding to all enquiries in a timely fashion
Communications and Public Affairs
Deputise for the Grants Manager when required and work closely with colleagues to cover for each other as required

Grant management and distribution experience within the youth sector at a regional, local, and national level
Experience in management and development of grant management systems and CRMs
