The importance of your role:
Individual giving and corporate support are vital to the delivery of RZSS's ambitious strategy and the Fundraising Manager is a senior role. Working with the Head of Fundraising and colleagues across RZSS, the post-holder will manage a small team to deliver inspiring multi-channel campaigns for individual giving, legacies and patrons as well as expanding a new major donor programme. About the role
We’re excited to be recruiting a Senior Digital Channels Analytics Manager to join WWF-UK.
In this role, you’ll lead our digital channel analytics capability across web, email, social and paid media, helping teams understand what is working, where we can improve and how digital activity supports supporter experience, engagement and meaningful action.
You’ll act as the organisational expert for digital channel analytics, providing the insight, standards and expertise needed to inform decisions across fundraising, communications and digital activity. You’ll help ensure our digital data is robust, compliant and actionable, and that insight is used consistently to improve performance, planning and evaluation.
You’ll own and develop our digital analytics tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Hootsuite and native social analytics tools. You’ll also support consistent campaign tracking, clear governance and accessible reporting across our digital estate.

You will have experience of:

What we’re looking for
We are seeking a driven, proactive professional with a proven track record of managing complex partnerships across the private or third sectors, with a firm grasp of corporate fundraising.
You have a history in identifying, researching and securing high value partnerships to help maximise corporate income opportunities, and creating a tailored approach to each one. Strong communication skills are key, particularly the ability to draft and deliver pitches to diverse audiences and build productive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects at one time and operate effectively under pressure within a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be highly goal-oriented, resilient in the face of challenges, and capable of balancing competing priorities. We are looking for a collaborative, flexible team player who is aligned with our charitable mission and dedicated to driving positive outcomes.
While formal educational credentials are secondary to practical, relevant experience, a keen interest in Formula 1 and the premium lifestyle sector is highly desirable.

About the role:
As an Assistant Key Worker, you will work closely with the Alana House team to support service delivery and help create a welcoming and safe environment. You will focus on developing practical skills, actively supporting clients while learning best practice and building your experience through a range of learning opportunities to help you to grow in the role.
No day is the same at Alana House and your activities may include:
· Responding to phone calls and welcoming visitors to the service
· Supporting service user events and activities
· Liaising with a range of other professionals and partner agencies, promoting collaboration and advocating for clients’ needs
· Supporting clients across a range of holistic recovery pathways
· Co-facilitating groups and helping to manage our community café
About you:
As an Assistant Key Worker, you will bring professional, personal, or academic experience of supporting people experiencing multiple disadvantages. You will also have a professional interest in domestic abuse and supporting people in, or at risk of entering, the criminal justice system. You will understand the importance of maintaining professional boundaries and be committed to delivering high quality, person-centred support. This is a rewarding and varied frontline role where no two days are the same. You will be involved in rescuing and supporting vulnerable animals, coordinating veterinary treatment and ongoing care, supporting fostering and rehoming pathways, responding to welfare concerns and helping deliver community welfare initiatives across the Branch area.
You will work closely with members of the public, volunteers, fosterers, veterinary partners, local Inspectorate teams and external agencies to help deliver high-quality welfare support to animals in need. The role will also include supporting the Branch Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) programme for stray and feral cats, assisting with animal transport and admissions, maintaining welfare records and helping strengthen frontline animal welfare provision across North London.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in animal welfare, rescue or a similar environment who is confident handling cats and other domestic animals, able to manage varied casework calmly and professionally, and committed to delivering high standards of animal welfare with empathy and compassion.
The role will include some occasional evenings and weekends in line with operational needs.
