The Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Corporate Partnerships Manager to develop and grow a high-performing corporate partnerships programme with the Chelsea FC Foundation. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will lead the strategy, cultivation and stewardship of corporate relationships that generate sustainable income and deliver meaningful impact. This role is ideal for a confident relationship-builder who can operate credibly with senior stakeholders, secure high-value partnerships, and translate the Foundation’s mission into compelling, results-driven partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a strategic corporate partnerships plan with clear income targets alongside the Head of Philanthropic Partnerships.
• Work cross-functionally with Programmes, Fundraising and Club Partnerships teams to create compelling cases for support.
• Lead corporate engagement by cultivating, soliciting and stewarding partnerships to build a strong and sustainable pipeline.
• Drive proactive corporate prospecting and partnership growth.
• Prepare and brief the CEO and senior leaders for corporate meetings and engagements.
• Collaborate with the Club Partnerships and Legal teams to activate partners and finalise agreements.
• Ensure strong partner communications, impact reporting and accurate CRM management.
• Support wider fundraising activity as required.

About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to play a key role in driving visitor growth at Washington Wetland Centre, an urban oasis supporting endangered wildlife and a space providing fun and wellbeing for all.

In this exciting role, you’ll lead on the delivery of both year-round and event-specific marketing campaigns, working across a range of channels to attract, engage, and inspire new and returning audiences.

• Create and manage multi channel marketing campaigns in line with your marketing plan

We are looking for a part-time freelance Communications and Events Co-ordinator for 28 hours a month to support with marketing, event planning and delivery and administrative tasks as required. The role includes running the website and social media accounts, publicising and co-promoting upcoming events and supporting with administrative tasks including minute-taking at bi-monthly meetings.

The Scots in London Forum was first established in 2016 to mark Armistice100 and continues to focus on bringing people together, promoting Scottish heritage and culture in London and holding and co-promoting events that raise funds for charities supported by the Scots in London Forum. The Princess Royal is our Royal Patron and our member organisations include charities, churches, membership clubs, the Scottish government, cultural societies and sporting organisations.

The appointee will need to be a skilled communicator, organised and proficient in the use of digital and social media. Role description

Freelance Communications & Events Co-ordinator Remit

Marketing:

- To continue to promote and build the Scots in London brand

- To maintain and update the Scots in London website as required, especially the events calendar

- To manage the social media feeds and strategy for Scots in London

- To act as a central liaison for all Scots in London member organisations and maintain and update the contacts database

- To support all the member organisations with the marketing of their events via Scots in London marketing channels

The Programmes You’ll Lead

Music Producer Club (MPC) – digital music-making for young people aged 12–18, delivered in schools, youth centres and online. Taught by ‘producer educators’ - working music producers we train to educate the next generation -, MPC builds creativity, skills and confidence while connecting participants with electronic music culture and the national curriculum.

Process – a development programme for women, non-binary and trans+ music makers. Structured across three strands for different abilities (Create, Define, Release), Process combines workshops, mentoring and masterclasses to build skills, confidence and community for underrepresented producers.

Out The Box (OTB) – hands-on analogue mixing workshops in leading London studios, giving emerging producers practical experience with desks, outboard gear and professional engineers while bridging digital and analogue production techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Management

• Lead planning, scheduling and delivery of MPC, Process and Out The Box programmes and events.

• Manage a growing team of freelance staff who help deliver and coordinate our projects.

• Manage budgets and ensure all programmes are delivered within budget

• Build and maintain relationships with all programme stakeholders and partners, acting as the main point of contact.

• Work in partnership with the Communications Manager on refining marketing strategies and promotional materials

Our Events and Networks Coordinator will work across all the CMF departments to coordinate our annual cycle of events and conferences. They will develop event proposals and build good relationships with staff and stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of events & networks.

Reporting to the Head of Supporter Development, you will lead the development and delivery of the legacy and in-memory giving strategy, delivering thoughtful, inspiring campaigns that celebrate the impact of legacy and in-memory giving. You’ll combine creative storytelling with data-driven insight to nurture meaningful supporter journeys, ensuring everyone who chooses to remember the charity in their will or in tribute to a loved one feels valued, respected, and part of something truly transformative.

Role Responsibilities

Strategy Development

• Develop and deliver an ambitious legacy and in-memory giving strategy and operational plan, driving sustainable income growth and achieving KPIs.
• Develop and implement associated objectives, workplans and KPIs to track progress.
• Work closely with stakeholders, to curate and implement compelling legacy marketing plans to promote awareness of gifts in wills and recruit new pledgers.

Management of Legacy Programme

• Responsible for ensuring legacy programme meets annual targets, with appropriate stretch targets in place.
• Work collaboratively across all Income streams, Communications and Impact to drive growth in the identification and cultivation of new legacy pledgers.
• Organise legacy events to support cultivation and stewardship of legacy givers.
• Work with Retail to embed legacy messaging in our charity shops and use in‑store activity to grow awareness and legacy leads.
• Provide exceptional stewardship of legacy pledgers individually and collectively, through the development and implementation of a legacy stewardship programme.
• Sensitively and expertly co-ordinate with the legacy administration function (which is outsourced), including regular communication with our professional legacy advisor, exploring and initiating stewardship and impact reporting activities.
• Collaborate on and personally take steps to maximise existing initiatives such as Gifts in Will month and identify new opportunities to market legacies and grow pledgers.
• Lead on developing and leading initiatives to improve awareness of legacies amongst charity staff, volunteers, charity shop customers and the Board.
• Collaborate with the Individual Giving Managers to identify and maximise legacy marketing opportunities through existing and new activities. 
• Take personal and collective responsibility for ensuring legacy fundraising is conducted in a legal and ethical manner in line with Charity Commission guidance, and other regulators as appropriate.
•  Advise and effectively manage legacy income targets and expenditure budgets, including reforecasting and target setting.
• Identify and develop strategic opportunities across fundraising, championing new initiatives and ways of working as necessary.

Person specification

ESSENTIAL

• Proven experience and knowledge of legacy giving, including channels for direct marketing to drive legacy giving.
• Experience of developing and producing legacy marketing and stewardship materials.
• Knowledge of key trends affecting legacy fundraising and able to apply insights to own work.
• Experience of using a fundraising database/CRM for effective analysis of legacy marketing campaigns and trend giving patterns.
• Strong understanding of donor stewardship and the motivations behind legacy giving.

Working as part of a small but dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to learn at close hand what it means to work for an international NGO focusing on how the law can be used to fight corruption and achieve environmental and economic justice. You will develop projects with a range of partners, including international agencies, NGOs, CSOs and governments. You will collaborate with a range of volunteer lawyers (via law firms and barristers chambers) who are leading experts in their field. Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement the strategic vision for ILP’s Environment and Sustainable Development (ESD) programme, in conjunction with the ESD Programme Director, Legal Fellows, Executive Director, partners, staff and Board;

2. Develop an understanding of the most effective environmental policy tools and legal interventions to deliver the programme’s objectives, through engagement with volunteer lawyers, ILP partners, ILP’s ESD Advisory Committee, staff, Board and others;

3. Support the ESD Programme Director to build and maintain ILP’s Environment and Sustainable Development (ESD) programme. This includes:

   • liaising with partners to identify legal/policy needs and offer potential legal and/or policy reform solutions, including through conducting legal analysis;

     identifying and engaging in regular outreach with potential new partners to build the project pipeline;

   • identifying, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new highly experienced volunteer lawyers;

   • mapping and developing relationships with regional and international development entities and other technical assistance providers to identify potential partners, needs and focus countries;

   • representing the programme in external fora and events.

4. Support the Programme Director in ensuring effective project delivery and evaluation of impact including:

   • managing and coordinating project implementation through the full project cycle;

   • delivering financial management for assignments including accurate budgeting, forecasting, accounting and reporting;

   • Supporting the development and maintenance of strong programme management and knowledge management systems and processes, including regular updating of ILP’s online internal database (GRID).

5. Support the Programme Director’s fundraising efforts to finance both the programme and organisational overheads, including working closely with the Programme Director to identify opportunities for potential funding with partners, liaise with and nurture donors, design funding applications and create relevant budgets;

We are seeking to appoint an Events fundraiser to join our Challenge and Virtual Events Team as our Events Fundraising Officer. 

Our Challenge Events programme is well established at Barnardo's and offers running, trekking and cycling events. We are looking for someone with a passion for events and a thirst for learning to help us deliver our third-party events calendar, including the Great North Run, Cardiff Half Marathon and London Landmarks. You will also help to shape our corporate challenge event programme and bespoke and owned portfolio of partnered events.
