We are looking for someone to take up the exciting role of a community fundraiser, joining our income generation team. You’ll be part of a dedicated team who work closely together to drive plans to grow the exceptional work of the hospice. Community fundraising is faced paced and fun and we are looking for a talented relationship builder to develop meaningful relationships across all sections of society. The nuts and bolts of the job:

· The essence of this role is making sure the wonderful people who fundraise in our community are so well nurtured they’ll want to carry on supporting us for years to come. Your focus will be community groups, as well as all areas of community fundraising and beyond.

· You’ll be out and about in the local area, meeting, thanking, speaking publicly, telling stories and spreading the word about the vital work Claire House does.

· We absolutely treasure our volunteers and you will to. You’ll be in this job for less than a week before you’ll be thanking your lucky stars for the legends who give up their time to help us be in multiple places at once. Looking after their needs is an important part of the role because their success is yours too.

· We do our best to make decisions that are backed up by good quality information (data and insight) which helps keep us on the right track. It’s important you have a keen interest in this too. Keeping on top of supporter journeys ensures they get the warm glow they deserve.

· Being able to drive is absolutely crucial to this role, as is the freedom to work some evenings and weekends.

The Fundraising Development Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the Director of Fundraising across corporate partnerships, philanthropy and special events. 

The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative and project support whilst also developing skills in copy writing, marketing, events, stewardship, prospect development and fundraising strategy. The role offers valuable exposure to senior stakeholders, donors, and wider organisational projects.

Lead and Direct Income Generation and Future Fundraising for Swindon Food Collective

The role has key responsibility for all income generation activities at Swindon Food Collective. This includes high-profile networking with local businesses, corporations and the public sector, processing grant applications, growing and managing key corporate partnerships and significantly increasing fundraising activities. This is a senior role and the role-holder will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team. The work involves undertaking frequent travel to local corporations, businesses, and wider public sector stakeholders. 

Role Purpose
To design, deliver and secure a multi-stream recurring income generation strategy, manage charity-wide philanthropy, and strengthen long-term financial resilience.

Key responsibilities

Strategy and planning
• Develop and deliver a 12–24-month income generation plan aligned to SFC priorities and the Trustee Strategy & Fundraising Committee.
• Build a balanced income mix (corporate, philanthropy, trusts, community and digital where appropriate), with clear targets and resource assumptions.
• Produce compelling cases for support and pitch materials tailored to different audiences.

Corporate partnerships and sponsorship
• Identify, cultivate and secure corporate partnerships and sponsorships (including 'charity of the year' and payroll giving where feasible).
• Design partnership packages (benefits, brand alignment, staff engagement, volunteering) and manage delivery and stewardship.
• Work closely with the Brand Ambassador & Events Manager to convert event leads into partnership conversations. 

Philanthropy, major donors and relationship fundraising
• Build and steward relationships with high-value supporters, ensuring excellent donor care and personalised stewardship.
• Manage a prospect pipeline (research, cultivation plans, asks, stewardship and renewals).
• Coordinate CEO and trustee involvement in high-value relationships where appropriate. 

Trusts, foundations and grant fundraising
• Own the trusts and foundations pipeline, from identifying funders to writing compelling bids and submitting applications.
• Coordinate impact evidence and data collection across SFC to strengthen applications and reporting.
• Complete and undertake all funding and grant applications (corporate and public sector) in a timely fashion and ahead of relevant deadlines. Report funding progress to stakeholders. 
• Ensure timely and high-quality funder reporting and relationship management. 

Performance management, systems and compliance
• Manage income forecasting, budgeting and ROI tracking; set and monitor KPIs and provide clear reporting to CEO/Board.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM (or agreed system), ensuring GDPR compliance and strong data quality.
• Ensure fundraising activity aligns with relevant fundraising standards and ethical practice. 

Leadership and organisational contribution
• Senior Leadership Team member: contribute to organisational planning, budgeting and risk management.
• Work collaboratively across operations and volunteering functions to ensure fundraising promises align with delivery capability and safeguarding requirements.
• Coach and support colleagues and volunteers who contribute to income generation activity. 
• Other tasks as relevant / determined by the CEO. 
 

£29,500 – £34,750 per year

What the job involves

Our Events and Community Fundraising team raises vital funds for Prostate Cancer UK through a wide range of activities, events and challenge events. As Community Fundraising Executive, you’ll be a key member of our sector-leading team, raising over £5 million each year from individuals organising their own fundraising events and local-level corporate partnerships.

You’ll build strong, meaningful relationships with mid and high-value supporters, providing tailored stewardship that motivates, inspires and maximises their long-term fundraising impact. Working closely with the Community Fundraising Manager and wider team, you’ll identify emerging opportunities, spot potential high-value fundraisers and help shape the growth of our community fundraising programme. In collaboration with colleagues across the charity, you’ll make sure our amazing community fundraisers feel recognised and thanked for their contributions and are celebrated across our media and digital channels.

How and where we work

Colleagues attend the office at least four days per month (pro rata for part-time colleagues) to collaborate, build relationships, and support projects and decision-making. You can choose where to work the rest of the time. Travel to the office is a commute, so we pay our own travel costs.

Additional in-person attendance will be required during your first few months for induction and training, to support you to learn the role and get to know colleagues.

About the role

 As Senior Public Fundraising Manager, you will oversee and develop a diverse portfolio of Individual Giving and Community Fundraising programmes, maximising income and supporter engagement.

As a key part of the Supporter Engagement team this post will support the team to drive sustainable growth across Individual Giving, Community, Legacies and Supported Family Fundraising. The post will work in a strategic way, using insight to maximise potential income and develop both new and existing donors, community relationships and partnerships across the SSCH catchment through targeted donor and product development campaigns, supporter acquisition and retention programs, underpinned by robust supporter journeys.

The post holder will work flexibly across the Supporter Engagement income streams, supporting the team to drive growth, donor numbers and community visibility. They will also be accountable for their own income stream. This role combines a targeted driven approach with excellent donor care and relationship management.

About you

Comfortable working with databases and digital tools, you’ll be curious about innovation and open to exploring new approaches to strengthen and grow our fundraising offer. You’ll also have a solid understanding of sector best practice, including GDPR, Gift Aid and fundraising regulations.

Your experience in Community, Individual Giving or Legacy fundraising will enable you to contribute real insight across our supporter engagement portfolio. We are seeking a motivated and highly organised Fundraising Assistant to join our successful and dynamic Fundraising Team. The Fundraising Assistant will be based in Bewick House in the Development and Partnerships Directorate.

As Fundraising Assistant, you will report to, and work closely with, the Grants and Philanthropy Manager, under the overall leadership of the and Director of Development and Partnerships. This team is tasked with providing, maintaining and growing the income of the Trust.  We have a particularly exciting and challenging period ahead as the Trust in it its centenary year and seeks to source funding for its ambitious strategy “A Wilder Norfolk for All”. With responsibility for the administration of the efforts of the Fundraising Team, you will work closely with colleagues in Nature Conservation, Nature Recovery, the Visitor Centres and PR and Comms, and Engagement.

You will play a pivotal role in the efficient operation of NWT’s fundraising systems and effective recording of the Team’s communications and income details on the Trust’s CRM system.

Norfolk Wildlife Trust prides itself in having excellent reputation for managing its relationships with donors, sponsors, funders and potential funders sensitively always. You will play an important role in assisting with the stewardship of our supporters by coordinating our regular contact strategy with donors and provide administrative support to the Director of Development and Partnerships, Grants and Philanthropy Manager and Senior Philanthropy Officer.

The Abbey Centre is entering an exciting new chapter – and we’re looking for a Fundraising Manager who wants to help define it.

This is not a steady-state fundraising role. It’s an opportunity to lead income generation at a pivotal moment in our development and to shape how we fund our work in the years ahead.

We are a vibrant community charity based in south Westminster, working alongside local people to tackle inequality, reduce isolation and create opportunity. As we look ahead to the next phase of our growth, we want to strengthen, diversify and future-proof our income – and that’s where you come in.

The Role

As our Fundraising Manager, you will be both strategic and hands-on, leading income growth while helping us nurture and evolve our overall approach to fundraising.

You will:

• Develop and deliver an ambitious and adaptable fundraising strategy
• Build and shape a sustainable pipeline of income opportunities
• Strengthen existing funding relationships while developing new ones
• Grow unrestricted income and improve long-term financial resilience
• Work closely with the CEO and senior colleagues to align income with organisational priorities
• You’ll have real scope to influence direction, test new ideas, and identify where our systems, capacity and funding streams need to evolve.

We’re looking for someone who is motivated by building and developing, not simply maintaining. You might already be operating at manager level, or you may be a high-performing fundraiser ready to step up. What matters most is that you can demonstrate results, ambition and strategic thinking.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a talented individual to lead the development of fundraising and alumni engagement for the BRGS Fundraising Trust. Your expertise will secure the support of our community to continue to provide an outstanding learning environment for our young people.

The successful candidate will be a proactive leader with strong fundraising knowledge and skills. You will have extensive experience of delivering fundraising projects and campaigns, preferably in education contexts, with proven ability to develop relationships with alumni, parents and other donors.

The successful candidate will be employed by Star Academies and will deliver the fundraising strategy for the school and charity.

You will have:

• A degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in fundraising through individual giving and major donors.
• Experience cultivating and stewarding major donors and senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of effective fundraising practice and donor stewardship.
• Knowledge of alumni relations and community engagement strategies.

Temwa is a Bristol-based international development charity partnering with remote communities in Malawi to end poverty and create lasting change. With over 20 years of experience, Temwa understands the interconnected nature of challenges faced by rural communities. Our work is rooted in a community-driven approach, delivered by a skilled team of 25+ staff in Malawi, supported by a small but passionate UK team. "Temwa" means “love” in Tumbuka, and that spirit runs through all that we do. 

Role Overview 

As the Fundraising and Communications Officer, you will play a pivotal role in growing Temwa’s income and visibility. You will coordinate, organise or support challenge events, individual fundraising campaigns, manage events, and deliver compelling communications that inspire action. You’ll work closely with the Fundraising & Communications Manager, UK and Malawi teams, and volunteers to support both income generation and brand engagement strategies. 

This is a varied and creative role for a driven communicator who’s confident with events, social media, donor stewardship, and marketing. 

Key Responsibilities 

Fundraising & Events 

• Plan and support individual giving campaigns and donor appeals. 

• Coordinate fundraising events including challenge events, team events, and Temwa’s annual Christmas Party. 

• Organise and coordinate Temwa’s presence at Festivals (about 2 a year)

• Support recruitment and engagement of volunteers for events and festivals. 

• Assist with logistics, ticketing, donor communications and supporter care. 

• Stewardship and support for challenge event fundraisers.

• Support donors and event participants with materials, guidance, and encouragement. 

• Sourcing prizes for events and liaising with suppliers. 

• Coordinating ad hoc events. 

• Contribute to strategy and systems to improve fundraising efficiency. 

Marketing & Communications 

• Manage and implement Temwa’s content calendar, ensuring regular updates across all channels. 

• Create high-quality, engaging content for social media, newsletters, and the website. 

• Work with the Malawi team to gather case studies and impact stories. 

• Develop and distribute digital and printed marketing materials for events and appeals. 

• Support Temwa’s PR and media presence by developing press contacts and press releases. 

• Monitor analytics and evaluate the success of communication and campaign activities. 

• Maintain and update Temwa’s website using CMS tools such as WordPress. 

• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all public communications.

Administrative 

• Maintain and update the CRM (eTapestry). 

• Regularly monitor the Temwa info email and either reply or forward to the correct contact within the team.

• Financial data entry. 

• Donor stewardship, for example, thank you emails and Gift Aid forms. 

• Support volunteer coordination and external liaison. 

Collaborative & Strategic Input 

• Work closely with the Fundraising & Communications Manager to evolve strategy and campaign planning. 

• Stay informed on trends in charity fundraising, digital engagement, and international development. 

• Contribute to organisational planning, policy development, and process improvements. 

Person Specification 

Essential 

• Proven experience in fundraising, marketing or communications (employment or voluntary). 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Experience creating content across multiple platforms including social media, newsletters, and print. 

• Confident in event planning and leadership. 

• Skilled in donor and client stewardship. 

• Strong digital skills, including use of CMS (e.g., WordPress), social media tools, and CRM databases.
