We are looking for a Campaigns Engagement and Mobilisation Officer to help grow and strengthen the Royal British Legion’s campaign supporter network, empowering people across the UK to advocate for the issues that matter most to serving personnel, veterans and their families.

· Develop and deliver engaging supporter communication and mobilisation strategies that drive participation in national and local policy campaigns.
· Build, maintain and enhance campaign supporter journeys, working collaboratively with colleagues across Campaigns, Digital Marketing, Volunteering, Fundraising and Membership teams.
· Create compelling, accessible and high-quality content across a range of channels, including email, social media, websites and supporter communications.
· Coordinate campaign engagement activities, events and training opportunities that inform, inspire and empower supporters to take action.
· Identify, develop and support campaign champions and advocates across the UK, equipping them with the tools and briefings needed to influence decision-makers and raise awareness of Armed Forces issues.
· Lead on the management and development of campaign supporter databases and engagement platforms, ensuring excellent data governance, GDPR compliance and effective reporting on campaign impact.

Catalyst Support is looking for a confident and values-led Safe Haven Team Lead to support the smooth running of our out-of-hours crisis prevention and support service across Aldershot, Guildford and Woking. This is an opportunity to play a key role in a partnership model that brings together community connections and statutory mental health providers to reduce emotional and psychological distress for people experiencing, or at risk of escalating to, a mental health crisis.
You will help lead and support Safe Haven staff, manage rotas and cover, contribute to safe and effective incident management, and work closely with colleagues and partner organisations to ensure the service is consistent, high quality and responsive. The role will suit someone with experience in mental health or social care settings who can remain calm under pressure, communicate confidently, support staff wellbeing and performance, and build positive relationships across services.

The Viva LGBTQ+ Lead is responsible for developing and delivering high-quality specialist LGBTQ+ youth work provision across a four-county area. The post-holder will lead the LGBTQ+ team, supervise junior staff, and ensure inclusive, safe, and affirming spaces for LGBTQ+ young people. This role combines direct youth work delivery with team leadership, training provision, and partnership development.

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Events and Engagement Coordinator to provide excellent operational support to the Engagement Directorate to enable Mission 44 to build meaningful funder relationships and deliver impactful experiences.

Manage invitations, RSVPs and attendee communications, acting as a first point of contact for events attendees, providing exceptional customer service.

Coordinate internal team meetings, workshops and planning sessions.

Our Family Support Teams are given the opportunity to complete a number of diverse training courses in their first 12 months, including but not limited to: Mental Health First Aid, Makaton, introduction to play, drawing and talking training.
The programme aims to provide a building block for you to individually tailor your own learning and development needs.
