About East Anglian Air Ambulance

We are East Anglian Air Ambulance. A charity providing lifesaving critical care every day of the year across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk. Whether by air or road, we bring hospital-level care to the most seriously ill and injured, probably on the worst day of their lives.

From blood transfusions and pain relief to anaesthesia and emergency surgery, our doctors and paramedics give patients the best chance of survival and recovery. And it doesn’t stop there. We also offer vital aftercare, train people in lifesaving skills, and carry out clinical research to keep improving care.

We’re fuelled entirely by donations, without any regular government funding, so our corporate supporters and their fundraising is hugely important to us.

About the role

We are bringing relationship fundraising (major giving) and partnerships into one team, and you will play a significant role in growing corporate supporters and income for the charity. You will shape the corporate partnerships strategy and lead a great partnerships team who are securing new and stewarding existing, corporate supporters and commercial partnerships across East Anglia.

Key responsibilities include:

You will be developing and implementing a partnerships strategy, managing a team and delivering a budget. You will also be creating innovative and bespoke supporter journeys, products and propositions, to engage with new and existing corporate partners.

Working closely with relationship fundraising colleagues you will help to identify and steward c-suite and senior decision makers in organisations. Through collaboration with other teams, you will find new opportunities to grow additional income and support including, event sponsorship, corporate team event registrations, corporate volunteering opportunities, in kind and pro-bono support and community initiatives.

You will also play a part nationally by being our relationship lead with Air Ambulances UK’s (AAUK) national corporate partnerships team. Attending and participating in AAUK meetings, identifying and assisting in securing national partnership opportunities and account managing at a regional level any national partnerships secured.

You’ll bring:

Recent experience of working as a manager within a charity, a new business or account management team or organisation. You will be great at securing new business, building and stewarding relationships with companies and senior decision makers in organisations, and will have hopefully delivered some fantastic pitches in your time.

A good working knowledge of commercial partnership and sponsorship agreements will be a bonus. If you are a whizz at LinkedIn, really like helicopters and inspiring companies to get involved in supporting charities, we want you!

N.B.This role will be worked a minimum of 3 days a week from our Norwich or Cambridge office and up to 2 days a week from home. The exact days worked in the office will be agreed with the successful candidate, but you must live within a commutable distance of Norwich or Cambridge.

Closing Date: 08th October 2026
Interview Date: 15th October 2026 (to be held in person at Helimed House, Norwich)
