Role Requirements
As the House Coordinator, you will have direct contact with children and their families, often during challenging times. The Deputy Manager – Localities will support the Oxfordshire Wellbeing Manager to ensure effective delivery of high-quality locality-based services for people experiencing mental health issues in Oxfordshire. Providing some direct support to service users through Advice and Guidance sessions, short courses, workshops and peer support groups as well as providing management support to the team.

The Learning team at The Trust is looking for a Digital Learning Manager to join our established team. Responsible for engaging with stakeholders to identify learning needs, and then creating high-quality, engaging digital learning content to upskill and empower our staff, volunteers and delivery partners to better support young people.
This fully funded role runs until 30th September 2027 and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to a major employability programme supporting young people across the UK.
You will lead a small team, ensuring that we effectively engage with our stakeholders, understand their needs, and work with them to create digital learning content that delivers against learning outcomes, working right across the training cycle. You’ll also be responsible for managing a Learning Management System, ensuring that learning content is accessible to the right groups of learners. The role sits within a small but dedicated team, who are committed to delivering work of the highest quality. This means that you’ll also need to be hands-on with the creative process, from storyboarding and scripting through to camera set-up, filming, graphic design, and editing. You’ll also lead in the evaluation and continuous improvement of our digital learning products, tracking data and lead times to ensure the best experience for both stakeholders and end users. As this is a fixed-term role, we’ll be looking for someone with direct experience in the same or a similar role in order to smoothly transition into this fast-paced and dynamic team.
This role is perfect for you if you have an excellent grounding in digital learning content production, coupled with the drive to innovate and lead a team towards bigger and better things, all in service to the young people we support. We are looking for sessional farm assistants who will support the Farm team in realising the vision of the farm by supporting the delivery of a variety of activities, including:
· To deliver youth and children’s education sessions and activities on the farm, supporting young people, to help care for the animals, maintain the farm and garden and learn in the outdoors.
· To deliver birthday parties on weekends to groups of up to 30,
· To deliver animal experiences, giving families the opportunity to meet and greet our rescued and rehomed animals
· To support our adult day service with caring for our animals

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves working with children. At the heart of the role is delivering engaging, inspiring and interactive financial education workshops to primary-aged pupils. You'll spend a significant proportion of your time visiting schools across London, Bristol and the M4 corridor, bringing money topics to life through energetic, memorable sessions that help children build the confidence, knowledge and skills to make informed financial decisions.
Alongside workshop delivery, you'll manage this exciting new volunteer programme delivered in partnership with a major financial services organisation. Working closely with our corporate partner and volunteer network, you'll ensure volunteers are recruited, trained, supported and deployed effectively to maximise both educational impact and volunteer experience. These volunteers will assist you with the delivery of your workshops.
You'll also play a key role in growing the reach of the programme by promoting the workshops to schools and community organisations, building relationships and managing the booking process from initial enquiry through to delivery.
This role has been designed to offer flexibility and would particularly suit an experienced teacher or facilitator looking for either a 28-hour working week or a term-time-only position.

About the role
Working across multiple teams, you will manage all aspects of the event from programme development, speaker and delegate management, and ticketing systems through to sponsorship support, on-site delivery and post-event evaluation.
