South East London Mind has been delivering a young person’s counselling service to students at Southwark College for several years.

As a College Counsellor, you’ll provide an age-appropriate counselling service that allows the students to explore their mental health and wellbeing, along with the socioeconomic factors that impact this. You’ll manage a caseload of students, triaging new clients to the service, coordinating the waiting list and capturing data and outcome measures on a CRM database.

We are looking for someone with a professionally recognised diploma in Counselling or Psychotherapy who has experience of providing counselling to young people aged 14 upwards. As you’ll be working closely with pastoral staff on-site, an ability to work independently but collaboratively, to be proactive and show initiative is essential for this role.

The role will require you to:

• Offer age-appropriate counselling sessions, including assessments and risk assessments. Where appropriate, provide clients with information about, and signposting to, other services
• Work with teachers and pastoral staff to ensure that the students are triaged and the relevant level of care and support is offered
• Work closely with the school to raise & report any safeguarding concerns in accordance with the schools and SEL Minds Safeguarding Policies
• Liaise where appropriate with other SEL Mind staff, school/college staff or agencies including local statutory and voluntary sector professionals and organisations
• Regularly communicate with other SEL Mind college counsellors and college safeguarding team to keep abreast of key themes, issues and needs across the service and collaborate to address these
• Attend regular clinical supervision, group clinical supervision, and line management to ensure effective therapeutic interventions

Role Overview: 

The HR Lead will be responsible for embedding a consistent, robust, and proactive compliance culture across the HR team. Strengthen Employee Relations Compliance:

• Ensure consistent and compliant handling of disciplinaries, grievances, and investigations.
• Reduce risk of legal challenge through improved processes and documentation.

Systems and Data:

• Use HR systems to support compliance tracking (e.g. mandatory training, right to work, certifications).
• Improve reporting on compliance metrics and risks by creating HR dashboards to report to service leads through to board.

You will also represent Blood Cancer UK at meetings, events and stakeholder forums, helping to influence policy and drive meaningful change for people affected by blood cancer.

This role will require regular travel within your respective nations (England and Wales or Scotland and Northern Ireland) to attend meetings, events and stakeholder engagement activities. In addition, there will be occasional travel across the UK, including to London, Cardiff, or Edinburgh, Belfast and other locations, to support cross-UK influencing activity, team meetings and organisational events.

About you

We're looking for someone who is naturally organised, enjoys supporting others and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

You'll probably have around three to four years' experience in an administrative, research or project support role and be confident juggling multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

You'll also bring:

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience supporting meetings and coordinating projects.
• Confidence managing budgets, invoices and payments.

The Data, Evaluation and Learning team enables Impact on Urban Health to embed learning at the heart of its work, ensuring evidence is used to drive impact in Lambeth and Southwark and to advance understanding of urban health.
The Head of Data & Evaluation leads Impact on Urban Health’s approach to data, research, and evaluation, ensuring high-quality, equitable evidence informs what we fund, how we work, and how we understand impact. The role leads a specialist team, sets standards, and oversees the organisation’s core evidence base, helping ensure Impact on Urban Health is a credible and trusted source of insight on urban health.
The postholder will also provide expert input to other parts of the Foundation where relevant.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead on ensuring data and evaluation are embedded across our work, developing and overseeing the cycle from data and evidence inputs through to analysis and evaluation insights that inform decisions.
• Set the strategic direction for a programme of mixed-methods research, data analysis, and evaluation – that builds on existing evidence, helps us understand needs and impact, and that is equitable and proportionate.
• Design and oversee data and evaluation plans that generate insight for internal decision-making and external influencing, working with senior leaders across Impact on Urban Health.

Support people with mental health needs to find and keep meaningful work. As an Employment Support Coach, you’ll work one-to-one with individuals to build confidence, overcome barriers, and connect them with opportunities that match their goals. Job Title: Community Mental Health Recovery Worker

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Mental Health Recovery Worker to join our team based in Catford. Penrose Jigsaw Service is a forensic mental health service and work in partnership with South London and Maudsley NHS Trust (SLaM).  You will empower and motivate both our male and female residents and participants to achieve their personal goals and gain greater independence, supporting their reintegration into the community. You will provide tailored, person-centred support using a recovery model, ensuring our services are flexible and responsive to individual needs while meeting the expectations of our commissioners and stakeholders.

Your focus is on successful community reintegration and a sustained quality of life, guided by a recovery model that enables clients to live, work, learn, and participate fully in their communities through interactive and preventative approaches. We provide supported accommodation within a forensic step-down service, delivering residential and community-based support. We provide intensive accommodation-based support (six flats) and floating support (dispersed flats) designed to address the complex and challenging needs of our residents and participants. • Experience of working with people of complex backgrounds and/or a good understanding of the sector, particularly mental health and substance dependency

One25 is a Bristol charity for women moving from crisis and trauma towards independence in the community. It is a highly respected charity working with some of the most vulnerable women to help them to heal and thrive.

One25 services have been developed to meet women at their point of need, with love and practical support. You will be supporting women who street sex work and who face significant barriers to accessing mental health support. This role is key to supporting and advocating for women to have access to mainstream mental health support, while providing trauma informed practical and emotional support to each woman.

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a passionate and organised individual to join our team as a Health Link Events Co-ordinator. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will plan and deliver community health day events across SW London boroughs, bringing together NHS partners, community organisations, and volunteers to improve health outcomes for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

Alongside coordinating events, you will play a meaningful part in supporting and advocating for our clients — facilitating service user involvement groups and making sure the voices of those we work with are truly heard and valued. We are looking for someone who is empathetic, non-judgmental, and trauma-informed, with a genuine commitment to social justice and making a difference.
