A key part of the role will be strengthening these progression pathways. You will build relationships with employers, training providers and other partners, while working across Providence Row's catering, gardening and volunteering programmes to create opportunities that reflect clients' aspirations, strengths and circumstances. Progression & Training Manager.

We are looking for someone with experience of supporting people facing barriers to employment and managing staff delivering employment support or progression services.
