Participants take control and create their own original work, from musicals to collaborating with companies such as Les Enfants Terribles.

In our last staff satisfaction survey 100% of team members felt inspired at DreamArts to do their best at their job, and 100% said that their voice and skills matter at DreamArts.
We believe young people benefit from seeing a diverse range of positive adult role models. As there are currently no male practitioners within our Sunday EXPERIMENT team, we particularly welcome applications from men, who are currently under-represented within this role.
