· Experience interpreting complex financial and performance data to support effective evaluation and enable sound strategic decision-making.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Housing Night Concierge to be the friendly and reassuring on-site presence across our supported accommodation services (owned or leased by Julian House). You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of both our buildings and the people within them, helping to create a calm, supportive environment overnight.

What you’ll be doing:
- Be a reassuring on-site presence, ensuring the safety and security of our supported accommodation through the night and weekends.
- Conduct regular building checks and patrols to monitor safety, maintenance issues, and ensure a calm environment.
- Monitor any CCTV and respond to any concerns or incidents in line with policies and procedures.
- Keep a clear and accurate log of events and activities during each shift.
- Support smooth transitions between shifts by providing details verbal and written handovers.

Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, this exciting new role offers the opportunity to support NHP's internal expertise on Housing; ensure we have strong partnerships with Housing Providers and grow the offers of housing from Housing Providers across the UK, to support our growth as a charity. Key Responsibilities
General

Lead the development and implementation of NHP’s Housing Partnership Strategy in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team ensuring aligned with organisational priorities and growth of NHP.

Housing First Support Worker (28 hours per week)
Spitalfields Crypt Trust (SCT) is recruiting a Housing First Support Worker to join our specialist team supporting people who have experienced homelessness and other traumatic events.
In this role, you’ll hold a small caseload (around six residents) and provide tailored, person-centred, trauma-informed support that helps people sustain their tenancies, improve their wellbeing, and work towards recovery on their own terms. You’ll build trusting relationships over time, combining practical housing-related support (such as moving in, budgeting, appointments, maintaining a home and accessing community resources) with strong advocacy to ensure residents can access healthcare, benefits, housing services and specialist support.
You’ll work closely with SCT colleagues and a range of external partners across Tower Hamlets to remove barriers, reduce risk, and prevent eviction. The post includes completing needs and risk assessments, maintaining clear case records (including on In-Form or similar systems), and contributing to reporting and service learning. This is a values-led role for someone who is organised, resilient, and confident working independently with adults facing multiple disadvantage (including addiction, mental ill health, and long-term homelessness).
This is a part-time post (28 hours per week) with a salary up to £32,000 (up to £25,600 pro rata). Enhanced Adult Workforce DBS is required. Join Homeless Oxfordshire as a Project 41 Support Worker, supporting people with experiences of homelessness, trauma, substance use, and mental health needs to live more independently in dispersed accommodation. You’ll build compassionate, trauma-informed relationships, deliver high-quality support, coordinate with partners, manage risks and safeguarding, and help clients move on to suitable long-term housing. Main Purpose Of Job:
Project 41 accommodates individuals within the homeless pathway and as part of Oxfordshire’s Homelessness Alliance. These individuals have support needs including substance use, mental health and offending histories, but are able to live in dispersed accommodation in Oxford with a higher level of independence than in our hostels. The successful candidate will understand the trauma people using our services have experienced, and have a compassionate and assertive approach to building relationships. At Project 41 you will provide high quality support service provision, work with clients to ensure suitable and timely move on, ensure the health and safety and safeguarding of service users and colleagues, work in a psychologically informed way, and develop and maintain effective partnerships with relevant agencies.
Main Areas Of Responsibility:
- To ensure the effective delivery of high quality support, housing management and resettlement opportunities.
- To develop effective professional relationships with service users that is trauma informed and compassionate, and which empowers and motivates our service users to make positive changes in their lives.
- To work in partnership with support agencies to coordinate a holistic response to an individuals needs; this may include substance use services, probation, health professionals and adult social care.
- To lead on identifying and applying for suitable move on accommodation, and providing support throughout the move and whilst settling in to new accommodation.
- To assess risk and suitability of referrals for the service.
- To be responsible for creating and actioning person centred, strengths based support plans, and identifying and working towards suitable move on.
- To assess and manage risk for individuals and in the service, creating and maintaining risk assessments for all clients. Reporting any safeguarding concerns without delay in line with procedures.
- Work with the Team Manager and colleagues to achieve agreed contractual performance targets and organisational targets and objectives.
- Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment across accommodation services; this may including room cleaning and clearance.
- Manage challenging situations in line with procedures and to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
- Ensure that IT systems are updated as required and concise record keeping is completed promptly.
- To participate in the induction of and support new team members.
- To contribute to a positive team culture which is inspiring and motivational.
- Comply with Homeless Oxfordshire’s policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive working environment in which equality and diversity are valued and staff are enabled to do their best.
- Contribute to the work of the broader team.

- Provide expert advice to the Chief Executive, Board, and Committees on housing, estates, and safety matters.
- Responsible for the leadership of the housing and property department, nurturing an excellent customer focused service to our residents and provide strong leadership to the team, promoting a positive culture reflecting our values and setting clear objectives.
- Strategic oversight and accountability for the success of some housing service contracts, including leading negotiations with commissioners, ensuring financially robust and operationally excellent.

In our Residential Scheme Manager role, you’ll be managing our Scheme efficiently, ensuring residents' welfare, safety, and comfort while fostering a sense of community.
As a Residential Scheme Manager, you will be required to live on-site, offering a unique opportunity to reside within the community you support. Accommodation is provided in a 2-bedroom bungalow at the Scheme. A separate on-site office at the Scheme will be provided for work-related duties.

Snapshot of your role
- Manage the scheme in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring that a safe, secure, well-kept and pleasant environment is maintained.
- Oversee the welfare of our residents that will enable them to live independently, whilst also providing a calm and attentive response in the event of an emergency.
- Take on the management of service delivery, with particular attention to housing management and maintenance issues.
- Engaging residents and developing a tight knit community spirit through the facilitation of regular social events and activities.

This role sits within our Connecting Communities service, which is an element of the larger Mental Health and Wellbeing Service in Tower Hamlets. The post holder will be committed to supporting our clients through their recovery and developing greater resilience and wellbeing. This role will offer a personalised approach to accessing welfare and housing-related advice and information, through casework, workshops and advice surgeries.
What you’ll do
- Provide welfare benefits and housing advice to support people with mental health challenges to live independently in the community.
- Help clients understand and resolve issues related to welfare benefits and ensure they receive their correct entitlements.
- Run workshops, groups, and advice surgeries on welfare benefits and related topics, such as money management.
- Work collaboratively with the Connecting Communities team, mental health services, housing associations, and other providers to support welfare benefits enquiries, referrals, and training needs.
