ST Giles Trust have been delivering interventions to high-risk young people in the borough through the Community Harm & Exploitation Operation Group since 2012. Through the VRU My Ends Consortium, SGT will work in partnership with consortium partners lead by Active Communities Network, to support vulnerable Southwark Young people to address concerns around group offending and related violence.

About this key role
Holding a caseload of up to 12 clients at any one time, our successful candidate will provide a client-led holistic support service that responds to individual’s needs, including supporting with housing, finances, benefits work and debt advice, parenting, health, ETE and criminal justice, and appearing in court.

We will rely on you to complete initial needs assessments with clients and to support them to develop individual support and risk management plans and regularly review them to assess progress.  You will be expected to promote inter-agency collaboration in the assessment and planning process, and to develop and maintain strong relationships with partner agencies, while ensuring you close cases efficiently and positively, identifying a referral route for young people that will identify agencies that can be used for ongoing support is also a key aspect of the role.

What we are looking for

• Proven record of engaging successfully with challenging people, for example people who have complex needs or are reluctant to discuss their needs
• Strong experience in working as part of a multi-agency team
• Experience of using support plans and of calculating risk and implementing safety procedures for vulnerable clients
• To have a relevant qualification to a good standard or be working towards one
• Sound understanding of issues facing this client group
• Excellent interpersonal, prioritisation and communication skills, verbal and written.

The South London Service Delivery Executive will play a key role in both the South London Centre and the wider Service Delivery Team across London. One of two Outreach and Project Workers pivotal to the delivery of an exciting new Women at Risk (WaR) project which will support women at risk of rough sleeping, homelessness and exploitation. Working across key areas of Enfield and Haringey you will, through a combination of nighttime outreach and daytime service provision, be critical to supporting a coordinated response across multiple agencies already engaged in this work.

We are seeking to appoint a Compliance Officer for an immediate start. However, the organisation recognises the importance of our activity within communities across the UK and community fundraising has been invested in.

What you will be doing

• Be the primary contact for supporters, patients, and families and offer excellent service to supporters through various communication channels. 
• Develop strong internal relationships to enhance fundraising efforts and support Marie Curie activities. Help identify and engage new supporters.
• Record, bank, and process supporter income in line with Marie Curie policies. Maintain accurate financial and supporter records.
• Provide stewardship for Fundraising My Way participants, local fundraising groups, volunteers, and third-party eventers.
• Manage collection site bookings and permits, contact volunteers, dispatch materials, and ensure proper follow-up and record-keeping for collections. 

What you will need

• Good verbal and written communication skills demonstrating a sensitive approach
• Good IT skills including Word processing, email and spread sheets and a working knowledge of databases
• Excellent people and customer service skills.

• Able to engage with supporters and families in support of their fundraising activities.
• Driving licence and access to car is preferred but not essential

Job Title: Partnerships Officer

Duration: Permanent

Overall job purpose

The post-holder will play a key role within the Initiatives and Partnerships team, working with regional teams to develop and implement proposals to expand use of historic churches in our existing estate and, on occasion, working with other heritage and community groups to deliver their own projects via consultancy or partnership work.

They will manage a programme of work that will include a number of site-specific projects and national initiatives across multiple sites, as well as from time to time working with third parties on partnership or consultancy projects.

The Partnerships Officer will support regional teams and communities to scope and develop projects, supporting feasibility, options and project development work as well as business planning, project management and funding. The post-holder will also work closely with colleagues in conservation and regional teams to make sure that impacts on both areas are fully considered, whilst in tandem seeking to maximise opportunities to expand and increase commercial activity, income and ultimately profitability.

We are looking for an experienced Fundraising Manager to join our small but dynamic fundraising team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the public fundraising team – overseeing the recruitment and retention of individual supporters and community organisations through appeals, regular giving, in-memory, challenge events and fundraising activities. 

About you

You will need:

• Significant experience working in the public fundraising environment with specialism in one of the following: Individual Giving, Community & Events or Legacy & In-Memory fundraising.
• Experience in line management and supervision, providing support and leadership.
• Experience of developing donor journeys and delivering excellent supporter stewardship to retain donors.
• Experience of budget management, monitoring income and expenditure, delivering to budget and reforecasting.
