The Environmental Justice Foundation (EJF) is a global non-profit organisation working to protect the natural world and our fundamental human right to a secure environment. We work at the frontlines of environmental injustice, alongside communities most affected by climate breakdown, biodiversity loss, and exploitation - transforming evidence into action, and injustice into lasting change.
Through field investigations, rigorous research, and strategic international advocacy, we expose environmental crime, challenge impunity, and catalyse systemic reform. Our work delivers real-world impact, shaping policy, strengthening governance, protecting vital ecosystems, and defending those who risk their lives to safeguard them.
Our campaigns span four interconnected areas: oceans, climate, forests and wetlands, and the training, protection, and empowerment of environmental defenders and investigative journalists. EJF has a diverse team of campaigners, filmmakers and community mobilisers working across four continents, united by a shared ambition: to protect people by protecting the planet. We are bold, evidence-led, and impact-driven. We speak truth to power - and we build pathways to a fairer, more resilient future. Join Us.

Reporting to: Director of Operations
Salary: £36,650 – £42,550, dependent on experience
STOP THE TRAFFIK prevents vulnerable communities from being recruited, trafficked, and exploited. Our targeted prevention efforts disrupt the criminal business of human trafficking, making it too high-risk and low-profit to sustain.
We're looking for an Impact Manager to lead the way STT measures, evidences, and communicates the difference our work makes, coordinating our impact measurement framework, managing KPI data and dashboards, supporting grant and programme design, and turning evidence into clear reporting for funders, the Board, and SLT.
What You'll Do
• Coordinate impact measurement across teams and partners, and maintain our indicator library and reporting templates.
• Manage KPI data, dashboards, and performance reporting for SLT, the Board, and funders.
• Support grant proposals with theories of change, logframes, and MEL plans.
• Turn evidence into compelling impact case studies and stories of change.
What You'll Bring
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across teams.
• Confident written communication, translating data into clear reports and stories.
• Analytical skills, comfortable managing datasets in Excel or equivalent tools.
• Experience using digital tools to improve reporting efficiency.
We're proactively building a candidate pool that includes people with lived experience of trafficking or exploitation. There's no expectation to share your own experience, in the process or once in post - we believe it offers a unique compass for this work.
STOP THE TRAFFIK is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable children and adults. We expect all staff to share this commitment and to undergo appropriate checks, which may include an enhanced DBS check.
Benefits:
• A friendly, supportive team.
• Opportunity to engage with global partners and influential funders.
• Autonomy to shape fundraising approaches and contribute innovative ideas.
• Healthcare cash benefit scheme (with the option to include partner/children).
• Corporate eye-care scheme.
• Life insurance.
• Non-contributory Group Personal Pension Scheme with 7% employer contribution.
• 30 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays (rising to 32 days with service).
• Cycle to Work scheme.
• Season Ticket Loan.
• Ability to swap two bank holidays to suit personal needs.
• Flexible working policy that supports staff wellbeing.
