We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Coach to join our new Independent Approved Premises commissioned by Criminal Justice Service (IAP) on day shifts with a rolling rota. You will support residents recently released from prison in a residential setting, helping them reintegrate into the community. You will work with residents to create tailored support plans, identify their needs, goals, and skills, and motivate them to reach their potential. You will encourage engagement in activities and the community, provide tools for life skills, and ensure effective risk management with a strong focus on public protection. The team work closely with one another and support which achieving overall service KPI's, and you will be part of making a greater change. Everyday looks different so this is perfect for someone who wants a role where no two days are the same.

The role
You will provide high-quality legal advice and representation at IAA Level 2/3 or Solicitor standard. Your diverse casework will range from assisting sponsored workers on high-risk visas, to managing complex human rights cases and supporting victims of modern slavery and trafficking. You will work closely with our employment advice team on overlapping cases, collaborate with policy and comms colleagues to evidence systemic issues, and help deliver public legal information and training.
About you

This role requires emotional intelligence; you’ll be working with people who have faced adversity, and your ability to support them within clear, professional boundaries is critical. Giving and receiving feedback, gathering data and other evidence to inform service development, and exercising reflective practice are all essential attributes.
You’ll also contribute to key projects that move SMART Recovery forward, adding your voice and insight to help shape what comes next. The role therefore requires project mangement skills as you will work on specific projects that develop our publications, training, communications and marketing. If you have a special interest and expertise in certain areas of our business such as social media and campaigns, training, volunteer management or copywriting we can develop this skill and interest as an enhancement to your role. About the Role
As our Community Fundraiser, you'll play a vital role in growing income and supporter engagement across a range of fundraising activities and events. Working alongside a passionate and successful fundraising team, you'll help develop meaningful relationships with families, community groups, individuals, and supporters who share our vision

You'll work closely with the CEO, Fundraising Manager, Fundraising team, colleagues across the organisation, and, most importantly, the incredible children, adults, and families we support.

We are seeking two diligent cleaners to clean our offices, toilets, kitchen/break rooms, residential and all general areas in our premises at Clapham Junction.
The hours of work are 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 4:00am to 8:00am.
As well as having proven experience of cleaning in an office or industrial environment, you will be familiar with Health and Safety procedures relating to cleaning, including COSHH regulations and manual handling. Basic literacy and computer skills are essential in this cleaner role, to complete timesheets, report maintenance and similar communications.
Successful applicants for the Cleaner post will be required to wear personal protective equipment as supplied and to undertake a DBS check.
