About you:
About us:
We’re London’s leading homelessness charity – and we get things done.
In a city where hundreds are forced into homelessness every day, our work has never been more needed or more challenging. And we’re not shying away. We’re rolling up our sleeves to make change and helping over 10,000 Londoners every year. We prevent homelessness, provide safe places to live and give people the opportunity to rebuild their lives and transform their futures. And we never give up.
We’re here for Londoners wherever they are on their journey. We start with trust, building relationships that help people feel safe, supported, and ready to move forward. Every day, we put people first in everything we do, challenging injustice and barriers that keep people from the safety, stability and opportunity they deserve. We stand alongside people as they rebuild and shape a future that feels their own.

You’ll work alongside colleagues with lived experience, in a space that’s trans-inclusive, disability-friendly, and actively striving to be anti-oppressive and equitable.

At Family Action, we support people through change, challenge or crisis. It’s what we’ve done for over 150 years. We protect children, support young people and adults and offer direct, practical help to families and communities.

Our approach is to identify what works on a local level, then adapt and amplify it across different regions, countries and continents. All of Practical Action’s work is focused on two connected areas for action - livelihoods and climate resilience – and we’re working to deliver three big, global changes:
Big change on food – to sustain people and planet
Big change on energy – clean and accessible for everyone
Big change on climate risk – safer lives, stronger livelihoods
Practical Action exists to change the systems that keep people in poverty and vulnerable to the impacts of climate change, nature loss and pollution.

Help create a place where people feel welcome.
At Likewise, we believe that places matter.
Every day our Community Hub is used by clients, community members, volunteers, students, partners and staff. People come here for support, community activities, therapy, learning, work, a cup of tea or simply to spend time with others. The way the Hub feels and functions has a real impact on people's experience.
We're looking for someone to take ownership of the spaces, systems and practical coordination that help everything work well.
This role combines facilities, operations, coordination and community in a way that's quite unusual. You'll look after the day-to-day running of our building, support the wider organisation, coordinate room hire, oversee health and safety, improve systems and help create an environment where people feel welcome and colleagues have what they need to do their best work.
You'll probably enjoy this role if you like creating order, improving how things work and taking ownership. You're someone who notices what needs attention, whether that's a space, a process or a practical problem, and enjoys sorting it out. You get satisfaction from helping things run well and from creating places where people enjoy being.
Likewise is a community-centred mental health charity based in Camden. We believe people thrive through meaningful relationships, supportive communities and opportunities to contribute. We're also trying to build a different kind of organisation—one that values trust, autonomy, learning and shared responsibility. People here are encouraged to think for themselves, contribute ideas and take ownership of their work.
This role would suit someone with experience of coordinating an office, community space, workplace or similar environment who enjoys balancing practical organisation with working alongside people. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
To apply for this role, please complete the application form on our CharityJob page by 5pm on the 16th August.
We welcome either chronological or skills-based CVs for this role.
Your supporting statement should address the following two questions. Please submit a minimum of 400 words but no more than 800 words (for both questions in total):
1 What is at the heart of your offer to Likewise, and how do your experience, skills and competencies meet the the areas we are looking for?
2 Tell us about some of your guiding values as a person. What are they, and why are they meaningful to you? How do you see these serving this particular role at Likewise?
We support often isolated, marginalised or excluded people by building authentic relationships and community together.

Help young people with an affinity for mathematics discover where it can take them.
We're looking for a Careers + Employer Partnerships Manager to help University Maths Schools prepare young people with an affinity for mathematics for ambitious futures.
This is an opportunity to join a small, ambitious charity at an exciting stage of its development. You'll do this by building employer partnerships, developing national careers intelligence and creating a national centre of expertise that every University Maths School can draw upon.
If you enjoy connecting people, spotting opportunities and helping young people make informed choices about their futures, we'd love to hear from you.
Why U-Maths?
U-Maths is the national charity for University Maths Schools.
Our vision is that every young person with an affinity for mathematics can thrive and succeed.
Our mission is to advance excellence and equity in mathematics education by strengthening and growing the national network of University Maths Schools.
There are currently nine state-funded University Maths Schools, each established in partnership with a leading university and specialising in mathematics and the mathematical sciences for students aged 16–19. The network continues to grow, with two further schools in Nottingham and Durham due to open.
Together, these schools are helping more young people – particularly those from backgrounds currently under-represented in the mathematical sciences – to access an outstanding mathematics education and progress to ambitious futures.
Why this role?
No single school can maintain deep expertise across the rapidly changing landscape of mathematical STEM careers.
That's why U-Maths works nationally.
As our Careers + Employer Partnerships Manager, you'll build the employer relationships, careers intelligence and national expertise that help every University Maths School give students outstanding information, advice and guidance about mathematical STEM pathways.
About the role
You'll lead U-Maths' work to strengthen careers education and employer engagement across the network.
Working closely with schools, employers, universities and alumni, you'll build partnerships, develop careers insight, support careers and UCAS leads, create high-quality resources and lead national careers opportunities that individual schools would find difficult to create alone.
You'll help schools understand the skills, qualifications and experiences valued by mathematical employers, ensuring that careers advice, university guidance, research projects and enrichment activities are informed by current sector insight.
What you'll be doing
You'll:
About you

You might have developed your skills in careers education, employer engagement, widening participation, partnerships, outreach, higher education, the charity sector or another setting where helping young people understand and access opportunity matters. We're more interested in the relationships you build, the insight you bring and the opportunities you create than in where you have gained them.
We're looking for someone who:
