About the Role

As a Caseworker, you will provide structured, tailored support plans based on holistic assessments for individuals affected by crime. You will make initial contact with victims of domestic abuse via the telephone, then tailor the support to them explaining our services, and assessing the impact of crime. Your responsibilities will include developing, delivering, and monitoring safety and support plans, providing resources, interventions, and information to service users. Alongside working with the adults who have been victims of doemstic abuse, you will also support children and young people who have experienced crime.

As a Caseworker you will:

• Manage a caseload of self-referred & referred service users, providing information & advocacy to help them navigate the criminal justice process.
• Conduct risk & needs assessments, ensuring each victim receives tailored support & information.
• Identify barriers to accessing services & work with partners to provide ongoing support.
• Keep accurate & confidential case records on a bespoke case management system
• Make calls to offer support to victims of domestic abuse, as well as children/youn people and their parents delivering immediate support.
• Develop, deliver and monitor safety and support plans for those affected by crime who accept ongoing support
• Liaise and actively engage with other local providers to share information on the VS service offer
• Work as part of a team with staff and the volunteer team to provide a seamless service to clients

About You

You will have an understanding of the impact of crime on victims & experience in delivering services within a statutory, voluntary, or multi-agency setting. Experience in managing a caseload and of completing risk & needs assessments would be beneficial.

You will need:

• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Strong IT skills, including the ability to navigate and utilise bespoke case management systems effectively and an ability to use Microsoft Office applications to a high standard
• Good organisational & time management skills, able to manage competing needs and priorities.

About the Role

As a IDVA you will provide high quality support to victims of domestic violence and abuse. You will deliver and provide support in five key areas to support victims to:

• Feel safer
• Feel informed about their rights and the criminal justice system
• Feel listened to and heard
• Be able to implement healthy coping mechanisms
• Be connected with services who are available to help them

Key Responsibilities:

• You will provide appropriate non-therapeutic support to victims of domestic abuse via their preferred contact method.
• Undertake needs and risk assessments to develop tailored individual safety and support plans to address the specific needs of the victim.
• Use a bespoke case management system to maintain accurate and confidential record keeping and contribute to the collection of outcomes.
• Liaise with the police, social services, CPS, and other agencies on the client's behalf, with the client's consent maintaining confidentiality
• Provide information to victims to enable them to make informed choices about their future options. Ensuring that the voices, needs, rights and legal entitlements of older people are heard and understood by all individuals and organisations.

About You:

Ideally, you will hold an approved and accredited IDVA qualification (or you must be willing to work towards one)

You will need:

• A strong understanding of domestic abuse and violence and the impact this has on victims.
• Experience of working with victims of crime (preferably domestic abuse) including completing risk assessments and safety planning
• Experience of managing a caseload and keeping clear case management records.
• Experience of adapting communication styles to be able to effectively communicate.
• An understanding of trauma informed practice and how to implement this within your work
• A through understanding of the criminal justice system and the Victim's Code
• An understanding of confidentiality, safeguarding and other legal requirements
• Good IT skills including experience with working within bespoke case management systems and using Microsoft Office Packages.
• Organised and methodical approach to work with the ability to plan, prioritise and organise workload

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and technically minded IT Administrator to join our small but mighty IT team. In this varied and hands-on role, you’ll play a vital part in keeping The Charity’s systems, devices, and digital infrastructure running smoothly — so that everyone across the organisation can do their best work in support of our mission. Delivered by culturally competent female mentors, many with relevant lived experience, the service works alongside statutory and voluntary sector partners to identify and support young women who may otherwise remain hidden from traditional safeguarding pathways.

The service aims to reduce the harm caused by exploitation, improve safety and wellbeing, and help young women build resilience and positive futures.

About this key role
As a Female Child Criminal Exploitation Mentor, you will provide intensive support to young women and girls who have been identified as being at risk of, or involved in, exploitation and related harms.

Working on a one-to-one basis, as well as delivering groupwork sessions, you will build trusted relationships with young people and their families, helping them to recognise risks, increase their safety and make positive changes in their lives.

You will work closely with partner agencies to coordinate support, contribute to safeguarding and risk management processes, and provide advice and guidance to professionals working with vulnerable young women.

What we are looking for

• Experience of engaging positively with young females or other vulnerable groups.
• Experience providing support, advice, advocacy or mentoring to individuals with complex needs.
• Experience building trusting relationships with people who may be reluctant to engage with services.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed approaches and safeguarding practice.

We have an opportunity for a dedicated Case Officer to join our Midlands casework team on a 12 month fixed term basis to manage and provide direct support, advice, and guidance to RBL beneficiaries across West Midlands on a wide range of issues including health, social care, employment, benefits, statutory support, and housing.

Our Casework Services team plays a vital role at RBL in supporting the Armed Forces community, helping beneficiaries to lead better, more fulfilling lives. Each year, we assist around 12,000 people both in the UK and abroad. By collaborating with various departments within RBL and across a wide network of external partners, we ensure that our beneficiaries receive the support they need, regardless of their circumstances.

Based in a friendly and established team, your role will be to ensure that beneficiaries receive appropriate welfare support and advice in an integrated and seamless way, providing a person-centred solution based on a thorough analysis of circumstances and needs.

Reporting to the area Casework Services Manager, key responsibilities will include:

- Manage casework support, providing direct support, advice and guidance to beneficiaries,
- Assess beneficiaries’ needs and draw on support from the regional specialist team and other providers as necessary, ensuring that support is made available in an integrated way that best meets the beneficiaries’ needs
- Support the Casework Services Manager and Head of Welfare in better understanding the needs of the beneficiaries in your area to inform the commissioning of specialist services
- Advise beneficiaries of support which may be available to them and assist them in accessing this support as necessary
- Work in close collaboration with other providers of welfare support services within the local area, developing an understanding of each other’s services to facilitate appropriate referrals and support
- Develop effective working relationships with other Legion services within the area in question (e.g Specialist Service teams, Recovery team, Branch Community Support supporters, care homes, Remembrance.).

The role is primarily homebased and will have regular travel around the West Midlands area for meetings and visiting beneficiaries, therefore you will need to live in a location that allows reasonable travel around this area. There will also be occasional travel nationally to attend training or meetings.

A valid UK Driving Licence is an essential requirement for this role. The successful applicant will require an Enhanced DBS check to be undertaken as part of the pre employment checks process.

About the role

This is a senior strategic position within the organisation, sitting on the senior leadership team, reporting to the CEO and working closely with colleagues across the UK and Ghana.

As the Director of Fundraising and Communications, you will lead on strengthening and building relationships with Sabre’s growing portfolio of key funders, including trusts, foundations, institutional and corporate donors. Working with leadership and the team, you will also deepen the charity’s profile, reputation and brand.

Key responsibilities include:

• Nurture excellent relationships with Sabre’s current donor community.
• Work with the fundraising team proactively to attract, cultivate, secure and steward grant funders.

About the Role

As a Triage & Early Intervention Officer, you will be the first point of contact via telephone, text or email for clients referred to our service. You will conduct comprehensive impact and risk assessments, provide immediate and short-term interventions, and ensure that each client receives tailored support that meets their individual needs.

As a Triage & Early Interventions Officer you will:

• Conduct comprehensive impact & risk assessments for clients.
• Provide tailored responses to clients' needs, including children and young people and those affected by domestic abuse, ensuring they are aware of their rights.
• Manage a caseload of clients requiring immediate & short-term interventions, developing support plans & referring to other agencies as needed.
• Maintain accurate & confidential case management records.
• Work as part of a team & collaborate with statutory & voluntary agencies to address clients' needs.

About You

Ideally you will have an understanding of the impact of crime & the criminal justice system. Experience in delivering services within a statutory, voluntary, or multi-agency setting is also beneficial.
