CXK will be delivering 12 week NEET programmes across East Sussex, commissioned by East Sussex County Council. The programmes will run weekly in local communities where it has been identified there are a significant number of young people not in education, employment of training. The programme has been developed to improve confidence, increase skills, resilience and introduce young people to working environments that might work for them. The aim is to provide a service to enable young people to become confident enough to be work ready.
The Team
The team will support young people from across the county, seeing them at CXK bases, partner venues or in community settings. The team assess and action plan with young people referred to the programme, supporting them to understand their options and take steps toward achieving their goals around education, training and /or employment. About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Youth Coach to support the delivery of a high-performing programme across East Sussex. You will deliver high quality, innovative, engaging programmes, ensuring young people achieve positive outcomes in employment, education and training while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. You will work with referral agencies to ensure that young people are inducted onto the programme and have the confidence to attend and remain engaged.

About the role

The Housing Navigator role works in partnership with SIFA’s Homeless Intervention Team and Birmingham City Council’s Housing Directorate to ensure that individuals coming to SIFA in need of housing are provided with the necessary support and guidance to engage with the Local Authority and access safe, sustainable accommodation that adequately meets their needs. We are seeking a Neighbourhood Health Coordinator to help strengthen the relationship between local communities and health services whilst leading an exciting new community outreach programme focused on healthy ageing and frailty prevention.
Purpose of the Role
The Neighbourhood Health Coordinator will play a key role in connecting older residents with local health, wellbeing and community support.
Working across Time & Talents, local Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs), social prescribing services and community partners, the postholder will coordinate a programme of neighbourhood outreach activity designed to improve health outcomes, reduce loneliness and support older people to age well.
The role will combine programme coordination, partnership development, community engagement and direct delivery.
The postholder will spend time embedded within local health partnerships, helping to strengthen collaboration between statutory and voluntary sector organisations and ensuring local residents can access the support they need.
Key Responsibilities
Community Health Outreach
· Coordinate and support delivery of a programme of community outreach events across Southwark.
· Work alongside community organisations to engage older residents who may be isolated, vulnerable or at risk of frailty.
· Support residents to access local services, activities and community assets.
· Promote prevention, wellbeing and healthy ageing messages.
Partnership Development
· Build strong relationships with:
o Integrated Neighbourhood Teams
o Social Prescribing teams
o Primary Care Networks
o Community health services
o VCSE organisations
o Housing and faith partners
· Act as a key point of contact between Time & Talents and local health partners.
· Identify opportunities for collaboration and service development.
Community Engagement
· Engage with residents in community settings including sheltered housing, community centres, faith venues and neighbourhood hubs.
· Ensure outreach activities are accessible, inclusive and responsive to community need.
· Gather resident feedback and insight to influence future service delivery.
Programme Coordination
· Coordinate delivery schedules, partner engagement and event logistics.
· Monitor project activity and outcomes.
· Collect and report data in line with project requirements.
· Produce case studies and examples of impact.
Integration and Learning
· Attend relevant neighbourhood health meetings and forums.
· Share learning between partners and contribute to service improvement.
· Support the development of sustainable pathways between health and community services.
General
· Work in accordance with Time & Talents policies and procedures.
· Promote safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion.

Overall purpose:
Breaking Barriers exists to support refugees and people from forced migration backgrounds into meaningful employment.
The Client Caseworker is integral to delivering that mission. Acting as a client’s primary point of support, you will lead and coordinate their progression toward employment — whether through language development, requalification, training or direct employability support.
This role requires someone who can take ownership of client journeys, drive forward action plans, and deliver both one-to-one and group-based support that moves clients closer to work. Caseworkers may initially focus more heavily on one pathway area, but the role is designed to provide integrated, cross-programme support over time.

Person specification:
Essential Criteria
Experience
· Experience providing one-to-one advice, guidance or support, ideally within employability, education, refugee support or a related field
· Experience delivering or co-facilitating group sessions, workshops or training.
· Experience working toward defined targets, outcomes or deadlines in a structured environment.
· Understanding of barriers faced by refugees and people from forced migration backgrounds in accessing employment.
· Experience maintaining accurate records, whether using a database, CRM or equivalent system.
· Understanding of safeguarding principles and how to respond appropriately to concerns.
Essential Skills & Abilities
· Ability to support people in planning and taking steps toward a goal, with clarity and follow-through.
· Comfortable facilitating groups and engaging diverse audiences.
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with people from varied backgrounds.

· Ability to speak an additional language relevant to the client group.
