The role
As our Advice Session Supervision, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the delivery of advice services across both office-based and community outreach settings.
You will supervise, support, and develop a team of employed advisers, volunteers, and supervisors—ensuring our services are of the highest quality and delivered in line with Citizens Advice standards.
This includes oversight of advice sessions, project coordination, case checking, and ensuring team members are up to date with training and development.

Person specification
Essential:

About the Service and the Role
This role is an exciting opportunity to work with the Operational Services Manager (Blended Teams) to manage the daily operations of our Blended Teams functions.
This includes managing a core team of workers in a diverse range of projects and services often in partnership with the NHS and other VCSE and community groups. The role will involve multi-agency working and ensuring the continuous development of our services to ensure that they meet the needs of the community and blended team outcomes.
Ideally, you will be required to have knowledge of managing remote teams who may be imbedded in NHS services and the ideal candidate would have the skills to support staff with the complex challenges that come with blended working as well as maintaining and building relationships with key stakeholders. About MAP
Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. For more than 40 years, we have been delivering essential health and medical care to those most affected by conflict, displacement and occupation in the occupied Palestinian territory (oPt) and Lebanon.
We are now responding to the largest emergency in our history. Over the last two years, tens of thousands of new supporters have joined MAP. We work to raise Palestinian voices and work to secure their rights to health and dignity.
About the role
This is an important opportunity for somebody passionate about MAP’s work with an interest in system design, strong data skills and an eye for detail to play a key role in shaping and maintaining MAP’s Dynamics 365 CRM system. With Dynamics 365 introduced in 2024, the Senior Supporter Database Officer will play a vital role in meeting the charity’s data import needs and enhancing its infrastructure. The postholder will be involved in system design and data quality management associated with a wide variety of data types with varied requirements including, but not limited to individuals, corporates, trusts, foundations, volunteers, campaigners, institutional donors, community groups, and challenge event participants. To enable this, they will work closely with the Supporter Care Team, Finance Team, wider Fundraising team and other internal stakeholders at MAP.
The management of financial data will feature prominently in the day-to-day responsibilities of the postholder. Collaborating with MAP’s Finance team, third party payment providers and external suppliers, the postholder will deliver the secure and efficient processing of payments data. The postholder is responsible for completing complex data imports, applying accurate coding, and supporting financial reconciliation to monthly deadlines.
The Senior Supporter Database Officer will closely support the work of the Supporter Database Officer and will deputise for the Supporter Database Manager when required. In addition, they will support the work of the Performance & Insights team within the Fundraising team and the technical CRM lead in the Technology team.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Supporter Database Officer is responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy and effective use of MAP’s Dynamics 365 CRM system. The role leads on complex data imports from payment providers, agencies and internal teams, ensuring robust processes, strong data quality controls and clear documentation. The postholder oversees secure data handling and conducts regular quality checks to maintain system accuracy.
A key aspect of the role is income processing and financial reconciliation. Working closely with Finance, the postholder ensures accurate coding of income, supports daily and monthly reconciliations, investigates discrepancies and maintains appropriate audit trails and financial controls.
The role also contributes to CRM development by gathering requirements from Fundraising colleagues, supporting system improvements and assisting with testing and implementation. The postholder ensures compliance with data protection regulations, maintains consent records and supports reporting and data insight needs across Fundraising.
As a senior team member, they provide guidance to the Supporter Database Officer, deliver user training and deputise for the Supporter Database Manager when required.
About You
You will have strong experience working with CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365, alongside advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL. You will be confident managing large datasets, complex imports and income reconciliation processes.
You will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions. Experience working with supporter or customer data, alongside knowledge of GDPR and financial controls, is essential.
You will be an effective communicator, comfortable working across teams and with external suppliers, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience within a charity CRM function and familiarity with tools such as Power BI would be advantageous.

Background
At EPIKS we are passionate about finding local solutions to environmental problems that are integral to our concern for effective climate action. We work with a range of partners to improve the environment: promoting biodiversity, active travel and a sustainable economy to make Kirklees a better place to live and work. EPIKS is run by four volunteer Directors and a small, dedicated team of part time staff.
We are at an exciting phase of development, with new projects to deliver on improved access in and around the Colne and Upper Calder Valleys and sustainable transport. EPIKS has recently expanded our volunteering programme and community engagement activities. We have also established a firm foundation for our active travel projects and the Walk Wheel ride brand, increasing our partnership with Network Rail.
These run alongside continuing work on greenspaces in local nature parks, enhancing biodiversity, promoting environmental volunteering and delivering walking, cycling and wheeling activities – all of which involve collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders.
To achieve success in all these areas we need a Chief Executive to lead in developing a roadmap for our existing and future funded core projects. You will help co-ordinate work across the range of our projects and support initiatives to secure future funding.
In striving to improve our engagement with volunteers, supporters, funders and the wider public, we need an innovative, experienced communicator to lead on this critical part of our work.
The position involves working flexibly over 22.5 hours per week. There may be opportunity to extend the hours depending on funding success. The post will require some evening, weekend and bank holiday working.

This is a full time, permanent position working 37.5 hours a week on a hybrid basis with the expectation that our successful candidate will work from our Godmanchester site for approximately 2 days a week dependant on business need. The starting salary for this position will be £35,598 - £43,507 per annum depending on experience (pro rata'd as applicable for a part time opportunity). This is complemented by;

- Being responsible for the discernment and wisdom required to undertake spiritual personal and assessments, refining a clear and robust framework to ensure a fair and consistent candidate experience.

Hybrid working arrangement - based in central Birmingham for 2 days per week with flexibility to work from home on other working days.
Salary £29,651 - £32,773 per annum - full time 36 hours per week.

Role details:
The BDA is seeking a Volunteer Coordinator (Country Boards). This role provides governance and administrative support to the BDA's four Country Boards across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, covering everything from scheduling meetings and taking minutes to tracking workplans and maintaining records. The postholder will also act as a key communication link between the Country Boards, local branches, BDA staff teams and members, ensuring information flows clearly in both directions. It's a varied, detail-oriented role that sits at the heart of the BDA's volunteer governance structure.
Ideal candidate:
We're looking for a highly organised Volunteer Coordinator with experience of supporting committees, boards or governance processes. The successful candidate will be confident managing a varied workload across multiple groups, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate clearly with a wide range of people, from staff colleagues to volunteer board members and branch leaders. Proactive by nature, you'll anticipate what's needed and keep things moving without being asked. A solid understanding of governance and accurate record keeping is essential, along with a collaborative, can-do attitude.
