St James’s Piccadilly is a Church of England parish in the heart of London. The successful candidate will have working knowledge and proven experience of the process of claiming asylum in the UK from first arrival to leave to remain and proven experience in supporting individuals going through this process; at least 2 years’ experience of working with volunteers, and team building networks of support; at least 2 years’ experience of providing pastoral care with people who have experienced significant trauma; understanding and appreciation of promoting and championing equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging. Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office 365, computer literacy and online communication including social media.

Rossendale Refugee Support Group is a small, community-based charity committed to supporting refugees and people seeking asylum to rebuild their lives in safety . We provide practical advice, advocacy, support and opportunities for social contact to individuals and families living in Rossendale. We currently have a single employee who leads service delivery, and over 20 highly committed volunteers.
We provide two weekly Drop-in sessions for clients, one at Haslingden Link on Wednesdaymornings (offering casework and social opportunities) and one at Bacup Maden Centre on Tuesday mornings (offering casework only).

Having established a strong reputation locally we have recently secured a Local Authority contract for delivering refugee advice services. We are now seeking a Director who can lead the charity at a time of transformation, capitalising on our increased financial security to improve our offer, develop strategic direction, and establish the charity on a more sustainable footing. Key Responsibilities
· Strategic Leadership. Work with Trustees to develop and implement future direction of the organisation.
· Partnership development. Represent RRSG and build partnerships with funders, community organisations, national bodies, and other stakeholders.
· Fundraising. Lead the development and delivery of the organisation's fundraising strategy, identifying funding sources, preparing high-quality funding applications and reports, diversifying and strengthening income streams.
· Operational management. Provide overall leadership and management of the charity's services, ensuring services are high-quality and responsive to clients’ needs.
· Line management. Responsible for the Service Delivery Lead postholder.
· Financial management. In partnership with the Treasurer and finance group, oversee financial management.

· Website. Ensure website is kept up to date and developed according to needs.
· Governance. Oversee organisational policies, procedures and risk management, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, funders’ requirements and organisational policies.
· Casework. Provide input into casework service, normally a maximum one session/week, plus cover for absence of the Service Delivery Lead.

· Support to the Board of Trustees in fulfilling its responsibilities.

The policy officer supports our policy development work by building knowledge of key policy issues, drafting policy materials and helping with the generation of evidence and insight to shape our work. Help us make it easier for men affected by prostate cancer to access the support they need, when they need it most. In this new role, you’ll develop and grow new referral and signposting pathways into Prostate Cancer UK’s services, working with NHS clinicians, Trusts and partner organisations to ensure more men and their loved ones get the right support at the right time.

We're looking for a Client Care Coordinator to be a key part of our team in delivering high-quality, client-centred support. You'll be the first point of contact for many people in our community seeking support, helping them through their journey with us from initial application through to the conclusion of their counselling.

About the role
As Client Care Coordinator you will:
Handle email and SMS correspondence with clients relating to their counselling, with awareness of client needs and service policies.
Answer the phone, responding with warmth and clarity to general or counselling queries, or directing calls to other members of the team as appropriate.
Match clients with counsellors with the support of the Client Care Manager, and speak with clients over the phone to arrange sessions.
Provide clients with all pre- and post-counselling information.
Work closely with associate counsellors, supporting them to feel confident in their client work with us, and providing administrative assistance and contacting clients where needed.
Support with onboarding new associate counsellors and ensuring systems are updated so they can begin client work.
Monitor data relating to service activity on a weekly and monthly basis.
Attend and participate in regular team meetings, as well as broader team meetings with the Service Team and Growth Team.
Contribute to the ongoing development of the organisation by identifying opportunities to improve processes and systems.
Provide administrative support to the wider team as needed.
About you
We're looking for someone with experience of working in an administrative and client-facing role, ideally in a mental health and/or counselling setting. Above all, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, including a warm, empathetic manner on the telephone and in writing; a high level of organisation and attention to detail; confidence in using digital platforms like HubSpot; and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Training will be given to the right candidates.

The Head of Youth Work holds overall responsibility for the development and delivery of Providence House Youth Club’s youth work programmes, working with young people aged 8 to 19 from disadvantaged backgrounds across Battersea. Race Against Dementia is a global charity founded by three-time Formula 1 World Champion Sir Jackie Stewart OBE to find preventions, treatments and cures for dementia – faster.
We fund and support pioneering early-career scientists around the world, giving them the tools, mentoring and Formula 1-inspired mindset to accelerate breakthroughs. From the UK to the USA, Australia to South Africa, our researchers are rethinking how dementia research is done – applying data science, AI and engineering to neuroscience in bold, collaborative ways.
Purpose of the role
The Supporter Engagement Officer plays a key role in making sure everyone who supports Race Against Dementia has a positive and rewarding experience. They will manage day-to-day supporter communications, maintain our supporter database, and build strong relationships with donors, fundraisers and volunteers around the world. By helping people feel valued and connected to our mission, they will help inspire long -term support and generate more funding for dementia research.

OUR ORGANISATION
Cynthia Spencer Hospice Charity funds specialist end of life care for patients with life-limiting illness, supporting their loved ones and those who care for them across West Northamptonshire.
In the last year alone the Specialist Palliative Care team had 15,923 contacts with the community of West Northamptonshire. 242 patients were cared for by the inpatient unit, and the Specialist Palliative Care Consultant recorded 1406 total contacts which equates to almost 30 per week. We also funded palliative care services for thousands of patients and their families including through Wellbeing Services, Bereavement Services, and Hospice@Home.
THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join our growing and dynamic team, working closely with the Finance, Supporter Care and Income Generation teams. Key areas of responsibility include income processing, management of our donor CRM databases and administrating communications to all our supporters.
