Director of Funding Development
20 hours per week | Hybrid Working | Gloucestershire £40,000-£50,000 FTE dependent on experience. (£21,333-£26,667 pro rata for 20 hours per week based on a 37.5 hour week)

Parent and Carer Alliance C.I.C. is seeking an experienced and ambitious fundraising professional to lead our income generation strategy and drive sustainable growth. We support over 3,600 families across Gloucestershire, ensuring they feel informed, empowered, and connected.
This newly created senior role offers an exciting opportunity to make a genuine difference while helping shape the future of a respected, family-led organisation.
What you'll do
- Lead and deliver our fundraising and income generation strategy
- Secure significant grants, contracts, tenders, and transformational funding
- Build relationships with funders, stakeholders, and partners
- Develop compelling funding bids and proposals
- Work closely with our CEO, Finance Director, and Company Secretary to support long-term organisational sustainability
We're looking for someone who has:
- A proven track record of securing substantial funding
- Strong bid-writing and relationship management skills
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach
- The confidence to represent the organisation at a senior level
- A passion for creating positive outcomes for children and families
- Lives in Gloucestershire
