You will provide appropriate emotional and practical 1-to-1 support to (those who identify as) women and non-binary people involved in sex work and those who are sexually exploited, who often experience stigma and face barriers to accessing services. You will be enabling people to access support and navigate services,  You will be working in partnership with other agencies and making appropriate referrals for people to access other services to support their wider needs. You will contribute to wider team responsibilities including outreach, drop in and duty. 

To provide appropriate emotional and practical support to women in the sex industry and/or those who are being sexually exploited with a specific focus on those who are homeless and experiencing domestic violence and abuse. The women we support require intensive practical and emotional support as well as support navigating health and other social care or criminal justice systems. The women will have poor mental or physical health, experience with homelessness and of the criminal justice system, are often victims of sexual and/or domestic abuse and many are homeless. This post specifically will include a focus on domestic violence, sexual exploitation, sexual violence and housing. Working within a harm reduction ethos prioritising women’s safety and wellbeing, the intensive personalized supported will help women to access other services making appropriate referrals for women who wish to make changes, including exiting/transitioning out of sex work. You will be responsible for ensuring that women with varying needs are supported effectively throughout their pathway of support with Basis and partners, advocating for and with the women you are working with including where necessary challenging stigma and judgement women face.

About the role

This is an important interim role for a well-regarded charity supporting care-experienced young people across the North West. Following dedicated leadership from the founder CEO, who will be leaving the organisation in July, Pure Insight is looking for an interim leader who can provide stability, support a strong handover and help the charity maintain momentum while the permanent CEO recruitment process progresses.

The interim CEO will join at a critical point for the organisation. Ideally starting in early to mid-June, you will work closely with the founder CEO ahead of her departure, helping to capture knowledge, strengthen continuity and ensure the organisation is well placed for the months ahead.

Reporting to the Chair and working closely with the Board, the Interim CEO will provide strategic and operational leadership across the charity for an initial period expected to run until at least the end of September.

The immediate priorities for the interim CEO will include supporting operational leadership, ensuring a smooth handover, maintaining organisational focus and bringing additional capacity around fundraising, bid writing and income generation — you will ensure the charity can continue to build financial resilience during the interim period.

This is likely to be a part-time interim role, anticipated to be around three days per week. The organisation is looking for someone who can start as soon as possible, ideally in early to mid-June, to allow for a meaningful handover period with the outgoing founder CEO.

The successful candidate will help ensure that Pure Insight remains stable, focused and well supported during this leadership transition. You will work closely with the senior team, trustees and outgoing CEO to capture key organisational knowledge, maintain service quality, support operational decision-making and provide confidence to staff, funders and partners.

About the Role

Norwood is investing in the future of Positive Behaviour Support across both our adult and Children & Family Services.

This is a strategic role with the mandate to shape, strengthen and modernise PBS practice across Ravenswood and our North West London services. You will define what high-quality, evidence-based and person-centred PBS looks like at Norwood and ensure it is delivered consistently.

The majority of the role will focus on adult services, with an important proportion supporting our Children & Family Services offer for children and young people aged 5 to 18.  This includes working with neurodivergent children, often with complex and co-occurring needs.  In the medium term, the role will also contribute to thinking around how PBS principles can support neurodivergent children in more mainstream settings.

This role moves beyond behaviour management.  It is about enabling children, young people and adults to live fuller, safer and more independent lives through proactive, strengths-based and positive risk approaches.

• Receive regular clinical supervision to ensure strong case management, reflective practice and ongoing professional support.
• Build and develop a specialist PBS function with clear purpose and accountability
• Strengthen collaboration across multidisciplinary teams including SaLT, therapists, dietitians and operational leaders
• Establish governance, systems and quality assurance processes that promote consistency
• Chair PBS panels and MDT meetings as required
• Drive culture change toward proactive, person-centred and enabling support
• Coordinate behaviour support approaches and associated training across services

The role

The Individual Giving team is responsible for driving growth and income sustainability across Individual Giving (one-off donations, Regular Giving, Lottery) In Memory Giving, Legacy Giving and Major Giving. This is an exciting role and it will suit somebody who enjoys working across our different fundraising products, with particular focus on one-off donations, Regular Giving and In Memory Giving. We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team team in Ealing. This is a well-resourced and dynamic service in which you will lead a team of 2 Coordinators and 9 Outreach & Resettlement workers.

In this role you will focus on combining outreach with clients on the streets and supporting them through placements in temporary accommodation until a suitable home is found. Several additional services are also embedded within the team including Street Legal, an Employment Specialist, and a Homeless Health Nurse – and the team has lots of well-established connections with specialist providers and community organisations locally, as well as having strong relationships with commissioners and local authority partners.

About the role 

Reporting directly to the Sanctuary Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of our accommodation pathways, ensuring the best possible outcomes for destitute migrants and newly granted refugees. 

This is a dynamic, frontline casework role that spans three core areas of our housing provision: 

• The Hosting Project: Supporting people seeking sanctuary who have no recourse to public funds by giving them a welcoming, safe place to stay in the home of one of our volunteer hosts. 

• Refugee Lodgings: Helping to provide a safe and supported housing option for newly granted refugees at risk of homelessness by matching them with people who have a spare room. 

• Transitional Housing: Providing vital tenancy sustainment support for newly granted refugees transitioning into our shared accommodation properties. 

About you 

We are seeking a dedicated, highly organised, and empathetic professional with proven experience working directly with people experiencing homelessness, particularly asylum seekers and forced migrants. 

You will have a strong working knowledge of the housing system, the UK welfare system (including Universal Credit and Housing Benefit), and how to support people to access their entitlements. Because this role requires managing complex casework and navigating cultural nuances, you must possess strong interpersonal skills, particularly when working with vulnerable people or those with English as a second language.

Our Maintenance team works across multiple properties to give our residents a good quality, safe home, working closely with project staff to identify repairs required, make repairs, undertake ad hoc cleaning and decoration, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and to make empty homes ready for re-occupation.

We have sites across East Sussex, centred around our Foyers in Eastbourne and Hastings. These services provide 24-hour supported housing for young people aged 16–25, offering low to medium levels of housing-related support. There are homes throughout East Sussex for young people we continue to support into independence via our Transitional Housing teams, these are typically larger shared houses of four to eight residents sharing some communal facilities such as bathrooms and kitchens. In total there are approximately 180 residents in East Sussex that the maintenance team oversee.

A key part of the role involves redecorating empty homes to prepare them for new residents. This work must be completed promptly, to an agreed and consistent standard, and with clear communication to site and maintenance teams to ensure properties can be relet within void target times.

You will also carry out planned redecoration within communal areas of our accommodation, as well as offices and workspaces used by our staff and volunteers.

Experience and Knowledge

• NVQ 2 or equivalent in painting and decorating, or equivalent work experience

• A proven track record of delivering high‑quality work, with at least two years’ experience undertaking duties similar to those required in this role.
• A strong commitment to safety, quality, and resident wellbeing, ensuring all work is completed to a consistent and professional standard.
• Good knowledge of health and safety requirements relevant to painting, decorating, and maintenance work, including safe working practices and compliance procedures.
• An understanding of professional boundaries, alongside awareness of the challenges faced by vulnerable young people and how these may influence behaviour.
• A proactive and organised approach to managing workload, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Strong team‑working skills, with the confidence to both support and appropriately challenge colleagues where needed.

The role:

As Community & Volunteer Engagement Coordinator you will be assisting Peter Bedford Housing Association with its current strategic aims of making a difference for Tenants and Participants and achieving more through ambitious partnerships.

Situated within the housing association’s Enterprises & Training Team, you will lead the delivery of a specific project seeking to tackle food poverty and long-term development needs such as wellbeing and social connection.

You will work alongside the Pantry Coordinator to lead on developing a wrap-around service to enable access to skills training, IAG, and volunteering opportunities for PBHA’s tenants and local communities.

In this role you will develop partnerships to help Peter Bedford Housing Association listen to community needs collaborating with groups supporting global majority individuals to co-produce activities with wellbeing and community connection at its core. A key target of this important project is to work collaboratively to ensure Peter Bedford Housing Association activities and services are increasingly accessible and relevant to any local person who wishes to join.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Identify, build, and maintain relationships with organisations supporting disadvantaged adults to develop skills and build resilience.
• Work collaboratively with local partners to co-produce services which reflect community needs.
• Organise and deliver events, and workshops that develop community cohesion.
• Oversee the delivery of exciting new activities, groups and workshops for Peter Bedford Housing Association tenants and the local community.

Person specification:
