The Role

The person appointed will be responsible for:

Travel 

We are relaunching our Palestine Travel Programme after a three-year pause. We plan to be taking our first supporter groups to visit The West Bank in April 2026.  We will be taking the trip participants into a highly complex environment which requires exceptional planning and preparation to ensure the success of the trips and the safety of the participants.

You will also support our annual Roaclub cycling programme, visits to international partners and hosting international guests and partners in the UK

Operations

Alongside events and travel, you will manage a range of additional operational tasks. As a small organisation without a permanent office, these responsibilities will be manageable and shaped by your skills and experience.

Digital Change Manager

Role purpose 

Adoption UK is undertaking a major digital transformation, initially focused on CRM and Website developments. Our Digital Transformation Team will drive this change programme, working with colleagues and external digital partners; and subsequently deliver our on-going digital strategy implementation and development. 

You will support the Digital Transformation Lead to refine and implement Adoption UK’s digital strategy, to deliver our digital transformation project. Working with internal and external stakeholders the team will ensure that the project’s vision and scope meet the business and operational needs of the charity. An important part of your role will be to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation and particularly with our Marketing and Communications team to integrate digital into all current and upcoming projects.

Background – our digital transformation 

Like many charities, we’ve historically developed our digital framework and footprint organically, with insufficient web and CRM integration and functionality, duplication and data silos; resulting in data management and website functionality that don’t meet all our users’ needs. We’re changing all that by: 

1. Investing in our customer-facing website and data management systems; connecting all our divisions and services, delivering integrated systems that provide a positive customer and stakeholder journey.
2. Developing the next generation of digitally accessible services 
3. Extending our in-house digital capability to support continuous delivery. 

Key accountabilities: 

• Support the Digital Transformation Lead to implement the charity’s digital strategy.

• Coordinate data and content activities, including migration between platforms, to deliver our website and CRM digital transformation programme.

• Utilise and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation and with current and future digital partners. Use these networks to: 

• embed digital first principles and best practice. 

• Train, coach and mentor colleagues to be effective users of our CRM and website. 

• Progress opportunities to increase our digital capability and integrate digital into our current and upcoming work. 

• Utilise the digital performance assessment framework to monitor compliance with digital and data best practice standards. 

• Assist in maintaining our data security standards compliance, participating in quality assurance activities.

Essential Criteria

The Alumni Engagement Manager is a key role dedicated to nurturing lifelong relationships between the School and its global alumni and parent(s) of alumni community. By leading meaningful engagement, communications, and events, the role supports strategic initiatives that build a strong sense of community and encourage ongoing philanthropic support.

Engagement and events:

The Head of Partnerships is a senior leadership role responsible that will lead a newly integrated Partnerships Team covering corporate new business, corporate account management and community fundraising, ensuring clear tiering, structured pipeline progression and robust income performance.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Fundraising, you will hold full responsibility for corporate and community income targets, budgets, forecasting and return on investment. As Head of Partnerships, you will:

Key Responsibilities

External Communications

• Produce and manage the production and distribution of the charity’s supporter newsletter, corporate newsletter, and other direct marketing materials.

• Digital transformation of the Cosmic website and other digital channels with a consistent and clear brand, ensuring optimal user experience.
• Create engaging and consistent digital designs for all marketing materials on Canva.

Branding and Merchandising

• Design and create a new range of fundraising merchandise and marketing materials to promote the Cosmic brand.
• Support the fundraising team by developing high-quality materials for proposals, events, and activities, and assist in promoting these initiatives.
• Develop and formalise a clear Cosmic Tone of Voice and charity branding, establishing guidelines for how Cosmic presents itself both internally and externally to ensure consistency and alignment with its mission and values.
• Build a Cosmic library of “curated content” with aligned descriptions of who we are and what we do, tailored for different audiences.

• Build a process to balance and prioritise the requirements and request for digital, marketing and communication support from the Cosmic Team
• Respond effectively to incoming telephone calls and emails, ensuring all inquiries are handled professionally.
• Maintain and update the charity’s database of contacts and supporters, taking the lead in implementing changes to improve data recording and analysis.
• Provide support to charity volunteers during activities.
• Develop engaging and relevant supporter journeys using Cosmic audience personas.

Thrive at Five is a relatively young organisation but with an already strong national and political profile, having been called out in Parliament for our ways of working in Stoke-on-Trent and invited to be interviewed at the 2025 Civil Society Summit by the Secretary of State for Education. We have grown rapidly in our first four years, with a growing team of nearly 40 across the country. 2026 will be a year of further growth and milestones for the charity as we celebrate our fifth-year anniversary and expand into our third and fourth regions. The Role
We are looking for a Supporter Acquisition Lead - Face to Face to drive forward our ambitious direct dialogue supporter recruitment programme, recruiting 100,000 new supporters a year so that we have the funds we need to reach every deaf child.
 
 
What you'll do
 

• Establish relationships with and onboard new direct dialogue recruitment agencies 
• Manage supporter acquisition campaigns, sustaining relationships through challenges
• Report on and optimise campaigns, with a view to customer experience and lifetime value
• Be a valued source of knowledge, advice, coaching and support for the Acquisition and Supporter Care teams
• Take an active role in, and further develop, our programme of agency visits and mystery shopping

• Extensive experience of working with direct dialogue recruitment
• Genuine enthusiasm for Face to Face fundraising and its role in the fundraising mix
• Able to build and sustain great relationships in the face of challenges
• Coaching and mentoring skills to help develop others in the team

Campaigns and Public Affairs Officer

We’re looking for a Campaigns and Public Affairs Officer to help turn insight, lived experience and evidence into powerful public campaigns that drive change for people affected by bowel cancer. You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering creative, inclusive campaigns that mobilise supporters, grow engagement and help people take meaningful action across the UK. Working closely with colleagues across policy, communications and fundraising, you’ll support the design and delivery of campaign actions, digital activity and events, while also contributing to our wider influencing work with decision-makers. This is a UK-wide role, with an initial focus on devolved nations, ideal for someone who’s passionate about campaigning, motivated by impact and excited to be part of a team pushing for earlier diagnosis and better care.

The Policy and Campaigns Lead is responsible for creating and delivering high-impact campaigns to build young women’s visibility, voice and power and achieve changes to policies, practices and attitudes which will bring about an equal world of work for young women.

You will play a critical part in delivering our 23-28 strategy, and will build Young Women’s Trust’s policy expertise and campaigning capability and our alliances with others who can support us to achieve our purpose. 

You will bring a track record of leading campaigns which have demonstrably contributed to policy or other social change. You’ll be passionate about working with people with lived experience to develop policy solutions and campaigns, and will have the ability to build influential relationships and to represent Young Women’s Trust with a range of external audiences.

A Rocha UK is the only national Christian conservation charity in the UK. Our mission is to mobilise Christians and churches to care for the natural world. We do this currently through a number of programmes reaching different parts of the Christian community: Eco Church for local churches, Partners in Action facilitating conservation efforts by Christian land managers, Wild Christian, supporting individuals and households to act on nature, including by campaigning, and our Convening programme, supporting Christian environmental leaders. Purpose of Job:

Working closely with a Steering Group of senior staff and expert volunteers, you’ll coordinate the modular Christian Environmental Mobilisers (CEMs) course, from helping refine course modules, liaising with expert contributors and ensuring course promotion through A Rocha’s communications, to managing participant registration, scheduling online learning sessions, and helping evaluate impact.
