You’ll lead projects end‑to‑end – from early concept and funding through to mobilisation, delivery, evaluation and legacy – ensuring programmes are well governed, well delivered and genuinely impactful.

In this varied and high-profile role, you will be:

• Managing a diverse portfolio of projects, campaigns and partnerships, delivered to agreed scope, budget, timelines and quality
• Working closely with external partners, funders and suppliers to coordinate delivery and maximise impact
• Applying consistent, high‑quality project management standards, documentation and governance throughout the project lifecycle
• Leading risk, safeguarding, health & safety and compliance management across community‑focused programmes
• Producing board, partner and audit‑ready reporting, giving clear visibility of progress, risks, outcomes and learning

This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with colleagues across Partnerships & Communities, Group Projects, Operations, Support Services and external organisations.

 Our ideal candidate:

You’ll be a confident and values‑driven project professional who combines strong delivery discipline with empathy, creativity and influence.

• Proven experience leading complex projects end‑to‑end in multi‑stakeholder environments
• A strong understanding of project governance, assurance, risk management and portfolio delivery
• Experience working with partners, community organisations or suppliers, building trusted, productive relationships
• Confidence managing budgets, financial planning and value‑for‑money decisions within projects
• Excellent communication skills – able to translate complex information into clear, engaging messages for varied audiences
• Experience using project management tools and digital reporting platforms (e.g. MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Visio or similar)
• A recognised project management qualification (PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent) or equivalent experience

About the Role

We're looking for a Supporter Experience Assistant to join our Data, Insight and Supporter Experience (DISE) Team, part of our wider Fundraising Team. You'll be the first point of contact for our supporters — responding to enquiries by phone, email and post with warmth and professionalism. You'll process regular giving requests, including changes to payment schedules, donation amounts and cancellations, ensuring everything is actioned accurately and on time. You'll also help keep our fundraising CRM up to date, supporting the wider team with administrative and income-processing tasks.

About You

You'll have experience in customer service or handling enquiries by phone, email or in person, along with strong administrative skills and real attention to detail. You're comfortable maintaining accurate records or databases, and you communicate clearly and confidently, both written and verbal. International Nepal Fellowship (INF) is a Christian health and development charity. Since 1952 they have had a huge impact serving the most disadvantaged people and communities in Nepal.

As Nepal’s longest serving international NGO they continue to have ambitious plans. It is an exciting time to join INF as they enter a bold new strategic phase for 2026 to 2031.

The most disadvantaged communities in Nepal face a lack of access to healthcare, often walking for days to their nearest health post, or being unable to afford even basic treatment.

We are looking for a Supporter Engagement Officer to join INF’s small, passionate UK team. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with INF’s committed UK supporters who resource and pray for the work of Nepali organisations which support people to overcome the barriers they face due to issues such as disability, poverty, gender or caste.

The Role

As Supporter Engagement Officer you will play a key role in the stewardship of INF supporters. Reporting directly to the Head of Fundraising and Communications, you will support the team to deliver the highest level of supporter engagement.

The main responsibilities will include:

• Creating high-quality content, including prayer resources, to communicate effectively with supporters.
• Managing content for INF’s website, social media and e-marketing campaigns.
• Being a first point of contact, handling supporter enquiries by email and on the phone.
• Timely and appropriate acknowledgment of donations.
• Participating in team prayer and reflection as part of the wider staff team.

The Person

We are looking for a practising Christian, as set out in the occupational requirement for this position.

You must align with the values of INF and be committed to your faith. It is key that prayer is important to you both personally and professionally.

We are looking for someone with the ability, or drive to learn, to write creatively and develop new skills in digital marketing. You must be an adaptable person who thrives within a small team.

Proven experience of engaging with supporters is also vital, as well as exceptional written and verbal communications skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Communications Plan and Content Creation

• Develop and deliver the annual communications and marketing plan, working with senior leadership to align activity with organisational priorities. 

• Plan, create and manage high-quality written, visual and multimedia content across media, social media, newsletters, presentations, speeches and campaign collateral. 

• Ensure all communications are accurate, impactful and consistent with The Hygiene Bank’s mission, values, tone of voice and brand guidelines. 

• Translate complex or sensitive issues around hygiene poverty into compelling stories that engage supporters and partners. 

• Provide strategic communications support for key campaigns and partnerships, including National Hygiene Week, fundraising campaigns and work with partners such as Boots, Unilever and smol. 

• Oversee approval processes, brand resources and organised filing systems for communications materials. 

2. Digital Strategy and Implementation 

• Lead digital planning, delivery and maintenance across the website, email, social media and digital campaigns. 

• Manage digital advertising activity, including paid social, Google Ads and SEO, ensuring activity is effective and delivers strong return on investment. 

• Oversee analytics, reporting and insight-driven optimisation, using performance data to guide your own work and the work of the Communications Officer. 

3. Ambassadors and Influencers 

• Build and nurture relationships with ambassadors, influencers and public supporters. 

• Develop briefs, guidance and campaign plans for influencer activity, ensuring messaging aligns with organisational values and priorities. 

• Identify opportunities to amplify diverse lived experiences and voices. 

4. Events and Campaigns 

• Lead promotional activity for national and regional events, campaigns and awareness moments, including activity with brand and corporate partners. 

• Support branding and communications for in-person and digital events, producing event-related content such as photography, video and social media. 

• Collaborate with corporate partners to produce co-branded communications and collateral that protect our brand integrity and align with partner requirements. 

5. External Engagement and media 

• Lead communications for collaborative campaigns, including End Hygiene Poverty with In Kind Direct, coordinating activity, messaging and campaign assets. 

• Build relationships with sector organisations and partners to amplify shared campaigns, priorities and messaging. 

• Secure local, regional and national media coverage, working with external agencies to develop broadcast, print and online opportunities. 

• Produce press releases, statements, case studies and briefing materials to support proactive and reactive media activity. 

• Manage suppliers, agencies and freelancers, including budgets where required. 
   

6. Data and Monitoring 

• Monitor communications performance using analytics and performance data, ad use insights to improve performance. 

• Prepare an annual review of communications performance and learning to inform future planning. 

7. Team and Internal Communications 

• Work collaboratively with staff and volunteers to support organisation-wide communications needs, providing guidance on messaging. 

• Line manage, support and develop the Communications Officer, empowering them to succeed in their role. 

• Provide responsive and practical communications support to colleagues across the organisation.

EXPERIENCE

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

• Salary: £38,000 

• Full time role, or four days per week.

• Home-based contract, with occasional travel across the UK – including at least one trip to London per month for team meetings. Reasonable travel costs will be covered.

Global Communications Lead

Contract type: 12 months Fixed term, Full time, 35 hours per week.

About the role

As our Global Communications Lead, you will lead the development and delivery of the global communications plan in support of the global fundraising strategy, working closely with communications, fundraising, advocacy, policy, programme and federation colleagues to drive sustainable change. 

In this role, you will:

• Lead the development and delivery of a joined-up global communications plan that supports fundraising growth, audience engagement and brand visibility across the federation.
• Develop and maintain a rolling 12-month global communications opportunities calendar, helping markets maximise the impact of campaigns, fundraising moments and media opportunities.
• Develop shared communications assets, toolkits, narratives and planning resources that reduce duplication and support more effective delivery across markets.
• Coordinate communications engagement across the federation, including shaping input into the Global Communications and Fundraising Executive and improving information flow between relevant global forums.
• Champion WaterAid’s commitment to equity, inclusion and safeguarding.

To be successful, you will need:

• Demonstrable experience working in global communications in the not-for-profit sector, with the ability to align stakeholders across cultures, locations and backgrounds to build trust and momentum.
• Experience developing integrated global communications strategies and turning them into clear, deliverable plans with monitoring and reporting.
• Strong insight-led decision making, using data, performance metrics and trend analysis to shape narratives, drive continuous improvement and make sound calls.
• Excellent planning, prioritisation and project leadership skills across multiple workstreams, deadlines and dependencies in a matrix or complex environment, with an agile, solution-focused approach.

Although not essential, we’d prefer you to have:

• Ability to flex working hours to ease time zone challenges.
• Experience working on global marketing
• Understanding of emerging AI tools and their application in communications.

ReMind UK overview

ReMind UK is an independent charity and internationally renowned centre for research, diagnosis and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. Our research aims to improve life for people with dementia and their families and carers, and to find drug and non-drug treatments for people with conditions such as Alzheimer's disease and other diseases predominantly affecting older people. Our contracted NHS Memory Clinic service, private memory assessments and allied activities provide support to people affected. We are currently in an ambitious phase of development looking to increase our clinical and academic research programme. We work closely with the Universities of Bath, Bristol and other research Institutions, both nationally and internationally and with the Royal United Hospital, Bath.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Support the Engagement Team through undertaking regular and ad hoc administrative tasks for colleagues as requested and as agreed by Head of Engagement and Post Diagnosis Support Programme Manager.

2. Support the setup of post diagnosis support interventions as required through confirming room bookings, supporting development of weekly session scheduling, including liaising with external and internal Facilitators, monitoring and purchasing refreshments, creative materials and session sundries.

3. Ensure that registers taken to events and course sessions are confirmed and communicated to the team on time and include the information required to safeguard attendees and maintain accurate reporting.

4. Ensure the effective collection, management and reporting of supporter and beneficiary data, including enquiries and expressions of interest in events and courses. Maintain accurate, secure and well-structured records to support reporting, analysis and engagement activities.

5. Liaise with Post Diagnosis Support Facilitators to collate beneficiary feedback and project evaluation data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained for regular monitoring and reporting.

6. Maintain supporter and payment data on CRM, sending thank you and retention communications as required.

7. Work with Communications colleagues to ensure that data preferences are accurately captured across digital platforms and maintained on CRM.

8. Support the team through co-ordinating the processing of any actionable feedback or complaints received from supporters or beneficiaries in accordance with ReMind UK’s complaints procedure.

No sailing experience or knowledge is required, just a passion for applying your talents to make a real difference in young people believing in their brighter future after treatment for cancer.

You might be a graduate journalist, PR account executive, communications assistant, or someone with equivalent experience who is ready to take your next step in a varied and rewarding role with one of the country’s leading young people’s cancer charities.

What you will do

A year-in-the-life of our Largs-based Communications and Media Officer has two distinct parts. October to April - where it’s all about getting the word out there to support fundraising and encouraging young people to sign up for our life-changing adventures. Then it’s the summer - May to September - when the magic happens and you’re around the trips, interviewing young people and telling their stories. You can go sailing on the trips too!

You will be responsible for identifying story opportunities year-round, and writing press releases, media advisories or editorial content to pitch those stories to a range of media outlets, from local newspapers and regional broadcasters to national, charity, marine and other specialist publications, and facilitating inbound requests for interviews or other profile-raising opportunities.

You will serve as our go-to copywriter for print, online and digital marketing materials as well as writing other articles and feature content as requested. This includes responsibility for writing and overseeing the production of our annual in-house publication, Inspire.

You will also work closely with the social media team, gathering (and if you have the experience, producing) multimedia content for our digital and online platforms. There will be wider responsibilities across the communications team too.
