RCSL forms part of the Pan London Sexual Violence Alliance. The Alliance is comprised of seven organisations (The four London Rape Crisis Centres, Galop, Survivors UK, and Respond) working together to provide comprehensive support to victim/survivors of sexual violence across London. Our alliance model enables us to draw on each member’s expertise and provide all victims/survivors with the specific care that is tailored to their needs. 
 

About the Role

The Sexual Violence Navigator provides a first point of contact for survivors of sexual violence and abuse, offering compassionate, trauma-informed information and support to help survivors understand their options and access appropriate specialist services:

Survivor Support 

• Act as a first point of contact for survivors of sexual violence and professionals supporting them, providing trauma-informed, non-judgemental information, signposting, advice and emotional support. 
• Respond to enquiries and referrals within agreed timescales. 
• Carry out initial risk and needs assessments and respond to crisis situations, working alongside statutory services where required. 
• Support survivors to understand their rights, explore options and make informed choices about onward support. 
• Manage a caseload from first contact through to referral, including associated administrative tasks. 
• Provide general advocacy, including liaison with housing, health, police and other relevant agencies. 
• Work in line with RCSL safeguarding policies and procedures, and relevant Alliance safeguarding arrangements. 
• Work some evenings on a rota basis to meet service need. 

Case Management and Monitoring 

• Maintain accurate, timely and confidential records in line with organisational policy and relevant legislation. 
• Record all enquiries and referrals using the case management system. 
• Collect monitoring and evaluation data in line with funder and organisational requirements. 
• Promote and gather survivor feedback to support service improvement. 
• Attend line management, supervision and team meetings as required.

Partnership Working  

• Work collaboratively with Alliance partners and external agencies to ensure effective referral pathways and wrap-around care for the survivors. 
• Participate in regular in-person meetings with Alliance partners. 
• Promote feminist, intersectional and trauma-informed practice in all partnership work.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering music sessions to adults with a learning disability and autistic adults. About the role:  You will be creative, self-motivated, conscientious and energetic, and have superb interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with a wide range of people and build the supporter base of St Petrock’s. Youth Financial Education Development Lead

Are you passionate about helping young people understand money in helping young people explore how money works and what matters to them? The Just Finance Foundation (JFF) is looking for a Youth Financial Education Development Lead to lead the creation of a core youth financial education offer for 14–18-year-olds. About Woman’s Trust

The charity was established in 1996 to meet the gap in specialist mental health services. Woman’s Trust is led by and for women and aims to ensure that women affected by domestic abuse can live a life free from further harm and abuse. Our approach is trauma-informed and person-centred, empowering survivors on their journey to recovery from the trauma. We are committed to a positive, inclusive and equitable environment for our staff, service users and volunteers.

Alongside delivering our existing 1-1 counselling, self-development workshops and therapeutic support groups for women who have experienced domestic abuse, we are focused on developing our innovative mental health services for young women and girls, delivering new peer-led support groups and providing therapeutic groups to children and their mothers. We are also committed to developing further awareness-raising workshops and training for professionals, building on our research and policy to improve systems nationally.

Background

The lack of recognition of domestic abuse as a mental health issue within the NHS leads to delayed and inadequate support for survivors. This gap in understanding and response often result in survivors only being able to access and receive appropriate care when their mental health deteriorates to the point of requiring secondary mental health services (Women’s Aid 2021).  Meta analysis suggests that CBT, one of the NHS’s most prescribed approaches for mental ill-health, is not the best approach for domestic abuse survivors as it does not recognise and take into account the external factors and dynamics of abuse, specifically power and control, the role of the perpetrator and the resulting trauma for the survivor.

In March 2025, WT published its first major report, ‘Living Without Hope’ which consolidates existing and increasing academic, government and sector research demonstrating the significant impact of domestic abuse on women’s mental health. Outlining the current agency responses at national, regional and local levels and the gaps in provision; the report also makes recommendations for change and improvement across the VAWG and health sectors.

Building on the research highlighted in our ‘Living Without Hope’ report, WT has secured funding to work with key stakeholders in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea to examine the links between domestic abuse and mental health, the specific experiences of Arab and Moroccan women and their access to safe, appropriate services that meet their needs.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced arts-based therapeutic facilitator to deliver creative workshops for mothers who have experienced domestic abuse and their children aged 5-12.

The workshops use creative and expressive activities to support emotional regulation, strengthen mother-child relationships, and aid recovery from trauma. Sessions are delivered in a group setting and designed to be flexible, inclusive, and responsive to participants’ needs.

This is a sessional role, ideal for practitioners seeking flexible work alongside other clinical, therapeutic, or creative practice.

Contract & hours: Variable hours, up to 37 workshops per year. Sessional/fixed-term contract (subject to funding).

Core Purpose 
As a member of the Community Fundraising Team you will provide excellent supporter stewardship to our fundraisers, whilst proactively securing new support for Make-A-Wish UK. Working with the Community Fundraising Manager you will deliver the Community Fundraising Strategy, maximising and growing income from our Community Fundraising supporters within your geographical area.

This role sits within the Public Fundraising team who are responsible for individual giving, legacies, community fundraising, third party challenge events, and owned fundraising products and events. The Public Fundraising team plays a vital role in contributing to our organisational strategic goal of developing sustainable sources of income. 

To be successful in this role you will need:

Strategy & Planning 

• With the support of the Community Fundraising Manager, develop and deliver plans for local fundraising across a broad range of markets, activities and products.

• Work proactively to identify a pipeline of future support and new fundraising opportunities, varying across Small & Medium Corporates, Groups and Associations, Individual support and Third-party activities, converting prospects into confirmed supporters to maximise income growth.
• Contribute to the creation of plans for the growth and delivery of Community Fundraising, working with the Community Fundraising Manager to develop and promote Make-A-Wish fundraising products and ideas.

 Stewardship, retention and supporter journeys 

• Be a key contact to deal with community fundraising supporter queries above £1,000 value, responding   promptly and efficiently. This includes both supporters and volunteers taking part in fundraising activity.   
• Plan and deliver excellent supporter journeys for community fundraisers to retain donors, maximise fundraising, and promote further engagement. 
• Provide effective supporter-focused stewardship to retain donors, maximise fundraising, and promote further   engagement through cross selling different fundraising products such as Lottery and Gift in wills.
• Maintain effective relationships with Make-A-Wish UK colleagues and all supporters, maximising retention and long-term value, and identify cross-departmental opportunities where appropriate by working collaboratively
• Manage a range of different supporter groups and small businesses up to the value of £30k, using excellent stewardship to go above and beyond, increasing income raised and retention rates to Make-A-Wish, working with other teams to develop successful volunteering opportunities to support this.
• Actively use Salesforce to keep supporter records up to date, logging all communications and ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Working with the Community Development Manager, develop relationships with Wish Families with a view to building sustainable family fundraising groups. Identify and implement new opportunities to align the supporter journey with the wish journey.

 Operational delivery of the community fundraising plan 

• Work with the Community Fundraising Manager to deliver the annual community fundraising plan within your area.
• Manage own workload in a cost effective and proactive way, whilst delivering against the plan.
• Work under own initiative to respond to local fundraising opportunities, referring to line manager as appropriate.
• Give regular talks and presentations both in person and virtually to a wide range of different audiences, inspiring people to support Make-A-Wish UK
• Contribute and create resources to support volunteer-led fundraising across the organisation.

 Monitoring and Evaluation  

• Monitor community fundraising performance against agreed targets and KPI’s
• Present results and learnings in monthly meetings with the wider Public Fundraising team.
• Use learnings to feed into the ongoing development of the overall community fundraising strategy. 
• Be accountable for set income and acquisition targets, continually monitoring performance against targets, using initiative to spot opportunities for improvement and areas of growth and acting on these opportunities.

Coventry Youth Activists (CYA) is the UK's only youth-led campaign group run by and for disabled young people—70% of members have learning disabilities—and they need a Community Organiser to help them take on one of their biggest fights yet: defending SEND rights.

You'll support CYA members to challenge urgent threats to their rights—particularly government reforms affecting SEND (Special Educational Need and Disability) rights. This means:

• Facilitating actions, media engagement, and high-level negotiations
• Coaching young leaders and building their confidence to take the lead
• Creating alliances and expanding CYA's reach and influence

The Advocacy Team Leader is a key operational leadership role responsible for the day-to-day delivery, coordination, and quality assurance of Respond’s specialist ISVA and advocacy services for autistic people and people with learning disabilities affected by sexual violence, trauma, or abuse.

The Team Leader plays a central role in embedding trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming practice, supporting safe and reflective decision-making, and representing Respond in key operational and steering forums and working groups. And plays a vital role in building a culture of safe, accountable, and reflective practice and in ensuring advocacy services are delivered with care, consistency, and impact.

An accredited ISVA qualification is essential.

About the role

We’re looking for a Fundraising Engagement Officer with excellent communication skills and team ethic to join our team of fundraising experts in the Fundraising Events & Engagement Team. This is a role of variety and relationship building, and we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dedicated, and versatile.

Contract type: Permanent / Full Time – 35 hours per week

About the team 

The Activation team sits within the Supporter Marketing team which plays a key role in our successful and innovative fundraising programme. The team is vital to the long-term income growth of the organisation; recruiting new individual givers and increasing the engagement of existing supporters through an audience led communication programme of diverse channels and products. 

About the role 

In this Senior Marketing Officer role with the Activation Team, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of the Press Inserts and Door Drop campaigns. You will be supporting the Senior Marketing Manager and taking direct responsibility in the exploration and delivery of new campaigns, projects and channels. The role will also include support in the delivery of the DRTV and Brand programmes as well as supporting with ad hoc team requirements.

It’s an exciting time to join as we look to new and exciting ways to tell our story so you’ll be working with a range of internal and external teams to drive the programme forward. 

In this role, you will: 

1. Work closely with multiple internal and external teams, creative and media agencies and printers. Manage key agency relationships, including liaising with account managers to deliver campaigns and projects. 
2. Be responsible for developing the strategy, analysis and reporting of ongoing Press Insert and Door Drop campaigns. 
3. Work with the Insight Team and creative agencies to manage and deliver audience focussed communications. 
4. Support the Senior Marketing Manager (Supporter Activation) to prepare annual plans and budgets and manage monthly cost monitoring and invoice processing. 
5. Collaborate with relevant colleagues in other departments to identify and implement new cross-working opportunities 
6. Champion WaterAid’s commitment to equity, inclusion and safeguarding. 

Requirements

To be successful, you will need:

• Proven experience in a successful direct marketing, fundraising, supporter activation and/or supporter engagement and/or customer marketing role
• Experience working in a project managing role, in particular leading or supporting on the delivery of complex campaigns with multiple stakeholders 
• Ability to work flexibly and independently, to manage varying competing priorities and meet strict deadlines with often changing priorities

Although not essential, we’d prefer you to have:

• Experience of project managing direct marketing campaigns from start to finish across a range of channels, including print, telemarketing and digital. 
• Experience of presenting to and project managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience of working in the voluntary/fundraising sector
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and being able to work to short deadlines

About The Baby Bank Alliance

The Baby Bank Alliance (BBA) supports and advocates for a community of over 400 UK baby banks, working to ensure babies and children have the essentials they need to thrive.

Founded by Save the Children, Purposeful Ventures, Little Village and Bristol Baby Bank Network. BBA is currently co-incubated  by Save the Children UK and Purposeful Ventures, who provide expertise, capacity and resource. About the Senior Communications Lead

The Senior Communications Lead is a senior, hands-on leadership role, reporting to the Executive Lead, and responsible for shaping and delivering BBA’s cross-channel communications strategy. Working closely with the Executive Lead and team, you will drive increased awareness and understanding of baby banks, ensuring communications actively enable BBA’s wider goals around funding, partnerships and sector influence. 

Average UK awareness of baby banks currently sits at around 33%. Building on successful national partnerships (including IKEA and ITV’s Lorraine), this role will take BBA’s profile to the next level, embedding baby bank experiences and voices at the heart of everything we do. 

As a co-incubated organisation, developed with and for baby banks, strong experience of effective collaboration and understanding of the issues that baby banks are addressing, and facing themselves, is fundamental. 

You will oversee all communications activity across BBA, line manage the Communications Manager and task manage the Communications and Projects Officer, and build a small but high-impact communications function from the ground up within a resource-constrained, fast-moving organisation. Collaborating with teams at BBA’s incubating partners, Save the Children and Purposeful Ventures, will be key.

Strategy and Leadership

• Develop and deliver a clear, ambitious communications strategy aligned to BBA’s organisational OKRs, and with the experiences of baby banks at its heart
• Lead a focused awareness strategy utilising earned and owned media to significantly increase understanding of baby banks among priority audiences (including ABC1 women aged 35–55).
• Set, track and report against communications OKRs, providing clear insight to the Executive Lead and Venture Board.

• Maintain strong working relationships with communications teams at Save the Children UK and Purposeful Ventures, collaborating on projects with shared outcomes for baby banks.

• Oversee proactive and reactive media activity in line with the communications strategy.
• Collaborate with Save the Children UK to explore and deliver brand ambassador opportunities.
• Support the development and delivery of an effective and engaging social media strategy.
• Ensure messaging is consistent, compelling and aligned across channels.

Brand Stewardship

• Champion and strengthen the BBA brand, ensuring clarity and consistency, and keeping baby banks at the heart of everything we do.
• Equip staff and partners with clear guidance on tone of voice, messaging and visual identity to communicate the brand effectively and accurately.
• Oversee the maintenance and development of brand assets, including the BBA website.
• Ensure all communications are developed through a strong DEI and accessibility lens.

• Lead on measuring communications impact and translating learning into action.
• Support the Executive Lead and Venture Board reporting with clear, timely and actionable updates.

Line Management and Leadership

• Line-manage the Communications Manager and support task management of the Projects & Communications Officer.

• Manage third-party contractors (e.g. creative, design, film, PR) with strong briefs and oversight.

Who will I support?

You will work with children and young people in Norfolk who may not be accessing education and may be at significant risk of entering specialist residential care.
 Your role will focus on helping them remain in their local communities, close to the people and places that matter most. 

How will I make a difference?

Every young person will benefit from tailored strategies and interventions to help them flourish in a safe, supportive environment. You will take time to understand each young person’s lived experience and support them, their families, carers and other professionals to learn and apply appropriate positive behaviour support techniques.
