The Youth Employability Service
CXK delivers the Youth Employability Service (YES) across East Sussex, commissioned by East Sussex County Council. We offer information, advice, support and guidance to young people in academic years 12 and 13 who are not in education, employment or training (NEET), helping them to explore their options, plan and then take their next steps. We also work with schools supporting young people in year 11 who are at risk of becoming NEET. Liaising with a range of other services, YES is focussed on supporting young people to achieve their potential.
The Team
The YES team support young people from across the county, seeing them at CXK bases, partner venues or in community settings. The team assess and action plan with young people referred to the service, supporting them to understand their options and take steps toward achieving their goals around education, training and /or employment. Working with a wide range of young people, the team approach is focused, creative and persistent, building on young peoples’ confidence and motivation alongside their skills and personal growth.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated YES Team Leader to support the delivery of a high-performing Youth Employability Service across East Sussex. You will provide line management and case management support to a team of advisers, ensuring young people achieve positive outcomes in employment, education and training while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
Working closely with the Area Manager, you will use performance data and service metrics to monitor delivery, identify areas for improvement and contribute to service planning. You will support quality assurance activities including audits, observations and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will oversee referral allocation and caseload management, ensuring service standards and contractual requirements are met. A key part of the role involves managing the service database to support the tracking of young people across East Sussex, working closely with the East Sussex County Council Data Team to ensure data accuracy, compliance and effective reporting
The role also requires effective partnership working, representing YES and CXK at stakeholder meetings, developing positive relationships with external agencies and promoting the needs of young people who are NEET or at risk of becoming NEET. You will support staff with safeguarding, risk management and professional development, while championing youth participation and ensuring young people's voices are heard within the organisation.

The Head of Vocations and Discernment will offer national leadership of the ongoing renewal of lay and ordained ministerial vocations in the Church of England. This will include a broad span from encouraging initial enquires through to the smooth operation of national discernment processes.
Leadership

Lead the renewal of ministerial vocations across the Church of England at a national level to ensure the church has the lay and ordained leaders we need to fulfil our vocation to proclaim afresh the Gospel in every generation including this one.

Lead the development and operational excellence of the Shared Discernment and Candidates Panel processes, ensuring that the processes meet the evolving needs of the whole church. The Royal School of Needlework (RSN) is the International Centre of Excellence for the Art of Hand Embroidery. Based at the historic Hampton Court Palace, we have been dedicated to preserving and innovating in the art of hand embroidery since 1872. Summary of position
The Royal School of Needlework (RSN) is seeking a highly motivated and organised Fundraising Officer to join our team and provide administrative support for our fundraising activities. The Fundraising Officer will play a key role in generating vital income and helping the organisation achieve its fundraising goals by assisting with donor relations, event planning, grant research, data management, and campaign coordination.

- Donor Support and Stewardship:
- Become a ‘super’ user of the CRM/database.

Malaria Consortium is recruiting for a Finance Continuous Improvement Manager on a permanent, full time basis to join our Finance team to be based in London, UK.
Job Purpose:
- The Finance Continuous Improvement Manager will work with the finance function and key stakeholders within the organisation to identify, develop and implement improvement projects to ensure adequate systems and processes are in place to deliver the work of the finance function in the most efficient and effective way. This will include system projects and developing efficient processes for transaction recording, analysis and management reporting.
- The post holder will lead on all finance improvement projects including finance system development, implementation of budgeting and reporting tools, self-service and automation of the system tasks. Review finance process at the head office as well as country offices, review their efficiency and effectiveness, carry out user consultations, agree changes and carry out change management. Assist finance heads of departments and the team to review development requirements and oversee change management. The post holder will need to be pro-active and good at building relationships, bringing teams together and driving forward change programmes.
The post holder is required to have:
- Fully qualified or finalist with a recognised qualification and full/student membership of: CIMA, ACCA ACA or equivalent.
- Project management qualification e.g. PRINCE 2 / lean / six sigma qualification.
- A proven track record of implementing lean philosophy and methodologies for projects.
- Experience of Agile project management and a proven record of accomplishment of delivery in a project management environment and business/project planning.
- Experience of working on process improvement projects within Finance in a complex organisation.
- Experience of developing project governance.
- Demonstrable knowledge and proficiency in the effective application of various best practice tools and techniques in project, programme and change management, service redesign, facilitation and service improvement.
- Experience in identifying issues and structuring problems, leading quantitative and qualitative analysis, synthesising and developing recommendations.
- Expertise in the use of IT e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and able to draw conclusions from complex data and present it clearly to a wide range of audiences.
- Ability to collaborate constructively with internal and external partners to create the conditions for successful partnership working.
- Able to work with a great degree of flexibility and adaptability
