About the Role 

As Programme Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of Belong's place-based programmes across England and Wales. Working closely with the Programme Director, Programme Leads and external partners, you will help ensure projects are well organised, inclusive and impactful. 

This varied role combines project coordination, stakeholder engagement and administrative support. You will help coordinate programme activities, events and communications, maintain project records and resources, support reporting and evaluation activities, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day delivery of programmes.

This service provides free counselling support delivered by student counsellors, offering vital emotional wellbeing support to carers. Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery & Coordination:

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and write compelling applications to charitable trusts and foundations who have the capacity to make five and six figure gifts towards the charity’s work.
• Prepare and submit scheduled applications and reports to current funders, ensuring that we hit deadlines and develop relationships with the trusts and foundations currently supporting Villiers Park.
• In collaboration with the Senior Leadership team, and colleagues in Fundraising and Communications, create engaging and accurate reports to current funders that share the impact of their support, including trusts, major donors and university partners.
• Work with colleagues in the Fundraising team to develop and implement targeted stewardship strategies that bring current donors closer to our work.
• Identify new prospects and propose engagement and cultivation strategies.
• With the Head of Fundraising and Chief Executive, develop the trusts and philanthropic strategy to support the organisation’s 'Beyond Barriers’ strategic growth plan.
• Work closely with the Fundraising Operations and Data Manager to prepare pipeline reports to inform budgeting and forecasting.
• Support the Head of Fundraising to identify and develop fundraising channels, including family trusts, corporate foundations and legacy giving.
• Ensure compliance with Villiers Park’s safeguarding and data protection policies, and with the charity’s gift acceptance and fundraising policies and processes.

The Woodland Trust is looking for an Assistant Site Manager for our Scotland Region. The role will assist the Site Manager with the management of mainly urban woodlands in West Lothian, Central Scotland. This will involve leading on the management our growing Volunteering teams, assisting with monitoring contracts, liaising with maintenance contractors, engaging with neighbours and the public, running events and carrying out surveys associated with delivery of site management plans and work programme.

The Role:

• Oversee and monitor estate contract works, ensuring delivery to the highest professional standards and full compliance with FSC certification.

• Support woodland and land management planning, including ecological condition assessments, compartment records, species checks and site surveys.

• This is a homebased role, requiring regular travel to locations within the West Lothian landscape and wider Scotland, sometimes to remote locations. You would be expected to live within reasonable travelling distance of your area of responsibility. Occasional travel to regional offices and overnight stays will be required.

The Candidate:

• You’ll have experience working in a public-facing land-based management role, within either the conservation or commercial sector, ideally in an urban environment.
• You’ll have experience working within the charity sector, collaborating across internal teams and with external partners.
• A proven ability to manage Health & Safety, including conducting site inspections and overseeing safe delivery of activities.
• Strong experience in community, school and volunteer engagement, supporting participation and inclusive involvement.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage confidently with diverse audiences in writing and verbally, and to represent the Trust professionally and positively.
• You’ll have experience managing contracts and contractors, delivering site-based works including access and people-focused projects.

• You’ll possess relevant technical knowledge and practical capability, including awareness of UKWAS, NPF4 and the Scottish Outdoor Access Code, supported by a qualification in forestry/land management (or equivalent experience) and IT literacy.

About the role

The Senior Partnerships Manager will lead and shape the expansion of the Breaking the Cycle programme at Shelter, providing strategic direction and overseeing relationships with key financial institutions including HSBC UK, Barclays, Santander UK, Nationwide Building Society, Lloyds Banking Group and NatWest Group. Responsible for delivering a high-profile expansion pilot in collaboration with UK Finance and HM Treasury, the role combines senior stakeholder management with programme leadership—driving growth, managing risk, and ensuring strong governance and safeguarding.

Leading a team of Partnership Executives, the postholder will oversee onboarding of new partners, refine processes, negotiate complex agreements, and ensure effective delivery across a diverse charity network. Where you’ll be based

The base location for this position is negotiable, with remote working / home working welcomed. If you prefer working in an office environment, you can work from one of our Field Studies Centres across the UK. Hybrid working options can also be considered.

• Uphold and strengthen PCR’s brand identity across all communications and platforms.

• Support photography and video shoots to ensure content is impactful, inclusive and aligned with the brand.

Cross-organisational support
