We are seeking an Isle of Wight Rewilding Officer to join our cause.

The Isle of Wight is an amazing place to live and work, and you will be part of a friendly team working from our new office based on our rewilding site, Wilder Little Duxmore. This post offers a great opportunity to support in managing our two rewilding sites here on the Isle of Wight as well as our chalk downland nature reserves and a small number of sanctuary reserves which will also form part of this roles remit.

What you’ll be doing

You will be working to ensure these reserves are managed to the highest environmental and ecological standards and adapting to emerging challenges, such as climate changes. These form part of our ambition to create a connected corridor of wild places for local wildlife including adonis blue butterflies, yellowhammers and hazel dormice. The variety of work will involve managing scrub and tree management with a range of tools and machinery, building and maintaining fences to ensure they are stock proof, manging livestock and working with our local dedicated volunteer teams.

About you

You will enjoy working hands on, as part of a team and be confident using machinery, with a genuine passion for protecting and restoring nature at scale. You will bring energy, commitment, and a solid, time earnt understanding of practical conservation management. You will be keen to play a vital part in the team helping us to achieve a busy and varied work programme, keeping our reserves as special places for wildlife and people.

• Establishing connection and rapport in a non-intrusive, non-judgmental and compassionate manner
• Supporting individuals through guided self-help strategies including grounding, breathing techniques.
• Supporting individuals to relay their immediate needs and concerns and offering emotional and practical support and information to address these.
• Provide individuals with information on and how to connect with social support networks available to them in their own community.
• Supporting individuals to make a safety plan

How are staff supported to work remotely?

What the job involves 

We’re on the lookout for a Legacy and In Memory Executive to join our Individual Giving Team here at Prostate Cancer UK. This role focuses on legacy and in-memory giving - including gifts in Wills which are some of the most meaningful contributions we receive, helping us fund research that will save and improve lives.

In this role you’ll be part of an exciting time at the charity, joining us as we roll out our new Fundraising Strategy and start developing new products. You’ll be delivering thoughtful, well-timed and engaging communications to a variety of audiences, helping us reach new supporters and deepen relationships with those already connected to us. Your work will play a vital part in raising awareness, encouraging supporters to consider leaving a gift in their Will, and providing meaningful ways to remember loved ones. 

Working closely with our Legacy and In Memory Manager, you’ll help manage relationships with external agencies and collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to make sure our plans are delivered smoothly and successfully. It’s a role where your creativity, empathy and organisation will all come into play. 

You’ll also be responsible for the operational duties of the Prostate Cancer Memorial Sculpture – a poignant tribute to the dads, grandads, brothers and friends we’ve lost to prostate cancer, and a place for families and communities to reflect, remember and raise awareness.

We are looking for a passionate, talented Individual Giving Manager to join our ambitious, successful Fundraising team that has been growing year-on-year since 1989 as we approach our new fundraising strategy.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Individual Giving Manager will lead the development of Kids Cancer Charity’s first comprehensive individual giving programme, building all activity from the ground up. This includes designing compelling supporter propositions, establishing donor journeys, and creating engaging campaigns that drive acquisition and long-term support.

A key part of the role will be scoping, procuring, and managing external suppliers, agencies, platforms, and partners required to deliver individual giving products and activity. This includes the development and future launch of new income streams for Kids Cancer Charity, such as a charity lottery, as well as regular giving, legacy marketing, and in-memory giving opportunities.

The postholder will play a central role in shaping the future of supporter engagement at Kids Cancer Charity, introducing best practice, ensuring strong stewardship, and embedding a supporter‑centred culture across the organisation.

JOB PURPOSE

To develop, launch, and grow Kids Cancer Charity’s first individual giving programme, building sustainable income streams that support our vital work in supporting children affected by cancer in the UK. As the first dedicated individual giving role, you will design the strategy and deliver hands on activity, creating compelling propositions, supporter journeys and campaigns across regular giving, one‑off gifts, lottery, legacies and in‑memory giving.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning and Strategy

• Develop Kids Cancer Charity’s first Individual Giving strategy, setting clear plans, targets, and opportunities for growth across all giving products.
• Introduce and embed best practice in compliance, data management, supporter care, and ethical fundraising.

Supplier and Partner Development

• Scope organisational needs and procure/manage suppliers, agencies and platforms required to deliver individual giving activity.
• Lead onboarding and manage delivery to agreed standards, budgets and timelines.

Supporter Engagement and Campaign Development

• Design end‑to‑end supporter journeys (acquisition, welcome, nurture, upgrade, reactivation, retention).
• Plan and deliver multi‑channel campaigns (digital, social, email, paid, direct mail) to acquire, retain and engage supporters.
• Build audience understanding through segmentation, insight and experimentation.
• Work closely with other teams to embed Individual Giving into the organisation.

Product Development

• Scope and pilot propositions for: Regular Giving, Digital one‑off, Charity Lottery, Legacy Giving, In‑Memory, Appeals/integrated campaigns, and Mid‑value.
• Produce product business cases with KPIs, budgets, phasing and implementation plans.

Reporting and Evaluation

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential Relevant Experience, Skills and/or Aptitudes

• Demonstrable experience of individual giving across multiple products, which may include regular giving, one‑off gifts, lottery, legacy giving, in‑memory giving, and appeals.
• Ability to craft compelling supporter propositions and use storytelling to communicate impact and motivate giving.
• Proven track record designing and managing supporter journeys that improve acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
• Experience of delivering multi‑channel integrated acquisition campaigns, (digital and offline approaches).
• Experience of procuring and managing suppliers, agencies, and platforms, ensuring high‑quality delivery and value for money.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable with metrics, segmentation, reporting, insight gathering, and budget forecasting.
• Strong understanding of return on investment (ROI) and the ability to evaluate the effectiveness, sustainability, and value of fundraising activity.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and fundraising technologies, and how these support effective individual giving programmes.

Desirable Relevant Experience, Skills and/or Aptitudes

• Knowledge and understanding of Kids Cancer Charity’s mission, values and strategic priorities.
• Experience of working in a charity or organisation where individual giving programmes have been developed from the ground up.
• Experience of launching new giving products such as lotteries, regular giving propositions, or digital donation platforms.

About the role 

This role provides essential administrative and coordination support to WGN’s partnerships, ensuring the smooth delivery of collaborative projects across WGN's CouRAGEus and Ascent partnerships.

As Partnerships Administrator, you will support day-to-day partnership activity, including coordinating meetings, maintaining accurate records, supporting communications, and assisting with events and stakeholder engagement. We are seeking a proactive, strategic and donor-centred fundraiser to lead and implement our

Individual Giving and emerging Legacy Giving programmes. This role is ideal for a fundraiser with experience in donor stewardship, campaign development and relationship-based fundraising who is ready to play a key role in growing sustainable voluntary income.

You will lead on the end-to-end delivery of supporter acquisition, retention, and stewardship plans, ensuring that every donor feels valued and understands the impact of their support. Alongside managing an established portfolio, you will proactively build a strong pipeline of new prospects, driving year‑on‑year income growth.

In addition, you will lead the development of our first Legacy Giving programme. With no formal legacy activity in place and a large, engaged volunteer network, this is a unique opportunity to establish a long-term income stream from the ground-up – raising awareness, creating accessible materials and nurturing warm supporters who may consider leaving a gift in their Will.

This role blends strategic planning with “hands-on” campaign delivery. You will use insights from supporter data to refine supporter journeys across both digital and traditional channels, managing budgets and key relationships to achieve our growth targets. Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a year‑round Individual Giving strategy to acquire new supporters and increase donor loyalty.
• Plan and deliver multi‑channel fundraising campaigns including two established annual Big Give campaigns.

Main duties of the job

No two days in our team are the same. • Lead the RUHX internal grants process, ensuring all charitable expenditure is compliant and aligned to strategic priorities and donor intent.
• Support the implementation and management of a new grant‑making system that tracks assessments, approvals, expenditure, commitments and fund forecasting.
• Build strong relationships with RUH teams to encourage and support high‑quality, high‑impact grant applications.
• Work with the Development Team to deliver and monitor donor‑funded and restricted‑grant projects, ensuring accurate reporting for stewardship.

Director of Influence and Innovation

Women in Prison (WIP) supports women affected by the criminal justice system and campaigns to end the harm it causes.

This is a new role which has been created to provide the vision and direction for our programming and systems change work as we embed our 2025-2030 strategy. Our ambition is to offer women in prisons and the community, impactful direct support that is more independent of government demands and funding, and with a new and deeper partnership model.

Our strategy also challenges us to mobilise women, drive women-led influencing and campaigning and co-design programmes with women with experience of the justice system.  We know we must design and deliver programmatic work that incorporates systems change work so that we are not propping up a harmful existing system.  The problem in the criminal justice system is not the women themselves, but the structures and systems that oppress them. Women in Prison is taking bold steps to design and embed new programmes that build evidence that directly challenge those harmful systems.

In this role you will:

Co-design and deliver quality programmes delivering measurable and impactful outcomes for women

Drive stronger influence and visibility with policymakers, funders and partners

Ensure that evidence from programmes is driving successful campaigns and policy changes

Develop your team so they are empowered, motivated and focused on delivering on the strategy and values of Women in Prison

The successful candidate is likely to bring a proven track record in a senior leadership role within in a charity/NGO in programming, policy, or advocacy. You will be a strategic thinker with the ability to connect operational delivery to systemic change, and bring a track record of success  in influencing policy, funding decisions, and/or public opinion.
