We’re looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Public Fundraising Executive (Community & Challenge Events) to join our ambitious Fundraising team and help support, develop and grow our Challenge Events programme, alongside delivering Community Fundraising activity.

With an initial focus on our expanded London Marathon programme, you’ll help recruit, onboard and support runners and challenge event participants, ensuring they feel motivated, informed and part of Team Sunshine throughout their fundraising journey.
You’ll also support the development and delivery of our wider Challenge Events portfolio, helping us strengthen existing events, explore new opportunities and grow participation and income across a varied programme of third-party and supporter-led events. Alongside this, you’ll support our wider Community Fundraising programme, building relationships with individuals, wish families, schools, groups and local organisations, and helping them make the most of their fundraising.

You will have experience of:

About the Role
This is a key operational role at the heart of The Loss Foundation's support services. About the Role
Daylight Women’s Day Centre is an exciting new service providing a place of safety and support for women who are long term rough sleepers in London. We want to reach women who have experienced abuse, mental illness, addiction, poor physical health, unclear immigration status and homelessness. Our support will improve their health and wellbeing and enable them to move away from the streets.
Daylight has been designed based on findings from the CHAIN rough sleeping data for London and the Women’s Rough Sleeping Census. This evidence highlights the importance of single gender services for women who hide from mainstream provision dominated by men. Daylight will reflect the Connection Theory of Change, building relationships of trust with people who have no confidence in most health and social care services. Therefore Trauma Informed Care lies at the heart of everything we do.
You will manage a team of staff and volunteers to set up, pilot and deliver this vital new service in a central London location. The service will include a combination of practical facilities such as showers and a laundry, health and wellbeing resources to minimise the harm associated with rough sleeping and support to move into accommodation. We may develop additional aspects to the service as resources become available.
Through a compassionate and proactive management style, you will build a proactive, high performing team who are passionate about supporting very vulnerable women away from the streets. You will enable creativity, and professional curiosity, strengthen resilience, and team well-being to meet the different needs and aspirations of the people we support. You will have a strong knowledge of women’s services, housing options, health inclusion approaches and social care entitlements.
You will be both strength-based and solution focused, maximising and developing partnerships internally and externally to enhance service provision. You will be committed to embedding coproduction, so that service provision continues to improve and evolve. Centrepoint is the UK's leading youth homelessness charity. We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently. We provide homeless young people with accommodation, mental health support and life skills in order to get them back into education, training and employment. We want to end youth homelessness by 2037.
Together with our partners, we support over 16,000 young people each year.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Centrepoint's ambitious and growing Philanthropy team at a pivotal time. Over recent years, our high value fundraising programme has delivered significant income growth, and we are now looking for an experienced fundraiser to help drive the next stage of our development.
As Philanthropy Manager, your primary focus will be on acquiring new major donors and building a strong pipeline of high-net-worth individuals capable of making transformational gifts. You'll identify, research and engage prospective supporters, developing meaningful relationships and compelling opportunities that inspire five and six-figure donations.
Working closely with the Senior Philanthropy Manager, you will help grow Centrepoint's major donor programme by securing new philanthropic income and developing long-term partnerships with supporters who share our ambition to end youth homelessness.
This is a highly externally-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, making funding asks and creating opportunities that lead to major gifts. If you're motivated by securing new donors and generating impactful income, we'd love to hear from you.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis, combining home working with a requirement to be in our London office (Aldgate East) for 5 days per fortnight.

We are seeking a Senior Quality Practitioner with an expertise of learning disabilities services; for an exciting role which will significantly contribute to quality assurance across the organisation.
The role will lead on quality improvement assignments and development of processes across our organisation, particularly those services who are registered with CQC and provide support to service users who have complex health needs. Creative Support currently has over 600 services, including Learning Disability, Mental Health, Care Homes, etc.
