You hold a critical and integral role for the growth and development of the DEC’s website and digital marketing, taking an audience and insight led approach to innovation and supporter engagement. The role builds on various workstreams, projects and innovation processes that have been developed in recent years.

Website Management: Act as Product Owner, oversee roadmap, UX testing, security, hosting, and SEO.
Digital Fundraising: Manage paid search, social media, programmatic advertising, and evergreen campaigns; optimise performance and ROI.
Innovation & Strategy: Develop new digital tools, lead AI strategy group, drive product development from ideation to MVP, and foster a culture of innovation.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate across teams, manage external agencies, and lead digital collaboration with member charities.
Financial & Risk Management: Oversee £100k+ budgets, ensure compliance, report on performance, and mitigate digital risks.
Digital & Innovation Strategy and ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards, maintaining best practices in equality and accessibility. Design and deliver programmes that build awareness and capability around inclusive behaviours.
Data & trends: Monitor, analyse, and report on D&I metrics to measure progress and inform future actions. Stay ahead of trends, lead new initiatives, and represent the organisation in external forums to promote our commitment to inclusion.

We are looking for an exceptional, value-driven candidate who can hit the ground running as our Legal Education Officer, working closely with the Director and the rest of our small and dynamic Right to Remain team.
The person must be someone who understands the Right to Remain ethos and is prepared to bring their whole self to our organisation. In particular, the post holder will be closely coordinating their work with another Legal Education Officer in Leeds. The post holder is also expected to be already embedded in the local and regional asylum and migration field, familiar with its dynamics and able to tap into their existing relationships and connections with local groups and actors.

The role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Database and Insights Officer to take ownership of myaware’s CRM system (Raiser’s Edge) and ensure our database is accurate, compliant, and fully utilised across the organisation.
This is a pivotal role, acting as the main point of contact for all internal CRM users and our external CRM system provider. As a database super user, you will manage system settings, user access, data integrity and development, while providing expert support, guidance and training to colleagues.
Working closely with the CEO, the myaware management team and colleagues across the organisation, you will ensure the CRM system supports fundraising, communications, campaigns and wider organisational insight. You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities for system improvement, upgrades and best practice. The role will require occasional working at Derby HQ and travel for meetings.

Myaware is the only charity in the UK dedicated solely to the care and support of people affected by myasthenia.
We are working hard to raise awareness of myasthenia, as it is a little-known condition. We provide support for people with myasthenia and their families, whilst offering advice and tips for living with the condition.

OVERVIEW OF ROLE
Beacon is seeking a creative, organised, and digitally savvy Digital Content Officer, whose role will focus on two main areas: delivering day-to-day communications and supporting digital projects.
At the heart of this role is driving engagement with Beacon’s events and projects, strengthening our community connections, and communicating our impact clearly and effectively. You will coordinate content across multiple channels - including social media, email, newsletters, and the Beacon website - and monitor the effectiveness of these communications. This includes writing copy, creating graphics and video content, scheduling and publishing materials, and engaging with the rare disease community on behalf of Beacon. You will also drive promotional and outreach activity, helping connect with patient groups, partners, and wider networks to amplify Beacon’s work.
You will support The Resources Hub (our e-learning platform) by assisting with uploading, formatting, publishing, and updating content. As you grow in the role and depending on your skills and capacity, there may be opportunities to contribute to content development, coordinate volunteers and external partners, or assist with other digital projects, such as podcast production, video series, or multimedia content.
While the focus and direction of your work will stem from ongoing events, projects, and organisational priorities, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your work and play a key role in driving communications forward. You will collaborate closely with the Digital Resources Manager, COO, and wider Beacon team to gather information, shape messaging, and ensure content is accurate, timely, and aligned with organisational goals.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather information, insights, and key messages from colleagues across the organisation to guide content priorities for communications.
- Draft and schedule social media posts across Beacon’s channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) using Hootsuite, ensuring a consistent flow of content.
- Engage with the rare disease community on social media, responding to comments, shares, and messages in Beacon’s voice, and actively interacting with posts from patient groups, partners, and other relevant organisations.
- Facilitate the bi-weekly newsletters on Mailchimp and LinkedIn, including drafting copy, formatting content, and scheduling.

FLEXIBLE WORKING
We offer flexible working practices to support a healthy balance between personal and professional life, including hybrid working and flexible hours. Our hybrid working policy requires staff to be office-based for at least 50% of their working time.

About you and the role
This role will initially support the set up and roll out of a national school food resource hub, supporting the creation of resources for the platform, working closely with internal teams and external partners. With the hub still in development, you will be joining at a crucial point to help shape what goes live, how it looks and sounds, and how useful it is for the people we most want to reach.
Our aim is that schools and the wider school food community can quickly find practical, trusted resources that help them improve food in schools. That might be a headteacher looking for a simple starting point, a school chef wanting a clear guide to implement new practices, or a teacher looking to introduce food education.
Your role will focus on creating and maintaining high quality resources for the hub. You will turn ideas, evidence, and stories into clear content in different formats, including short one to two pagers, multi-page guides, videos, photographs and interactive resources. Work with internal teams and external partners to develop and produce resources for the resource hub, aligned with project priorities and timelines.

About the role
You will work closely with the Income Generation Team and Services Teams to develop and maintain long-term sustainable funding from Trusts and Foundations. Through developing and expanding income through grants, evolving our case for support, and managing relationships with a variety of grant funders, you will transform survivors’ lives and help us be part of the systems change to end sexual violence.
You will undertake new prospect research, keep up-to-date with the sector at large, and maintain and grow our funding pipeline. You will also write compelling funding bids, proposals and appeals, alongside timely reports to funders. You will seek opportunities to strengthen and build on existing and lapsed funding relationships and offer opportunities to engage funders directly with our work.

SARSAS exists to relieve the trauma and distress, and help rebuild the lives, of survivors who live in Somerset, Bristol, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset and BANES, who have experienced any form of sexual violence, at any point in their lives.

The Role
Reporting to the Director, this is an exciting opportunity to lead and strengthen our fundraising strategy, ensuring sustainable growth in income to support our mission of protecting and restoring tropical forests and inspiring climate action.
The Fundraising Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing an ambitious fundraising strategy, with a strong focus on corporate partnerships and trusts.
Working closely with the Director, Deputy Director, Finance and Grants Manager and Communications and Digital Marketing Manager, you will drive forward fundraising targets, cultivate new opportunities, and consolidate existing partnerships. This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on delivery, ensuring our fundraising approach is robust, ethical, and aligned with our values.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Development and Income Generation
● Develop and deliver a comprehensive fundraising strategy for the charity (with a strong but not exclusive focus on corporate partnerships), aligned with the charity’s 5-year strategic plan.
● Research, identify, and build a pipeline of new funding opportunities to diversify and expand income streams, such as corporate partners, trusts and foundations, high net worth individuals and individual giving.

2. Systems and Process Improvement

3. Relationship Management and Stewardship

● Work with the Communications and Marketing Manager to maximise fundraising campaigns such as the Big Give.
4. Events and Engagement
● Lead on the planning and delivery of a flagship summer event designed to attract funders, with the aim of securing new partnerships and long-term support.

This role will operate within our hybrid working policy (minimum of two days a week in office and when required), and can be based at either Wembley Stadium or St. George's Park, depending on your current location.
What will you be doing?
- Collaborate with FA Learning to evolve a safeguarding development framework, that underpins the learning offer.
- Be the safeguarding subject matter expert, working with FA learning and stakeholders to identify learner needs, develop and evolve our e-learning, digital and in-person courses, ensuring the learning offer is learner focused, progressive, and impactful.
- Lead the strategic approach to all safeguarding learning, development and CPD delivery by the preventative Safeguarding team, ensuring its innovative and impactful, providing check and challenge to the design and delivery.
- Work with the team and FA Learning to drive the development of informal education, and optimise the impact of innovative approaches such as podcasts, blogs, short films and bite size CPD packages.
- Utilise available research and insight, alongside learning from safeguarding concerns and cases, to ensure our education offer equips the learner to respond to changing trends.
- Collaborate with colleagues on a coordinated programme of CPD for key cohorts, maximising the use of resources with different groups and minimising any duplication of effort across the team.
- Drive consistency in content, quality of delivery and evaluation of impact across the portfolio.
- Support the development of educational tool kits which can used by individuals across the game to enhance knowledge and understanding of effective safeguarding.
- Work with FA Learning to embed safeguarding messages into the wider education offer e.g. coaching, talent ID, medical, refereeing etc.
- Collaborate with FA Learning on the strategic approach for safeguarding on matters such as the evaluation of impact, 'Accredited Prior Learning', cost of courses etc.
- Where appropriate, work in partnership with external organisations and experts to further enhance our learning offer, maximise reach and impact.
- Support the effective management of safeguarding and wellbeing concerns, catastrophic incidents, complaints and any referrals to Statutory Agencies, The FA Safeguarding Case Management Team and Integrity Team as required.
- Be an influential advocate for safeguarding, promoting, communicating and representing this work effectively.
- Executes additional tasks as required to meet the FA's changing priorities.

of a short break. The service aims to address both immediate financial need and support long-term financial
resilience for carers.
Key Responsibilities / WHAT?
Service Delivery
• Act as the main point of contact for all financial wellbeing and grants-related enquiries.
• Conduct research to provide up-to-date information and practical guidance to help unpaid carers maximise
their income.
• Deliver benefits checks using Money Helper tools and support carers in navigating the welfare system.
• Provide tailored financial guidance, signposting to appropriate services, and assisting carers with benefits
and grant applications.
• Plan, prepare, and chair regular grant panel meetings, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
• Communicate grant decisions to carers and arrange timely award payments.
• Actively identify, engage, and support unpaid carers, including those from seldom heard or marginalised
communities.
• Support carers in articulating their financial goals and refer them to relevant services such as the Vale
Unpaid Carers Hub, Cardiff Independent Living Service or Bridgend Carers Wellbeing Service.
Monitoring and Administration
• Maintain accurate and timely records on TuVida’s CRM system, supporting monitoring and reporting
requirements.
• Oversee the grant budget in collaboration with the finance team, ensuring monthly reconciliation and robust
tracking of expenditure.

Awareness and Engagement
• Promote the service across social media, online platforms, and through outreach work, with a focus on
increasing access and income maximisation for unpaid carers.
