The successful candidate will lead a diverse portfolio spanning discovery science, translational research, clinical development and neurotechnology, ensuring investment decisions are guided by strong scientific insight and a clear view of patient impact.

Experience

Substantial senior-level experience across most areas of income generation, including at least two from:

In this role, you will:

Supporting Young People

• Act as the first point of contact for people experiencing homelessness and referral partners, providing advice and signposting

• Conduct needs and risk assessments with potential Nightstop guests

• Coordinate and manage the logistics of each placement with volunteer hosts

• Work proactively with guests and partner agencies to identify longer-term accommodation options

• Provide ongoing support to guests and volunteers, including participation in a 24-hour on-call rota

• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all guests and volunteers at all times

Volunteer Recruitment, Promotion and Engagement

• Promote volunteer opportunities through community networks, local organisations, and online platforms

Fundraising Officer – 4‑day week, hybrid, high‑impact charity based in Oxford

We’re looking for a Fundraising Officer to join Aspire’s small, agile and supportive Fundraising & Communications team. You will support residents recently released from prison in a residential setting, helping them reintegrate into the community. You will also support some day-to-day team responsibilities, including providing tailored support directly to residents.
