About Beyond the Streets
Beyond the Streets is a UK charity with over 20 years’ experience of partnering with women in the sex industry to see them safe from coercion, violence and abuse. We deliver trauma-informed, person-centered support, provide training for the third sector and statutory professionals, and create resources and reports informed by research, lived experience, and practitioner experience. Our training and partnership work seeks to equip professionals to understand the sex industry, particularly survival sex, and to support them to engage with women selling sex in a trauma-informed way.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to join an award-winning team to develop and deliver a programme of activities to improve outcomes for children living in families where there is conflict and separation. Our Linkwork Child Contacts can be from private clients, solicitors on behalf of clients, local authorities, courts and CAFCASS (Children and Families Advisory and Support Service).
A degree in Health & Social Care or equivalent would be advantageous, and experience of working with children or families is essential. Must be willing and able to work Tuesday to Saturday each week. Experience in managing a team and good organisational and report writing skills are also essential. You will manage your own case-load and have the ability to work on your own initiative.
As a Project Co-ordinator you will co-ordinate and manage the team for the children-centred sessions. The team will be exploring children’s emotions with the aim of strengthening and improving family relationships for the benefit of the children and improving confidence and coping skills.
You will be managing the team and co-ordinating contacts to support families to improve parenting and communication skills, ensuring their approach is child-centred. You will also be a facilitator at times for supported and supervised contact sessions and be able to prepare reports for the courts and social care teams.
You will manage your own case load and have the ability to work on your own initiative. A degree in Social Work would be advantageous. Good organisational and IT skills are essential. Must be willing and able to work Tuesday to Saturday, with the possibility of some evening hours for the needs of the service as the centre develops.

- Lead the strategy development and delivery of the digital comms programme
- Set up and manage a reactive social media unit which clips and generates new content for spokespeople, working with a pool of consultants to create fresh digital content

The Role:
• In the context of our Corporate Strategy, UK policies and position statements and Northern Ireland Plan, to define our Northern Ireland Public Affairs and campaigning goals and to develop and manage a prioritised programme of policy and advocacy work to achieve them.
• Provide technical and expert support, advice, and briefings to the Northern Ireland Director, and other colleagues where relevant, on policy and advocacy matters and enable them to be effective policy advocates.

For over 60 years the National Children’s Bureau (NCB) has been building a better childhood for all.
We are currently recruiting a Researcher to join our Research & Impact team on a two-year fixed-term contract. The purpose of this role is to contribute to the delivery of high-quality mixed-methods research projects including evidence synthesis, primary research and evaluation studies.
The role will require undertaking core systematic review tasks including screening, data extraction and critical appraisal, and applying agreed review methods consistently across the project. The postholder will produce outputs under the supervision of senior researchers, contribute to funding proposals, and support the participation of those with lived experience in the research.
The post holder will join a team of researchers based across the UK. They will have the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of topics that have a direct impact on policy, services and outcomes for children and families.

Animal Equality’s campaigns have driven Parliamentary debates, legal victories, policy shifts, corporate commitments, mainstream media coverage, and inspired thousands of individuals to change their diets.
We are seeking a creative, driven, and strategic Campaigns Coordinator to deliver our current high-impact campaigns with a view to exposing the cruel animal agriculture industries, influencing decision-makers, and mobilising the public to create lasting change for farmed animals.
Working closely with team members, the Campaigns Coordinator will design and deliver imaginative campaigns while working in alignment with the organisation’s wider mission: to end factory farming. The role requires initiative, creativity, tenacity, and a solutions-focused mindset, as well as the discipline to execute projects effectively and professionally.
The Campaigns Coordinator will report to the Executive Director and work closely with others across our UK and international teams. The appointee will play a key role in coordinating and inspiring volunteers and external stakeholders.
The Campaigns Coordinator will have opportunities to travel across the UK and internationally to organise and lead peaceful demonstrations, ensuring Animal Equality maintains a visible, strategic, and compelling presence at key decision-making moments. While not common, occasional evening or weekend work may be necessary to support campaigning activities. Any additional hours worked and agreed with your Manager can be reclaimed as TOIL.

In the 1980s, high unemployment and steep inflation was contributing to a shocking rise in youth homelessness across London. Thousands of young people were sleeping rough every night, with many areas notoriously dubbed “cardboard cities” due to the visible rise in street homelessness.
