In the last four years we have tripled our turnover, moved from delivery at one site to having thirteen outreaches and have doubled the number of clients we are seeing. We are now looking for an enthusiastic, full time Welfare Benefits Worker to build up a much needed Welfare Rights Unit. We have a small unit of volunteers who support clients with appeals, and our next stage is to build a volunteer based form filling service. Whilst holding a small caseload of your own, it is the development of this service that would be your principal task.
To be successful you will need to be a qualified Citizens Advice Adviser, preferably with experience of delivering Benefits casework, and to be able to develop and lead volunteers. If the longer term Welfare Rights Unit project interests you but this post would not be an option for you as it stands, we would also welcome a conversation.

Black Thrive Global evolved from the work of the Black Thrive Lambeth Partnership, which was established in 2016 to address the inequalities that negatively impact the mental health and wellbeing of Black people in Lambeth. Role Description
The Leadership Academy Coordinator will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of the Leadership Academy, a programme designed to equip participants with the skills, confidence, and knowledge to engage with systems, drive change, and develop as inclusive, multi-skilled leaders, with a strong emphasis on valuing lived experience.
The Academy will bring together learning and development opportunities across a range of areas, including the Patient and Carer Race Equality Framework (PCREF), system navigation, community-led research, and leadership development approaches. Through this programme, grassroots community groups, people with lived experience, and system leaders will be supported to strengthen their leadership capabilities and contribute to anti-racist system change.
The postholder will be responsible for coordinating the development and delivery of the Leadership Academy, working collaboratively with Black Thrive localities, internal teams, people with lived experience, and external specialists to shape and deliver a high-quality learning offer.
Acting as the central point of coordination for the Academy, the postholder will oversee programme planning, stakeholder engagement, curriculum development processes, logistics, and delivery timelines. They will bring together contributions from multiple workstreams and partners, ensuring that content is aligned, relevant, and delivered effectively to meet the needs of participants.
The postholder will work closely with facilitators, trainers, and subject matter experts to coordinate sessions and learning activities, while ensuring effective quality assurance, participant engagement, monitoring, and evaluation. Responsibilities will include managing programme schedules, coordinating communications, tracking participation and outcomes, and maintaining accurate records to support reporting and continuous improvement.
The Leadership Academy Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the Academy's vision, objectives, and outcomes. They are seeking a Finance Manager to join their close-knit finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Welcare is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced manager committed to supporting local families to lead and manage their Family Centre and Family Resilience service in Redhill.
The Family Centre is part of a local integrated system with a wide range of partners that builds family resilience in Surrey and seeks to improve life chances for the most vulnerable children.
You would manage a small, dedicated team of family support workers and have lead responsibility for supervising their work and ensuring delivery of our sub-contract with the YMCA.

We are looking for a high-calibre candidate to join as Office Manager and Executive Assistant. You will be the main point of contact for our Senior Management Team, Trustee Board and Advisory Panel members and have the inside track on how the charity plans and implements both its strategic growth and its day-to-day operations. You will also act as Office Manager in our Head Office, and be part of our Facilities Team supporting our sites across the network.
The role is challenging and varied. You will work with a wide range of our stakeholders, both internally and externally, taking a professional yet friendly approach – you will have strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will have excellent organisational and analytical skills and be able to demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, excellent written skills and will be highly efficient. The role at a glance
Contract: Part-time (30 hours per week), permanent

Working hours:
30 hours per week (typically 4 days per week, 09:00 to 17:30, but alternate patterns can be discussed with candidates)
We are a delivery organisation providing frontline educational services for young people. Our Head Office team is based on the site of our North Kensington centre in West London. We are an organisation with team members at different stages of their career, including many in their first roles: we are committed to nurturing talent and providing a developmental culture for all.
Role is mainly office-based, with the opportunity to work from home one day per week.
Salary: £40,000 per annum pro rata (including £2,800 London contribution)
Pro-rated salary for 30 hours per week (0.8 FTE) is £32,000 per annum

Annual leave:
Full-time staff entitlement, pro-rated for part-time staff:
33 days (inc bank & public holidays)
