Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner
Reporting To: Head of People
Salary Range: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (12 months)
Location: This is a hybrid role based at our Sheffield Office (Suites 1, 3, and 4, The Hive, Fountain Precinct, 1st Floor, Leopold Wing, Sheffield). The position will involve some travel across our northern UK depots and to our Head Office located in London.
Days/Hours per Week: 35 hours per week, working from 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday – Friday, with an unpaid 1-hour lunch break.

Purpose of the Job
The HR Business Partner will provide a full HR service that fully supports the delivery of the company and site strategy and is aligned with charity HR policies and practices.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Provide proactive leadership and support in ensuring the delivery of all functional demands. Ensure the functional processes and procedures are appropriately controlled.
· Create and maintain an innovative environment that encourages colleague participation in raising standards of quality, teamwork and communication
· Provide leadership and direction to ensure that within the function, people are engaged, focused, developed and delivering to their full potential
· Champion health and safety on site, ensuring that a safe working environment exists for all colleagues and that, as a minimum, the department meets the standards set out in relevant health, safety and environmental policies.
· Commercial awareness and a proven cost reduction measures on site. All areas of cost reduction investigated.
· Monitor departmental KPI’s and challenge improvement when required to ensure targets are achieved and improved
· Works with functional leads, enabling line managers to drive accountability at the appropriate level, and supports managers to achieve this
· Interpret HR Policy and support managers in the practical implementation of HR practice and employment legislation to ensure compliance and consistency
· Provides a professional advisory service that gives effective solutions to people's issues, ensuring a balance between individual and business needs
· Lead the talent and succession planning agenda
· Support the leadership team with advice and interventions to enable the successful delivery of the business strategy

Join Us as our Operations Coordinator
BeSpace is a small but growing Christian charity with a big vision to see a future where every child has space to develop personal tools to pray, reflect and grow spiritually throughout their lives, helping churches, schools and communities to flourish.
We have seen incredible impact through developing prayer and reflections spaces in schools across Oxfordshire. Since 2010, over 65,000 children have experienced prayer and reflection spaces led by local churches, trained and resourced by us. Currently 60 schools a year have one. Now, we’re building on this momentum to reach over 115 schools in the next three years and are preparing to grow nationally with developing contemplative retreats for schools.
About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to cover adoption leave, likely for one year. This is a vital role in keeping BeSpace running smoothly and enabling our small but growing team to thrive. You will also, where needed, play a hands-on role in supporting churches and schools in our work.
In this role, you will:
- Take responsibility for key operational processes including recruitment, HR, and volunteer management systems — not only maintaining them effectively but actively seeking ways to innovate and strengthen them, with guidance and support from senior leaders.
- Manage finance administration, including donations, CRM (Beacon), and Gift Aid claims.
- Project manage BeSpace events and provide admin support to the team.
- Develop and maintain systems for impact tracking, GDPR compliance, and volunteer management.
- Provide communications and social media support.
- Where needed, support on-the-ground delivery of retreats and prayer and reflection spaces in schools.
- This role would suit someone with strong organisational and administrative skills, a passion for children’s spiritual development, and a willingness to get stuck into a wide variety of tasks.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Exceptionally organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Confident using IT systems and willing to learn how to use a CRM (Beacon).
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to work occasional evenings/weekends.
- Personally committed to BeSpace’s vision, with a strong Christian faith and a desire to see children flourish spiritually.
Experience in HR, finance, events, or charity administration would be an advantage, but we’re open to applicants with transferable skills.

Grow is a youth development charity working with 16-24 year olds facing significant challenges in Sheffield. Many young people we work with experience mental health difficulties that have resulted in social isolation and a lack of engagement in work or training prospects. Role Description
The Head of Programmes and Impact is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping Grow’s overarching programme strategy and ensuring its successful delivery against our five-year plan. Introduction
Salford Foundation tackles disadvantage and changes lives working across Greater Manchester. Our Strategy 2025-30 focuses on creating sustainable income to meet service development and business growth. The Corporate Fundraiser supports income diversification by engaging with corporate donors and corporate partners to meet annual corporate and fundraising income targets of £350k+ p.a.
You will cultivate strategic corporate partnerships and develop fundraising relationships with corporate partners, corporate foundations and employers. Working closely with the CEO, Business Development Manager, Digital Marketing Officer, Finance Team and Service Managers to:
Ø Manage the corporate pipeline opportunities for donors, prospects and targets
Ø Prepare and present winning proposals, bids and grant applications
Ø Create digital marketing content and corporate fundraising campaigns
Ø Lead on the corporate fundraising strategy and reporting on performance.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and engage with key businesses and corporate partners in the North West. You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of corporate fundraising and managing strategic partnerships. Key tasks
1. Leading on the development and implementation of the corporate fundraising strategy and annual plan.

10. Recording, monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators internally and externally to meet corporate partners, funders, SMT and Board requirements.
11. Attending and presenting at internal and external business networking, CSR, Social Value, meetings, workshops and events as required.
12. Attending supervisory sessions, relevant subject based training, briefings and networking events to keep up to date with legislation, policies, practice and technology.

About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.
The Role
The Individual Giving and Legacy Manager will report into the Head of Public Fundraising and sits within the wider CoppaFeel! Fundraising Team. In this pivotal role you will leverage your individual giving digital skills, knowledge and passion to drive our fundraising efforts to new heights. Your innovative approach and data-led mindset will grow our income and supporter base, and ensure we’re on track for our mission to educate and empower young people of early detection of breast cancer.
You will need to have experience in both acquisition and retention programmes particularly in paid digital, new product development and developing multi-channel supporter journeys. You will be a great project manager, be confident in managing budgets across multiple income streams and using data to make evidence-based decisions. You will also have excellent attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions.
This is a fixed term contract of 12 months and a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.
Duties and Responsibilities

Development and delivery of the Individual Giving Programme across regular giving, cash, lottery, legacy and in memory activities and income streams with a digital first approach.

Work with the Head of Public Fundraising in developing and delivering the public fundraising strategy to support growth over the next 3 years.

Manage budgets against financial and non-financial KPI’s and targets. Be involved in setting budgets and regular re-forecasts, working closely with the Finance team to ensure all income and expenditure is coding and recorded correctly.

Develop supporter journeys across the programme and organisation, monitoring to optimise when necessary.

Manage external suppliers and partners to make sure that CoppaFeel! Is getting the best value for money and high quality services.

Lead on building the legacy programme to acquire new supporters and embed as a giving product in the organisation.

Manage and develop the in memory income stream with a view to grow over the next 3 years and integrate with other income streams which share the same motivation to give.
