Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday on a rota varying between 08:00 - 21:30 which includes 12.5 hour shifts with 1 hour unpaid break, approximately 3 shifts per week. About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Coach to join our new Independent Approved Premises commissioned by Criminal Justice Service (IAP) on day shifts with a rolling rota. You will support residents recently released from prison in a residential setting, helping them reintegrate into the community. You will work with residents to create tailored support plans, identify their needs, goals, and skills, and motivate them to reach their potential. You will encourage engagement in activities and the community, provide tools for life skills, and ensure effective risk management with a strong focus on public protection. The team work closely with one another and support which achieving overall service KPI's, and you will be part of making a greater change. Everyday looks different so this is perfect for someone who wants a role where no two days are the same.

Healthwatch was set up in 2013 to champion the rights of health and social care users, and hold the health and social care system to account for how well it engages with the public.
Healthwatch has a remit which covers all publicly funded health and social care services for adults and children.
The Advocacy Project delivers Healthwatch Brent, Healthwatch Westminster and Healthwatch Kensington & Chelsea – three of 152 local Healthwatch organisations. We’re building on the important work that’s been done to date, while bringing new insights from the voices of seldom heard and hard to hear groups.
About the role
In this role you will promote Healthwatch to local residents and stakeholders, and support people to get involved in our work. You’ll be a skilled communicator, comfortable networking and engaging with a diverse range of local residents. This role is primarily based in Westminster, and we’re looking for someone who can understand and relate to the diverse local population.
Your role will involve finding innovative ways to present the information the team gathers to key audiences. This will range from face-to-face conversations with partners and funders through to producing imaginative materials. This includes producing accessible reports and presentations to make sure we can maximise the impact of people’s feedback.
You’ll be responsible for a variety of internal and external communications for the Healthwatch Westminster producing impactful communications across all platforms including our website, social media channels and newsletter. You’ll also produce informative and engaging content for our websites, keeping it fresh and relevant for our diverse audiences.
As well as developing our online presence, you’ll own the Westminster engagement plan. This will involve identifying engagement opportunities, working with the Volunteer Coordinator to ensure we have good coverage at events across the borough, and getting out into the local community to promote our service and hear from local residents.
Working as part of a small team, you’ll be involved in many aspects of the organisation. You’ll need to be flexible, with a ‘can do’ attitude to meet the evolving needs of the service. You will need to work in close collaboration with our other Healthwatch services in Kensington & Chelsea and Brent, and occasionally support communications and engagement in those areas when the need arises.

î Develop a vibrant engagement plan for Healthwatch Kensington & Chelsea, ensuring that we reach a wide range of residents from different communities, with an emphasis on those most likely to experience poor health outcomes.
î Develop effective relationships with local voluntary organisations and community groups to promote the Healthwatch service and carry out engagement activities and signposting sessions.
î Practice culturally responsive engagement, demonstrating the ability to communicate and effectively interact with people across cultures with diverse protected characteristics, whilst maintaining openness and showing respect to people who have a different social or cultural background to your own.
î Keep abreast of good engagement practice and actively seek out innovative ways to capture and express people’s views/experiences, including engagement techniques appropriate to different audiences.

At Cranstoun, we are always in search of talented and experienced individuals to join our team.
The Birmingham Street Navigator Service works with Birmingham citizens (single adults and/or couples 25 years old or above) with accommodation that are outdoors engaging in ‘street activity’ e.g. rough sleeping, begging, street drinking/drug using and other ‘social activities.
Street Navigators will offer intensive, wraparound support to help citizens back into their accommodation, reducing their level of street-based activity and associated anti-social behaviour, with the overall aim of reintegrating citizens into their local communities and reducing their reliance on the streets.
Street Navigators will recognise that citizens may present with a range of complexities and could be living with traumas that make engagement with ‘traditional’ and ‘mainstream’ services difficult. This requires Street Navigators to provide a trauma-informed, person-centred and relational approach to engagement and the ongoing support offer to the citizen as a means of developing trust and confidence with the service, and to ensure short- and longer-term needs are met.
Street Navigators will work in a multi-agency network including alongside outreach services, Community Safety teams, local BID teams, commissioned/none-commissioned accommodation providers, West Midlands Police and British Transport Police. Street Navigators will also support citizens to access relevant support agencies when ready. This could include health care, substance misuse services, local community services and DWP.
It is important that the service is available to our citizens when it is needed. Therefore, work may be required outside of the conventional working week, and being included in a rota of duties, to ensure that service delivery is available when needed by citizens, including evenings, weekends and on bank holidays, may be expected.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the daily operation of the Mind BLMK Luton Mental Health Prevention and Recovery Service.
Based at our Luton Wellbeing Centre the service provides a range of activities, groups and support opportunities throughout the week, helping people to manage their mental health, build confidence and progress through their own recovery journeys.
The Service Manager role is varied and rewarding, ensuing the smooth running of the service and playing a key role in shaping and enhancing the service to ensure it continues to meet the needs of the local community. Working in line with Mind BLMK values, you will monitor performance and drive service improvement, promote the service across the area, and build strong partnerships with local organisations, community groups, and key stakeholders.
You will oversee referrals into the service, lead on the assessment of more complex cases to determine suitability, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support. You will also provide day to day leadership and supervision to the staff, volunteers, and student team, while maintaining responsibility for the health, safety, and management of the Luton Wellbeing Centre and its facilities.
Service Delivery Includes
Operate a service and ensure outcomes which supports individuals to deescalate crisis and develop strategies for recovery and increased wellbeing, in line with Mind BLMKs Recovery Model and contract requirements and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
Work with the Operational Services Manager to review, design and implement changes to service delivery and working models, ensuring the service meets the needs of the local community, identifying solutions to gaps in provision and seek opportunities to grow the service and maximise the use of the centre premises.
Contribute to the development of the Luton service plan in line with both Mind BLMK priorities and the wider Luton Mental Health Plan and 2040 vision.

St Albans & District Foodbank is an independent charity within the Trussell network, operating nine foodbank centres across the district alongside a central warehouse and home delivery service. Job summary
The Communications and Marketing Manager plays a central role in helping Overcoming MS reach and support more people living with multiple sclerosis worldwide. The role leads the creation of compelling, evidence-based, and emotionally engaging communications that strengthen connections with our community, raise awareness of the Overcoming MS approach, support fundraising, engagement, and behaviour change, and showcase our services and offerings.
Working across communications channels, campaigns, storytelling and community engagement, the postholder will enable our audiences to feel they have the appropriate level of information and confidence to make lifestyle changes, through the support we offer to live a full and healthy life with MS.
Key responsibilities and duties:
The role comprises the following key areas of responsibility:
Communication and campaign creation
Craft engaging, accessible and audience-focused communications which inspire action, deepen engagement and build trust.
Plan and execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns across digital channels, print, PR and Community channels in alignment with our Fundraising and Communications Strategy.
Support the Head of Communications, Marketing & Digital with campaign planning, aligning Communications objectives to organisational and income generation objectives.
Support the Services team with the promotion of our services, including the dissemination of insights and data, to grow our awareness and engagement
Support colleagues and audiences. Working with stakeholders to ensure communications are planned and delivered at the right time to meet their needs.
Ability to communicate complex or sensitive information in a clear, accessible and empathetic way.
Understanding of inclusive and accessible communications best practice.
Using results to drive change
Use audience insight, analytics and user behaviour to shape campaigns and improve engagement.
Test, learn and optimise marcomms communications through experimentation, AB testing and evaluation.

Storytelling and Community voices
Build trusted relationships with people living with MS and the wider Overcoming MS community to develop authentic and inspiring stories.
Support contributors sensitively and ethically, ensuring appropriate consent and safeguarding processes are followed.
Identify opportunities to amplify community voices across campaigns, fundraising and communications.
Ensure storytelling reflects the diversity and inclusivity of the Overcoming MS community.
Social media and content creation
Lead on building our impact and engagement on social media with our audiences, in line with our objectives, including supporting awareness and engagement campaigns and fundraising.
Ensure that we are using the best tools and techniques by staying up to date with trends.
Monitor social media, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to enquiries.
Use analytics to constantly optimise our social media impact.
Ensure content is accessible, audience-led and aligned with best practice in health communication.
Support content development across both digital and print communications where required.
Working closely with the services team, lead the content creation and maintenance of our website to maximise our impact with audiences.
Build and nurture relationships with celebrity ambassadors, influencers and public supporters.
Email marketing
Develop content for email marketing, including for fundraising and events campaigns.
Optimise email by A/B testing content to maximise performance through design and content improvements, and creating triggered email sequences to build our message.
Use audience segmentation and personalisation to support campaigns.
Use analytics to identify ways to constantly optimise our email impact.
Community Engagement
Support our digital community through different discussion groups and platforms (social media, hubs, etc). Including liaising with internal teams and promoting best practice.
Support online events and drive positive engagement opportunities.
Brand communication
Ensuring all activity aligns with brand priorities.
Championing on-brand messaging. Acting as a trusted expert on brand tone of voice.
Ensuring all media and communications guidelines/policies are followed and kept updated.
Sharing best practice with the wider organisation and continuing professional development.
Creative skills
Generate and develop creative and innovative ideas with a good eye for brand, design, film and photography.
Develop clear briefs and oversee production of high-quality digital and printed communications materials.
Create engaging collateral through design software.
Edit small amounts of audio or video (desirable).
Support content development across both digital and print communications where required.
PR and Media
Support the Head of Communications, Marketing and Digital with media relations through press releases and statements.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Self-motivated and adaptable/proactive, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively

About Working Well Trust
Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment.
We are now recruiting an IPS Employment Advisor to join our Connect to Work service across Enfield. This is a full-time, permanent role working 35 hours per week, following the principles of the IPS model to support people into paid employment.
This role is specific to being co-located on site with probation services within Enfield. Candidates must be willing to undergo a vetting form including digital ID verification technology, right to work checks, proof of identity, proof of address and a DBS. Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate with need to include contact details for prior workplaces and personal references.
Previous experience/ understanding of probation services and MAPPA restrictions are beneficial but not essential to the role.
What you’ll be doing
If you were working with us, your days would be varied and people-centred. You would manage a caseload of clients with mental health support needs, people experiencing homelessness, and people with offending histories, offering one-to-one support to help them secure and sustain employment that matches their preferences.
You would provide person-centred guidance using the IPS approach (training is provided), helping clients build confidence, prepare for work, and navigate challenges that may arise. A key part of the role involves engaging employers, promoting the value of our service, and identifying suitable job opportunities.
You would work closely with NHS clinical teams, contributing to an integrated approach to recovery through employment. This includes attending team meetings, coordinating support, and maintaining clear, client-led communication. The role also involves working to agreed targets while maintaining a high-quality, supportive service.

The Royal College of Psychiatrists is looking to hire for the position of Examinations Analyst within the Examinations Team.
The Examinations Analyst is an important role at the College as and procedures associated the Membership examinations (MRCPsych).
