Coventry Youth Activists (CYA) is the UK's only youth-led campaign group run by and for disabled young people—70% of members have learning disabilities—and they need a Community Organiser to help them take on one of their biggest fights yet: defending SEND rights.
This isn't traditional charity work. CYA doesn't lobby for disabled young people—they campaign as them. From Mad Hatter's Tea Parties outside Facebook HQ to high-level negotiations with decision-makers, their approach is bold, creative, and effective. As one member puts it: "Leadership doesn't have to look a certain way... That's what we do at CYA."
What you'll be doing
You'll support CYA members to challenge urgent threats to their rights—particularly government reforms affecting SEND (Special Educational Need and Disability) rights. This means:
- Developing campaign strategies and power mapping decision-makers with young activists
- Facilitating actions, media engagement, and high-level negotiations
- Coaching young leaders and building their confidence to take the lead
- Creating alliances and expanding CYA's reach and influence
- Ensuring everything is accessible, inclusive, and driven by lived experience

Who we're looking for
We want someone with proven campaigning experience and strong facilitation skills—but just as importantly, someone with creativity, a passion for justice, and the ability to work inclusively with young people with learning disabilities.

About the role
We’re excited to be recruiting a Head of Journeys and Personalisation to lead the design and optimisation of full lifecycle digitally-enabled journeys and personalised supporter experiences at WWF-UK.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping how supporters experience WWF-UK across their full lifecycle, ensuring journeys are relevant, engaging and aligned to both supporter needs and organisational priorities. You’ll lead and develop an existing email team that will, over time, evolve our journeys and personalisation capabilities and play a key role in a new Supporter Experience Directorate.
Working closely with colleagues across departments — particularly product owners, data and technology — you’ll design joined up, data, informed lifecycle journeys that guide appropriate next actions, build trust and deepen long-term supporter value. You’ll embed the use of insight, segmentation and experimentation into journey design. Your work will play a critical role in improving supporter satisfaction, trust and loyalty, while ensuring personalisation is used responsibly, ethically and in line with our values.
This is a senior role for someone who combines strategic thinking with delivery focus, is confident leading teams and influencing across disciplines, and is motivated by using journeys and personalisation to build loyalty and mobilise action in support of our mission.
Skills and experience
You’ll bring the skills and experience needed to succeed in this role, including:
• Significant experience leading digital journeys, lifecycle marketing or personalisation, with clear accountability for outcomes and delivery
• Deep understanding of end-to-end journey and lifecycle design, across multiple products, channels, content and campaigns
• Strong track record of segmentation and audience strategy, improving engagement, retention or long-term value
• Experience of content and brand storytelling, ensuring journeys drive the right actions, outcomes and supporter experience
• Strong analytical and insight-led decision-making, translating data into clear priorities and actions
• Experience using experimentation, testing and optimisation to improve journey performance
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, delivering and optimising journeys
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, managing performance and delivering shared objectives
• Strong communication and influencing skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly and engage a wide range of stakeholders
• Experience operating in a regulated, complex or values-led organisation, applying ethical and responsible use of data

About you

You’ll represent WWF-UK with senior policymakers, regulators, financial institutions and partners, building strong coalitions and influencing decision-makers in the UK and internationally. BVSC is looking for a Grassroots Development Officer to work with small, often informal voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations across Bexley. This role offers hands-on support to grassroots groups delivering vital services designed and led by the communities they serve, particularly those facing health and social inequalities.
The post-holder will provide practical guidance on governance, funding, safeguarding, sustainability, and other organisational development needs. You will help groups strengthen networks, increase visibility, and overcome barriers to growth, supporting them to deliver even greater impact.
This role focuses on organisations working with young people, older residents, minority ethnic (global majority) and migrant communities, people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), and communities in the north of the borough where grassroots activity is most needed.
Key areas of work include:
- Identifying: Engaging with grassroots groups to understand their services, users, and development needs.
- Connecting: Building relationships and establishing a network of micro VCSEs to encourage peer support and knowledge sharing.
- Developing: Offering tailored capacity-building support, including advice on governance, funding, communications, coordination, and premises, and coordinating grant rounds.
- Promoting: Supporting recognition of grassroots groups by health partners and the wider community, boosting their visibility and impact.

About the role
The Side-by-Side project supports children in care and care leavers to have the same opportunities as those who have not experienced care.
For many young people, navigating the care system and especially the transition to leaving care can be complex, isolating, and overwhelming. Too often, care-experienced young people are expected to face adulthood before they are ready, without the safety nets of family, friends, and community networks that many of us take for granted.
The project provides a mentoring and befriending service, offering consistent, trusted relationships that help young people feel less alone, build confidence and life skills, and navigate key life changes as they move towards independence.
Side-by-Side supports young people with a range of needs, including those who may be at risk of exploitation, unaccompanied asylum-seeking children, and young people living with identified mental health challenges. The project is guided by strong safeguarding practice, built on trust, and delivered through trauma-informed, person-centred approaches.
As a Community Engagement Worker, you will work directly with young people through engagement sessions, group activities and co-designed initiatives. You will also work alongside volunteers, supporting them to safely and effectively engage with young people. This role does not involve acting as a young person’s key worker or holding a caseload. To oversee the smooth running of the Society’s publishing platform, which showcases our portfolio of online titles. Reporting to the Head of Publishing Operations (HoPO), you will be chiefly responsible for the management, support and maintenance of the Atypon powered Lyell Collection platform.
You will collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and stay up to date with the latest emerging platform technologies. You will be responsible for maintaining the Society’s online publishing platforms, so an understanding of a range of standard integrations, workflows, html and XML is essential.
Key accountabilities
Platform maintenance
- Oversee and maintain the Atypon Web Admin Tool (WAT) for the Society’s scholarly book and journal platform.
- Manage a queue of platform maintenance and change requests, including triage, feasibility analysis, testing and quality assurance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for reporting platform issues to Atypon (the hosting provider), managing communications, and monitoring the support ticket system to ensure timely resolution.
