About the role
This is a fixed term role with a clear mission, created specifically to support Crisis’ CRM Transformation programme. We are migrating to a new CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics 365, underpinned by a Modern Data Platform, and the next nine to twelve months are critical as the new platform enters live operation. As Interim Business Systems Manager you will sit at the centre of this transition, collaborating with product owners, developers, suppliers and business stakeholders to make the handover from programme delivery to business-as-usual a success, equipping Crisis with impactful, sustainable systems for fundraising and engagement in support of our mission to end homelessness.
Coaching and developing our Product Owners will be at the heart of this role, helping them build the confidence and capability to own their backlogs, prioritise with clarity and bring well-formed decisions to the table, alongside embedding consistent, sustainable development practices across the team. You will also lead key transition deliverables, including the rebuild of Apteco FastStats so that marketing delivery remains robust and well-governed, and provide governance, oversight and transition planning for our Christmas systems cycle.
This role exists to support a defined period of transformation; it is offered on a fixed term basis, and decisions about how the team is shaped beyond the transition will be made as the programme concludes. The AU comprises around 33 staff and 120 external accreditation assessors who work across six clinical areas. The AU is highly experienced and credible at leading professionally led and patient-centred clinical accreditation programmes as well as developing training packages for the endoscopy workforce. Each accreditation programme is clinically led and supported by a multi-disciplinary steering group that includes patient representation. Our services include accredited advice and support, community wellbeing activities, and an extensive programme of Irish arts, culture and education. Our venue also comprises of a licensed bar and shop, as well as private hire spaces to support the work of our charity.
The London Irish Centre is seeking an experienced, compassionate and knowledgeable Advice Worker to join our committed team. The successful candidate will bring expertise in welfare rights and housing, and a strong commitment to supporting those facing financial hardship or insecure living conditions. In this role, you will work directly with clients to deliver accredited advice and practical guidance, helping them navigate complex systems and secure the support they need. You will also collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to ensure a holistic and integrated service that puts community needs first.
The Advice Service is dedicated to enhancing income, alleviating poverty, and ensuring secure housing for community members throughout London. Our goal is to empower individuals by facilitating access to appropriate support through a strength-based and person-centered approach. We offer accredited information and advice on welfare benefits and housing, as well as assistance in obtaining grants.
As an integral part of the London Irish Centre's Community services, the Advice Service collaborates with our Support Service, Citizenship and Identity, Health Navigation, Community Programmes (responsible for events and activities), and our specialized Survivor Integrated Service. Together, we strive to deliver community-led and best-practice support.
