We are looking for an experienced Legacy and Tribute Manager who will be responsible for generating around £1.4 million annually through compassionate and professional management of Gifts in Wills and Tribute Giving. You will lead, shape and deliver RUHX’s Legacy & Tribute Programme—one of our most impactful income streams that enables supporters to honour exceptional care given at the RUH.

We’re looking for an experienced legacy fundraising professional with a strong track record in generating income through Gifts in Wills, creating inspiring marketing campaigns, and managing complex legacy administration with confidence and accuracy. You will bring proven expertise in handling sensitive donor relationships, working with solicitors and executors, and navigating legal processes with minimal guidance.

This is a rare opportunity to build and scale a data-led fundraising programme, increase our visibility in a competitive landscape, and develop a high-performing talented team capable of delivering sustained, multi-million-pound income growth. You will lead the development of transformational strategies and play a critical role in the management of the charities CRM to significantly scale revenue while ensuring digital innovation is at the heart of all strategic decision-making. The salary is £51,241, plus £2,000 London Weighting if applicable and a contributory pension scheme. The position is home-based UK-wide, with required travel to our London-based Hub space in Kennington. The Wildlife Trust of South and West Wales is looking for an experienced Financial Manager to lead our finance function covering the charity and trading subsidiary.  You will join the Senior Management Team working together to ensure strong and coordinated operational management across the charity. The role is accountable to the CEO and the Finance Committee for all aspects of the organisation’s finances, for ensuring that all income and expenditure are managed and monitored systematically, prudently and legally. We have a variety of income sources including charity fundraising, a trading arm, landing fees (for Skomer Island), membership subscriptions, investment income, legacies and multiple grants of varying sizes.  We are currently in a healthy position with our finances and have clean audits every year.

AMMF is the UK’s only charity solely dedicated to raising awareness of and funding research into cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer).  The charity works closely throughout the UK with clinicians, healthcare professionals, researchers, policy makers, patients and their carers, as well as actively collaborating across Europe and globally.  

The role of the Fundraising Support and Admin Officer is to deliver high quality, responsive fundraising support across all areas of fundraising, and to drive forward AMMF’s fundraising activities, strategy and relationship development with supporters and funding partners, including the development and use of social media, and Microsoft Office, to achieve this.

It is expected the Fundraising Support and Admin Officer will develop an understanding of AMMF’s aims and objectives and its policies and procedures.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Successfully co-ordinate and manage all fundraising activities – which include individual giving, digital fundraising, events, In Memory, legacy giving and online shop sales.
2. Support all aspects of contact with AMMF’s supporters and fundraisers, via social media platforms, the discussion groups and forums, email, including e-shots, mail and telephone.
3. Manage and maintain the fundraisers’ events diary.
4. Develop, maintain and manage a comprehensive database of supporters and fundraisers using a CRM system.
5. Manage and record all information relating to fundraisers’ activities, results and income, including recording Gift Aid.
6. Record, reconcile and provide accurate financial information to the CEO and trustees as required. 
7. Identify and progress fundraising opportunities to generate sustainable income.
8. Support the Head of Events and Campaigns with the delivery of fundraising campaigns, ensuring they are cost effective and maximise income.
9. Support the development of a fundraising and communication strategy.
10. Manage all aspects of the charity’s online shop.
11. Attend external AMMF networking, partner and fundraising events when required.
12. Attend the annual AMMF conference and fulfil duties as required.   
13. Produce ad hoc reports to support senior management team as and when required.
14. Carry out projects and/or any ad hoc tasks as required by the CEO and Head of Events and Campaigns.

General:

1.  Effectively communicate internally and externally, providing a professional and courteous service at all times.
2. Support team members, fundraisers, supporters and volunteers to be as effective as possible in their work for AMMF.
3. To be prepared to work flexibly, when required, to best meet the needs of the charity.

5. Ensure that all administration associated with this role is delivered promptly, with particular focus on database management and communication with fundraisers and supporters.

Person Specification:

Essential criteria

1. Previous experience and understanding of working within the charity sector and, in particular, of fundraising using a range of techniques including social media, and knowledge of fundraising platforms such as Justgiving, Enthuse, Benevity, Charities Trust, Much Loved, CAF. 
2. Competent with Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and with emailing services such as Mailchimp, virtual meeting platforms Teams and Zoom, and social media platforms, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Bluesky, and Hootsuite.
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
4. To be sensitive to the areas of work AMMF is involved in.
5. Ability to motivate and enthuse colleagues, fundraisers and supporters.
6. Willing and able to work outside usual office hours to support external events where, when and if required.
7. Current driving license and access to /use of a vehicle (useful not essential).
8. To possess or achieve a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

Role Purpose

The Business Development Manager will lead income generation for Sounddelivery Media, securing funding through grants, partnerships, and earned income from services offered to the SDM network and external clients. The role is critical to SDM’s sustainability and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver SDM’s business development and income generation strategy.

• Develop earned-income opportunities, including consultancy, training, production, and services for the SDM network and beyond.

About Team Domenica

Team Domenica exists to help young people with learning disabilities build independent, fulfilling lives through sustained employment. Founded in 2016 by Baroness Rosa Monckton, the charity combines a Department for Education-recognised Specialist Further Education college, employment coaching and long-term employer support to achieve unrivalled outcomes for young people with learning  disabilities - around 80% of programme graduates move into paid work.

Over the last decade the organisation has supported more than 200 candidates and built a portfolio of social enterprises that provide genuine workplace training: Café Domenica and a coffee roastery. Most excitingly, we have recently opening The North Star pub. The North Star is a purpose-acquired, prime-location commercial venture adjacent to the Royal Pavilion, operating as a full-scale hospitality business (circa £1.3m turnover) and functioning as a peerless, day-to-day training environment for candidates while contributing vital unrestricted income. Now that the pub is fully up and running, it presents a major opportunity for commercial development. Growth to date has been rapid and successful, but the organisation now needs a Chief Executive who will consolidate operational foundations, secure sustainable trading and fundraising, and protect the quality and culture that make Team Domenica distinctive as we prepare for further growth.

As our next Chief Executive, you will:

• Strategic Leadership & Direction - Set and deliver a strategy that balances growth, financial sustainability and strong employment outcomes for candidates.

Desirable: direct hospitality experience, experience scaling social enterprises or knowledge of FE regulation/Ofsted would be advantageous.

The charity is at an exciting stage in its evolution, they are currently refreshing their five-year organisational strategy, this funding ground-breaking research and driving the charity to reach more women and girls through education and advocacy campaigns.

The Role
Lead and inspire a team of four (three direct reports), setting clear objectives and supporting professional development
Share leadership and management of the Development Advisory Group (with the Director of Fundraising).
Work closely with colleagues in fundraising, communications, and research to align activities and maximise impact.
Develop a strong pipeline of major donors
Manage relationships with a portfolio of major donors
Work with the Community Engagement Manager to ensure the growth of community fundraising and challenge events
Lead on the fundraising element of key major donor events through the year

The Candidate
Significant experience in a variety of fundraising incom streams including major donors, trusts, individual giving and community fundraising
Strong experience of relationship fundraising
A strong track record of growing major donor income, ideally at five and six figure level
Experience of leading fundraising events
Experience engaging and stewarding high net worth individuals and senior stakeholders
Experience of leading a team

You’ll take ownership of the communications and marketing requirements for our Partnerships and Communities portfolio, ensuring every project has a clear, impactful marketing strategy. You’ll work in close collaboration with our award-winning Communications and Marketing function to ensure your strategies align with, and complement, our overarching communications strategy, vision and corporate brand. Key Focus Areas

• Supporting partnership, funding and supporter growth and retention by working with the Partnerships Development Manager to develop partnership strategies and materials (e.g., pitches, proposals, content, impact reporting), and track/evaluate partnership activity to evidence impact and attract new support.
• Commissioning and managing the creation of accessible and effective assets (e.g. presentations, toolkits, social content, video) that are used in the delivery and implementation of a wide variety of programmes and campaigns, across diverse themes. This will involve close collaboration with the Senior Programmes Design Manager and our partners.
• Developing and overseeing integrated marketing and communications plans for the programmes and campaigns – considering objectives, audiences, channels, timelines and KPIs - in close collaboration with Community Integrated Care’s in-house internal and external Marketing and Communications team and operational colleagues, and our partners, to ensure that we reach and empower our target audiences.
• Identifying, delivering and collaborating on profile-raising activations with partners (e.g., events, co-branded campaigns, ambassador activity, PR opportunities) that celebrate the charity, extend reach, and support a more inclusive society, working with Community Integrated Care’s external communications team – including PR and Media, Social Media, Policy & Public Affairs and Design specialists.

Job Summary

We’re looking for an ambitious and energetic Senior Corporate Partnerships Officer to join our small but mighty Partnerships and Philanthropy fundraising team. The team is made up of eight fundraisers focusing on securing high-value gifts with big impact, both from companies and from trusts and foundations.

Our perfect candidate will have experience in account management and/or new business, either within the charity or corporate sectors. We are seeking a motivated, creative and confident individual, who thrives on getting out and about and meeting with supporters and can work proactively within a small team.You will have experience of securing gifts from high net-worth individuals making gifts privately or through family trusts, donor advised funds and corporations.

About the Human Practice Foundation

Founded in 2014 in Denmark, the Human Practice Foundation works in some of the most marginalised regions in Nepal and Kenya, where poverty and lack of opportunity keep children from reaching their potential. Our goal is simple but powerful: to empower children through education, so they can shape a better future for themselves and their communities. We take a long-term, holistic approach to this goal. Through our Child Empowerment Model, we build and upgrade school infrastructure, train teachers, support parents in creating sustainable incomes, and help students bridge the gap between education and employment. Every project is co-designed with local communities and aligned with public authorities, ensuring it meets real needs and builds lasting ownership.

Our supporters and the communities HPF works with deserve complete transparency about donations and how funds are spent. Thanks to the support of a group of Founding Partners who cover all administrative costs, 100% of project donations go directly to our programmes.

Conditions and Benefits:  

• Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 (£40,000 - £45,000 FTE) 

• Part time (3 days/week).

• Remote working/home-based, accessible for travel to London for meetings. Occasional travel to Copenhagen.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Donor Identification, solicitation and management 

• Work with the UK Country Manager to grow the donor portfolio in the UK by identifying prospects, building relationships and secure gifts from high net-worth individuals and other philanthropic donors. 

• Identify and deliver unique stewardship and cultivation opportunities for donors.

• Manage a portfolio of major donors through various personalised approaches, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, events and written and verbal communications. 

• Ensure excellent and timely response to enquiries and stewardship and acknowledgement of gifts. 

Events coordination 

• Work with the UK Country Manager to help shape and deliver events and other engagement opportunities to generate income, cultivate and steward donors. 

• Take responsibility for tailored and timely event follow-up to maximise relationships and using learnings and data from past events to develop donor engagement, referrals and gifts. 

Research, communications and administration  

• Research potential new donors and funding streams.

• Support the production of proposals, pitches, reports and general supporter communications. 

• Use Salesforce to manage the accurate recording of interactions and progression related to all donor relationships 

• Provide executive assistance to the UK Country Manager and senior stakeholders in relation to scheduling supporter meetings, drafting communications and provision of information to underpin successful supporter engagement. 

• Maintain strong knowledge and understanding of HPF’s programmes. 

• Carry out administrative activities and other duties, as required, to maximise fundraising. 

Skills, Qualifications and Experience 

• Experience developing relationships with and securing funding from high-net-worth individuals and other philanthropic donors. 

• Entrepreneurial approach to relationship management and creating new fundraising initiatives. 

• Experience in coordination and delivery of bespoke, high-quality events for influential audiences. 

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, and a proactive networker, able to act as a spokesperson and ambassador for HPF. 

• Experience of writing inspiring, emotive, and technically fundraising communications and materials tailored to a major donor audience. 

• Exceptional organisational and time management skills to prioritise and manage own workload. 

• Results driven self-starter, able to operate independently and under pressure, whilst also able to engage meaningfully in a virtual team. 

• The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels, across multiple teams and geographies. 

• Strong IT skills, including an understanding of CRM systems. 

• Strong affinity with HPF mission, values and approach.  

Desirable: 

• Experience working in an international organisation. 

• Experience working with a fundraising board or high value committee.
