Family Action is a national charity that supports people through change, challenge and crisis across England and Wales. Our adoption support agency, PAC-UK, which became part of Family Action in 2018, provides specialist support to all parties affected by adoption and other permanency arrangements.
While PAC-UK's core service information is now available through the Family Action website, it continues to operate three dedicated service websites: FamilyConnect, Special Guardianship Support Services and Adopteens, each providing tailored information and resources for their respective audiences.
Following the successful extension of funding for the FamilyConnect service, Family Action is investing in the development of a new FamilyConnect website to deliver a more accessible, user-centered and sustainable digital experience.
FamilyConnect provides information, resources and support for adopted adults, care-experienced adults, birth parents, relatives affected by adoption and the professionals who work alongside them.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Family Action and lead the delivery of a new FamilyConnect website that will strengthen the digital presence of this vital service.
