What you’ll be doing:

Operational HR Delivery

• Providing professional advice on HR policies, performance, grievance and disciplinary matters
• Keeping our HR systems and employee records accurate and up to date
• Designing and delivering key HR processes, including objective setting, pay letters and contract changes

Partnering & Employee Relations

• Supporting the full recruitment cycle — adverts, screening, interviews and offers
• Ensuring new starters receive a warm, well-planned induction

What you’ll need:

• A confident HR practitioner with Level 3 CIPD (or equivalent experience)
• Skilled at advising managers and building strong professional relationships
• Analytical, detail-focused and comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative data

Are you a well-rounded, adaptable marketing professional based in South East England, who is passionate about animal welfare?
We’re looking for two Regional Campaign Officers who will be responsible for delivering 360 marketing plans for our rehoming centres in the South East of England to expand local awareness of our brand, drive engagement from local communities and encourage more people to adopt a dog.

What does this role do?
As Regional Campaign Officer, you’ll:

• deliver localised marketing and communications content and material focused on specific rehoming centres in the region. This will include immersing yourself in the local community and creating comms assets such as press releases and social media content,
• support the Regional Marketing Manager to act as a conduit between the rehoming centre and central MarComms teams, aligning plans and activity to ensure that national strategy can be relevant for regional audience,
• represent the MarComms team in the region, cultivating strong relationships with rehoming centre teams, developing a deep understanding of their ways of working and challenges,
• monitor the effectiveness of regional campaigns, applying learnings to future activity.

Please note, this role will be hybrid between home and any of our rehoming centres in the South East of England, including Basildon, Canterbury, Harefield, Shoreham-by-Sea or Salisbury. It will involve significant travel across the region, as well as the need to work from the London office occasionally.

Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for 2nd and 3rd April 2026 and will take place on Teams. This role is being offered as a fixed term contact until October 2027.

Fundraising Manager

Key Responsibilities

The Candidate

Minimum 3 years' experience in charity fundraising, with a proven track record of personally securing significant income (c. £200,000+ per annum).

Demonstrable success securing grants from trusts and foundations, including applications for £10,000+ awards.

Experience developing corporate partnerships and cultivating major donors/HNWIs.

Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear, persuasive applications, proposals and supporter communications.

Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines; confident presenting to varied audiences.

Comfortable with data and systems, including CRM use (Salesforce preferred), and a working knowledge of GDPR, Gift Aid and fundraising best practice.

As the Senior Tax Manager, you will take the lead on all day-to-day tax matters across a variety of tax areas, primarily VAT (partial exemption) and SDLT. You will review VAT returns, support operational teams, provide detailed tax advice on new projects, manage relationships with HMRC, and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation. You'll also collaborate closely with colleagues in corporation tax, employment tax, payroll, and finance, while contributing to high quality reporting and internal guidance. The role is full-time, permanent, and based in a central London location.

What you'll need to succeed

• You will ideally have a CTA, CCAB, CIMA or equivalent professional qualification in tax or accounting.
• Significant tax experience, specifically VAT (partial exemption) and systems work.
• Experience in the property, real estate or housing sectors would be beneficial.

Job Purpose

• Prepare reports for stakeholders, funders (e.g. EFL in the Community, Premier League Foundation, local authorities), and Luton Town Community Trust Board of Trustees.
• Ensure compliance and governance with safeguarding, health and safety and data protection policies.

5. Marketing & Promotion

• Raise awareness of the Trust’s work through managing the organisations media output across various platforms e.g. web site, newsletters, social media and local media outlets.
• Represent the Trust at community events, matchdays, and public forums.

6. Fundraising & Grant Management

• Collaborate with the Head of Trust and Programme Managers to identify and apply for grants and funding opportunities.
• Build partnerships with sponsors, local businesses and charitable foundations.

7. Club Integration

• Work cosely with all football club departments, including first team players and staff, media and marketing, facilities and catering, and Academy to ensure alignment between Community Trust and Club.
• Manage the efficient coordination of player appearances and community involvement on behalf of the Club

About the Role
