Compassion UK & Ireland is looking for a Senior Philanthropy Manager to build meaningful relationships with major supporters and prospective philanthropists who share our heart to see children released from poverty in Jesus’ name.

You’ll develop and steward significant donor relationships, creating tailored engagement plans that help supporters connect deeply with our mission and understand the difference their generosity can make. Through strategic planning, inspiring communication and excellent relationship management, you’ll help cultivate long-term partnerships that enable Compassion’s ministry to flourish.

If you are a relationship-focused fundraiser with significant major-donor experience, strong communication skills and a personal commitment to the Christian faith, this could be an exciting opportunity to use your expertise for lasting impact.

Role snapshot

✨ Home-based, with regular travel across the South of England

✨ Full-time | 35 hours per week

✨ Starting salary from £45,930 per annum
