Co‑Design and Co‑Production Worker
Hours: 28 hours per week. Must be flexible and be available for occasional work outside of usual work hours.
Salary: £30,229.28 pro rata (depending on successful completion of the Probationary Period). For the hours, this would work out at £24,183.43 annually. Point 7 on BDEF Pay Policy.
Purpose: To navigate the collaboration between BDEF and Adult Social Care (Bristol City Council), making sure that people with lived expertise lead decisions about the services they rely on, guided by the Co‑Production Policy and Disability Equality principles.
Reports to: Director of BDEF.
Based at: Chelsea Room, Easton Community Centre, Kilburn Street, Easton, Bristol, BS5 6AW. However, we support flexible working arrangements and hybrid working as we are committed to supporting our workers to meet their needs. If this is relevant for you, this can be discussed.
Contract: This is a fixed term contract until March 2029.

Co-Design and Co-Production
BDEF’s Director previously supported Bristol City Council Adult Social Care to create a Co‑production Policy. This policy was developed because there was no clear, fair, or consistent way for the Council to involve people with lived experience of using Adult Social Care services.
The policy:
- Is designed through co-production between Disabled people, Carers, Community and Voluntary Sector workers and council officers.
- Clearly defines consultation, engagement, co‑design and co‑production.
- Sets expectations for inclusive, equitable involvement.
- Has been fully adopted and approved by Adult Social Care.
- Is intended to guide all future Adult Social Care work.
Following feedback, Bristol City Council has now contracted BDEF, a Disabled‑people‑led organisation, to take this work forward. This, as part of this contract, role will focus on supporting, embedding and putting the policy into practice, ensuring that people with lived expertise are meaningfully involved in shaping Adult Social Care services.
The role will work closely with people with lived expertise of Adult Social Care services (Disabled people and carers among others), Bristol City Council Adult Social Care officers, community and voluntary organisations and BDEF colleagues. The role holder will work directly with BDEF Director who will offer advice and support.

As a Community Builder, you will be at the heart of our charity’s ambition to reach seldom-heard members of the Armed-forces Community (AFC) and engage them in creating positive action that strengthens wider connections.

About You
You will be a highly motivated and dynamic individual who is passionate about collaboration and community-led change. You will have experience of engaging and supporting people in a community, charity, education, social care, housing, youth work, or other people-focused role using a range of facilitation tools, techniques and Community Development skills. You will need experience of working in a community setting with a diverse range of people and interests. You will have good organisational skills, energy and the ability to listen, build relationships, and inspire collaboration, which will be essential in creating positive, lasting change.
We are looking for someone with:
- A Community Development qualification and/or transferable Community Development skills and experience.
- A basic understanding of the Asset-Based Community Development approach (ABCD) is required however full support and development of this practice and our internal ways of working will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships that drive action.
- A track record of successful collaboration with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
- Effective and efficient organisational and IT skills.
PLEASE NOTE:
- The successful candidate will need to be based within a 30-minute commute of their allocated locality and there is a requirement to travel regularly across the wider area (travel expenses covered). The successful candidate must possess a valid full UK driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle with business insurance for work purposes.
- There will also be a requirement for occasional travel to other UK locations for meetings and events depending on the charity’s needs such as our annual all colleagues in person event.
- The successful candidate will work 35 hours per week over 5 days, Monday - Sunday. Core working days will be Monday to Friday; however, flexibility is essential, as regular evening and weekend work will also be required to meet the needs of the role. Working hours will vary to ensure a total of 70 hours is covered over a two-week period, so please take this into consideration before applying.

Hospice UK is recruiting a Senior Corporate Development Executive to support and grow our commercial partnerships portfolio, working closely with the Corporate Development Manager and Corporate Development Executive.
This role will help to build relationships with over 80 businesses across all industries including healthcare, finance, insurance, digital, sustainability and more, generating more than £420k each year to support Hospice UK’s work.
The role
You will support all aspects of Hospice UK’s commercial partnership activity, helping to build, steward and develop long‑term relationships with corporate partners, who want to collaborate with hospices. This includes working directly with organisations to secure sponsorship, exhibition space and partnership opportunities. Personalised communications will help move businesses from one‑off activity to longer‑term strategic partnerships.
A key part of the role involves conferences and events. You’ll help secure exhibitors and sponsors for our annual National Conference (1,000+ attendees) and our one‑day conferences, supporting activity from launch through to delivery, including marketing materials, pipeline management, proactive sales and administration.
You’ll also support the Hospice UK Jobs Board, an income‑generating platform promoting careers in hospice and end of life care, contributing to sales and marketing activity, managing job postings and supporting performance analysis and development.
About you
You’ll have strong experience in sales (from the third, private or public sector) and be confident building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior corporate contacts.

The Woodland Trust is looking for a Public Affairs Manager to take lead responsibility for managing the Woodland Trust. Northern Ireland’s (WTNI) relationship with the NI Executive , Government, relevant statutory agencies, and key NI, ROI and UK political audiences; to advocate and campaign for changes in legislation, policies, incentives, strategies and plans which reflect the Trust’s priorities in NI and the Island of Ireland; and to lead on local development plan consultations and the Trust’s relationship with local councils and the wider eNGO sector.
The Role:
• In the context of our Corporate Strategy, UK policies and position statements and Northern Ireland Plan, to define our Northern Ireland Public Affairs and campaigning goals and to develop and manage a prioritised programme of policy and advocacy work to achieve them.
• Provide technical and expert support, advice, and briefings to the Northern Ireland Director, and other colleagues where relevant, on policy and advocacy matters and enable them to be effective policy advocates.
• Lead Public Affairs in the Northern Ireland team, and any consultants as appropriate, providing clarity of direction, inspiring our staff and building capabilities and skills, upholding and actively promoting the values and behaviours of the Trust.
• Oversee, and where relevant lead, the development and management of relationships with NI Government including Ministers, MLAs, researchers, advisors and civil servants, as well as local government, statutory bodies and other influential organisations across farming, forestry and business in line with the NI Public Affairs plan.
• Represent the Trust and our policy and advocacy priorities externally, including negotiating consensus positions within external coalitions including NI Environment Link, with key stakeholders and potential partners.
• Actively monitor, gather intelligence, understand and analyse relevant areas of NI policy and politics, acting on key opportunities. Evaluate future threats and opportunities facing the Trust’s cause in NI, brief colleagues and steer our advocacy messaging accordingly.
• Work closely with other teams and departments, especially Comms & Engagement, UK Campaigns and Conservation and External Affairs, to coordinate and integrate political advocacy and campaigning messages with the Trust’s wider communications and influencing strategies and plans.
• Contribute to ensuring appropriate and efficient use of Woodland Trust funds, including setting and managing the NI Public Affairs budget.
• This is a fixed term contract for 6 months.
• This is a hybrid position with a mix of home working, and from our regional office in Bangor, Northern Ireland. Head office attendance would be required no more than once a month on average. Occasional travel to other offices and remote locations may also be required.
The Candidate:
• You’ll be experienced in building strong relationships and have a proven record of delivery in partnership with local councils.
• You’ll have a proven track record in public affairs and policy delivery and experience of working with the environmental/voluntary sector.
• You’ll be experienced with relationship management - a developer of relationships with exceptional networking ability; able to spot opportunities and connections, evaluate them and act on them, both internally and externally.
• You’ll be experienced setting clear goals and priorities and taking responsibility for their delivery.
• You’ll need a working knowledge of current affairs, and the processes through which legislation and policies are developed and delivered.
• You’ll need to understand the current environmental policies, conservation and land management issues facing Northern Ireland and the wider UK.
• You’ll need knowledge of the Northern Ireland Executive and Government and the ability to use that knowledge to achieve results.
• You’ll need strong communication skills through both written and oral, as well as research and analytical skills.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent in relevant areas or proven extensive experience.
• Full UK driving licence would be an advantage.

The Role
The Social Media Manager is responsible for all aspects of Global Witness’s social media presence, including day-to-day channel management, content creation, paid social campaigns and influencer/creator engagement. You will work with colleagues from within the Communications team and across the whole organisation to ensure our social media content contributes to our awareness, advocacy and income goals, while remaining aligned with our brand and values. You’ll also lead on reporting and optimisation, using data to inform content decisions, and stay on top of digital trends to help Global Witness make smart choices about which platforms and opportunities to prioritise over time. This is a highly collaborative role requiring creativity, strategic thinking and excellent communication skills.

Key Purpose / WHY?
The Carers Services Manager will play a vital role in leading a team to assist unpaid carers to connect with their communities and access the support they need within Herefordshire. The role will support the Herefordshire team, who deliver the ‘what matters’ assessment to carers and provide bespoke, person-centered information, advice and guidance to people accessing our services. Support includes but is not limited to; one-to-one support, events and activities, as well as signposting and referring to relevant agencies for additional support helping people on their caring journey. The PR and Marketing Lead plays a pivotal role in protecting and enhancing the NHS Charity sector’s brand reputation across media and digital channels and to reach our key audiences. We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Owner to join our fantastic Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) team, with an initial and immediate focus on delivering a new enterprise Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM implementation.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the implementation phase, ensuring the new CRM platform is delivered successfully and realises value from the outset. Beyond implementation, this is a permanent product role, with ongoing responsibility for the evolution, optimisation and long-term value of the CRM as a core enterprise platform for the charity.
Working closely with business system owners, delivery teams, stakeholders across the organisation, and third-party partners, you will define the product vision, shape and prioritise the backlog, and ensure CRM capabilities are delivered in line with organisational strategy and user needs.
You will be a key member of project and programme teams during the CRM delivery phase, before transitioning the platform into business as usual, value driven product ownership, continuously improving capabilities to meet changing organisational and user needs.

Reporting to our Head of Business Applications, key responsibilities will include:
- Define, refine, and continuously communicate the CRM product vision, roadmap, and value proposition
- Translate organisational strategy and business needs into clear product direction, prioritising improvements that drive adoption, efficiency, and supporter experience
- Own and manage the CRM product backlog, ensuring items are clear, deliverable, and aligned with business priorities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including programme and project managers, engineers, solution architects, business analysts, testers, and business system owners to ensure the successful delivery of CRM enhancements
- Build strong relationships across fundraising, membership, welfare, operations, digital, data, and technology teams to ensure CRM capabilities meet real-world needs
- Act as a CRM and D365 platform ambassador, championing best practice, training, and innovation across the charity
You will have demonstrable experience as a Product Owner, or similar role in digital, technology or CRM product environments. You will have hands on experience of a leadership role in agile teams and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft dynamics 365, including Agile Product Owner certifications and completion of 365 Fundamentals Learning Pathway.
This is a full time, permanent position. You will be contracted to our Haig House hub with a minimum expectation of two days per week working in person at the hub and flexibility for working remotely/at home when not on site.

Level Water exists to solve a problem that shouldn’t exist: too many disabled children are still missing out on high-quality swimming lessons.
Last year, our swimmers raised over £1m. This year we’ve sold out events in minutes and want to double the fundraising. We’re on the path to exponential growth and we need someone who can help us get there.
We're Level Water, a founder-led charity solving learn-to-swim for disabled children. We're not your typical charity. We own our events and run them like a business. We move fast, test everything, and we're building something that doesn't exist anywhere else. Our events are uniquely profitable, and we reinvest in quality and growth.
We've just brought in a new Fundraising Director, and this Marketing role is a cornerstone of the team we're building. If you want to help define how a modern charity grows and does marketing, this is your chance.
The opportunity
This isn't a "post on social and send a newsletter" role. This is a “build something exceptional, then grow it” role. Marketing is at the heart of our flywheel, which means you’ll be integral to everything we are doing at Level Water.
You'll own marketing strategy and execution across our entire operation: our iconic events, our life-changing swimming programmes, and our reputation as a charity. You'll drive growth, tell stories that matter, and build genuine communities that scale.
You'll have the freedom to experiment. Want to test a new channel? Launch a content series? Build a creator programme? Run paid campaigns that actually convert? Brilliant. Build the business case and let's do it.
You'll work with real impact. Children with disabilities are learning to swim because of us. Families are transformed by our lessons. Volunteers and incredible teachers make it happen. These are stories that deserve to be told brilliantly, and you'll be the one telling them.
This role is 80% growth and 20% impact storytelling, but the two are inseparable. We’re product-led and we launch and test often. Great stories fuel growth. Growth creates more stories. You'll understand that tension and thrive in it.
You'll work closely with our Fundraising Director and CEO to scale marketing as our most powerful growth lever. You'll also manage a network of brilliant freelancers (photographers, videographers, copywriters, designers) to help you execute at the highest level.

This is a mission-critical role in driving Level Water's growth. What you'll actually do
This role owns marketing as a growth engine. You'll set strategy, drive execution across multiple channels, and be accountable for how marketing translates into event sign-ups, fundraising growth, profile, and impact. You'll work closely with the Fundraising Director to shape priorities, influence decisions, and build something that scales.
Drive growth marketing that converts

Own end-to-end marketing for our events portfolio: from launch campaigns to sell-out.

Build and execute multi-channel campaigns across social, email, paid ads, PR, partnerships, and whatever else works.

Test everything. Audiences, messages, creative, channels. Find what works, double down, and scale it.

Use data to spot opportunities: which channels are converting? Where are we leaving growth on the table? What could we do differently?

Manage our digital advertising and paid social strategy with a ruthless focus on ROI.

Grow our email database and social audiences with intent, not just for vanity metrics.

Be trusted to repeatedly turn £1 into £5 or £10.

Define and unleash our audiences: help them share their stories in a way that turns experiences into future sales, and makes everything that Level Water does easier.
